    We had a big emergency ‼️. Jake from Hydro Rooter and Plumbing came out very quickly and assessed the problem. It was a big job. There was blockage under our driveway. Part of the pipe actually disconnected from the other pipe. We agreed on a price and Jake and Clifford immediately got to work. They called the appropriate people to make sure it was okay to dig in the problem area. The next day, Jake and Clifford got to work to resolve our issue. Kyle came and ran the backhoe to dig 10’ down to where the problem was. The 3 of them were very professional, on time and worked very hard to get our household up and running again. They had everything done in less than 24 hours! I would recommend this company. They are professional, fair, knowledgeable and so nice to work with. We felt very comfortable with all 3 of them and knew they would take good care of us. Call them…,you’ll see for yourself.

    Jake O’Hara, owner and his team of three were as professional as any service individuals that I’ve experienced over my 60+ years of owning property and a business owner. We had 4 sewer back-up over a period of 8 years with our 50+ year old sewer line under our home. Three of which occurred within the last 2 months. I contacted Jake and within the day they were at our home, inspected and gave us a price to remedy our problem. The underground line was in need of rehab and his team did it efficiently, professionally with some of the most polite workers I’ve encountered.

    I recently had a hydro jetting service done by HRP, and I couldnt be happier with the experience.     Review 1: Kudos to Martin and Frank for the work they did in our bathroom. They had to replace a very old shower head and faucet that had been leaking for some time, and was so brittle a chunk fell off when removed. They informed us initially of what they would do and how it would be done, giving us a thorough understanding of what to expect. They were friendly and professional, and completed the work efficiently. We were very satisfied with the job they did, and would recommend them and Hydro Rooter and Plumbing.Review 2: We discovered a leak under the bathroom sink that had apparently been leaking for some time, and ruined some appliances. We called Hydro Rooter and Plumbing. Jake and Frank looked it over, and because the basin was old and outdated, said they might have to modify it a bit. In the end, they did a great job, it looked good, and no more leaks! It’s nice to know that this company does not shy away from a challenging problem, and are very reliable. Thank you!

    I had a great experience using Hydro Rooter & Plumbing to replace my old water heater.Jake and Cliff came out and did a professional job. The previous owner of this house had never flushed the tank in over 2 decades so that it was not draining at all. Jake and Cliff did a great job of draining the tank and successfully replacing it with a beautiful job of sealing the hoses and tightening the pipes.No hidden charges, no strange proposals to do useless work. Their price is one of the lowest on the market and comes with a reasonable 6-year labor warranty and 6-year parts warranty plus a tank flush in each of the next 2 years, and an anode rod replacement service in 2 years. I am very pleased to see this small company growing so vibrantly. I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs.Thumbs up to Jake and Cliff, and Hydro Rooter & Plumbing.

    Thanks Jake, Clifford and Kyle for your professionalism. Our 25 year old sewer main became disconnected 6 feet under our driveway and was holding back 98% of sewage in the dirt & rock. There was an 18” gap between pipes. Original builder had just connected to the street tie-in via slip pipe connection.These guys were able to see/diagnose the issue with drain camera Monday morning. Tuesday morning they returned & carefully cut a rectangle in our conc. driveway, dug 6’ to the problem & made the repair. Had everything fixed flowing again within 24 hour period.Super team. Clear communication.Concrete finisher came the next day. You guys are pros.We definitely recommend Hydro Rooter and Plumbing. Will use them for future work.Thank you, Jeff B

    Hydro Rooter & Plumbing team was by far the most professional team I have worked with in a long time. We had one plumber who was not able to go further with our plumbing needs, so we called Hydro Rooter and they were out the very same day to see the problem. Jake was honest and upfront on the problems he could see as well as the ones that may or not be after they had to open the wall up. Jake has the best crew, Martine, Cliff. and Robert. They were polite respectful of us and our home. These guys communicated everything, which helped us to be aware of what was going on all the time in decisions and the whole process. They salvage anything they can in the process to make the repair and cleanup aspect as least expensive as they are able to do. They did a SUPERB job and we will be having them back to do another job for us in the near future. If you want honest, reliable, and quality work, these are the people for you!     I was calling around getting quotes due to needing a new sewer line. Other companies wanted to place a new line and unfortunately would tear up the house and foundation. I called Jake and he came out to the house within one hour.     For a very long time now, I have had trouble with the cleanouts at my residence. I already could tell that this was going to be a big and frustrating job. My sewer line was completely clogged and needed to be replaced because the foliage thats in my yard had made its way in. And by 1p.m., Jake had a camera scope copy of my lines in my email to look at and keep, a good plan of attack already laid out (no charge), AND the trench was already dug out to repair and replace after an in depth consultation about my options. Jake was kind enough and honest enough and knowledgeable enough to give me several options. I chose Hydro Rooter because they have 5 star reviews. And now I choose them because I know who they are.     I had the pleasure of working with Jake (and Martin & Miguel) from Hydro Rooter & Plumbing during a recent leak induced double bathroom renovation. My house dates back to the 50s, and during the demo process, my bathroom contractor recommended pulling the tub to check & probably replace the trap as long as we were already demoing the rest of the bathroom, as they were likely original (they were). What we found next is what everyone dreads with old houses: bad pipes.The 75 year old original sewer drains pipes were just about at the end of their life, and in the case of the tub drain, had no good iron left to connect a new tub to, ultimately requiring a full re-pipe. My contractor recommended Jake from Hydro Rooter & Plumbing to start getting a quote on the needed repairs & recommendations.Right away, I liked Jake. Im a strong DIY fan, and as such have enough knowledge to notice the recommend headlight fluid replacement type of contractors. Jake came out, offered options, and ultimately I chose to do a full sewer replacement to ensure no future issues that might occur with a patch solution. To his credit, we discussed at length other options (sewer jetting, liners, etc), but given the already full demo of 2 bathrooms, I felt it would be best to get the 75 year solution and really update the whole bathroom from top to bottom.Enter Martin & Miguel, two of Jakes crew. These guys showed up on time every day, had great attitudes and interacted well with my 4 legged supervisors. Enjoying DIY, I was all up in their work learning for myself, and talking to them about what they were doing. They were always very approachable and happy to discuss the thoughts behind the hows and whys of their work. I was always comfortable and felt respected dealing with whole crew, these two especially.In the end the only thing I cant really comment on is value. I have no idea if Jake was the most competitively priced, because he gave me the attitude and confidence from the start that made me feel comfortable dealing with him and paying what he was asking for the whole job, about $14,000 to run 3 new sewer drains from the house out to the driveway, and all the piping up to the fixtures (toilets/tubs/ptraps/vent stacks/etc) for the 2 bathrooms and kitchen sink, run & route new copper for a shower, as well as 2 new clean outs (where there were none before) to make any future clogs or work easy to scope and perform. To do the work, the crew had to demo about 6x2 feet of concrete slab in the house, demo the concrete for a shower drain, as well as demo the cemented brick walk out front. It was a LOT of work, so although I really didnt shop around, I feel good about the services given, the speed delivered, and ultimately the price paid.Lastly, dealing with Jake himself is a pleasure. He has a good attitude, is energetic, and is timely, responsive, and understands price constraints and was always happy to talk through lower cost options. I never feel like I have to chase him around about anything. With all of the above, it is clear to me that Hydro Rooter and Plumbing are exactly what you hope to find in the trades, and I strongly recommend anyone looking for any plumbing services to consider using this crew.

    Can not recommend Hydro Rooter and Plumbing enough. I live in an older home and I have a shower that drains extremely slow. I’ve tried a couple of other plumbers and the issue still persists after about a week. A friend recommended Hydro Rooter so I gave them a call, and Jake fixed the issue in no time! He explained what was going on with the drain and how he used a Hydro Jetter to clear the issue. It’s been over a month and my shower drain hasn’t clogged once!     A small company with top notch plumbers, like Martin. They know what they are doing with pipes. When finished they put foam insulation & weather tape around my pipes so I didn’t have to do it. I like that there is no trip fee, competitive rates & discount coupons.

    Clogged sewer drain on New Year’s Day! Who you gonna call? THESE GUYS! Jake, Martin, and Frank evaluated and hydro-rooted it the same day we called. Had it up and running in no time. Snaked a camera down to reveal lots of roots. Quick fair estimate and timely correction in less than a week. Fine courteous men who let you know when they are coming and what they are doing. Highly recommend!

    They came and did the installation correctly. I do not habe any problems with this company. Other companies I did have problem with. I am not mentioning the companies name.
