Im recommending this team to everyone I know. I had a outlet and two ceiling lights that all the sudden stopped working. Matt and Mark were amazing! Polite, friendly, super knowledgeable AND clean. They arrived on 12/5/24 at 9:25am, just when they said they would, traced the wiring, found the issues, repaired it AND put all the furniture back in the right spot within about 45 minutes. You could tell the front office staff knew what they were doing, because they asked all the right, intelligent questions AND were polite.

Our water heater went out on Saturday, contacted Done Rite on Monday morning, DeAnn arranged for a same day estimate. Carlos was thorough, helpful and assured my Mom and I that the office would be scheduling a time for early morning. Got a call by 7pm with a time slot for today! A leak from the main water line had developed. Scott came to determine the origination of the leak and learned there was more than one associated from the main line. After discussing different solutions, I decided to replace the main line. Robert, Jackson, and Michael showed for the replacement and did a top quality job without wasting any time. One issue persisted and they made sure it was corrected before they left. They made sure no trash was left behind and cleaned the concrete from the sand and rock from the digging. The cost was more reasonable than i had envisioned. i wont hesitate to use Done Rite Services in the future.

We had Done Rite install 2 new tub spouts with diverters and 3 shower heads. Our tech, Vidal, was on time and did the job quickly. When he was done he showed us the work he did, as well as explained how to use the new showerheads. He was very polite, professional and he cleaned up after himself. It was a great experience and I will use Done Rite again!

Manny and Anthony did exceptional work. Anthony put up an exterior front light and looks wonderful. Manny attempted to put up a ceiling fan in the kitchen. The new fan from Amazon did not work the way it was sent. Manny took it all apart and got it to work perfectly!!!!I can’t tell you how lucky I was to find this company. Ive had Done Rite Services do a number of jobs for me. They are always on time and do quality work. They do not charge you for or suggest work that does not need done.A couple days ago I was dreading I may have to replace my AC unit. Kevin from Done Rite came out, checked out everything and explained what he was doing it detail and assured me that I in fact did not need to replace my unit. He was great. I could not recommend this company or their employees more.

Locally owned, honest, and professional.Bailed me out over memorial weekend when A/C when out in one of my rentals. Tenants had originally called a competing company, who took advantage of the situation and wanted to overcharge.So I called Done Rite (also one of the only companies who picked up the phone), got an estimate the next day significantly below the the first company - and 2 days later had a brand new unit with 10 years warranty installed.Call Done Rite.

I was hearing problems with the AC unit in my rental and called a few companies so I could get it fixed before I left. I either didnt hear back form them or couldnt get an appointment for at least a week. Done Rite was there same day. Unfortunately, my unit needed to be replaced, but they advised me on a new one and installed it without any problems. The price they gave me was perfect. They took care of it all so fast that I was barely without any cool air before heading home!Done Rite will be my first call going forward.

Well, I finally got around to posting a review for Done Right services. I called around 3 different plumbing supply contractors to have a water softener put in to my house. After getting quotes from three different suppliers, I decided on using Done Right. What a great company to deal with. From the time I called them to come out and give me a quote, until the time that they finished the work, they provided excellent services, communications, and very reasonable pricing.I dealt with Leslie at the front office the most, but ended up in interfacing with many of the companies great employees. We did have quite a few hiccups during the process of me getting the water softener that I was specifically interested in, but they were able to make it all happen, and were very patient and professional in everything from communications to understanding what my big concerns were when installing the water softener.I must have had five different technicians out to get my water softener installed correctly and this included electrician help from Todd who is part owner of the company. They even came out on a Sunday to help keep things going.Skyler the estimator showed up on time and helped me understand what kind of softener I needed. The two Plumbing techs, Andre and Marc were fantastic at getting the softener installed and running properly. Though it took way longer to get exactly what I wanted (and not because of Done Right), for a new softener, they were very accommodating and patient in making it happen as quickly as they could.I will be calling these great folks again when I need plumbing or HVAC help again. Excellent service, communications, and pricing make a big difference when you need home maintenance done, and these folks have it down.Thanks Done Right for everything.

We realized we had an ongoing water leak in our front yard and needed someone to fix it that day. Weren’t familiar with any plumbers so after reading reviews online we called Done Rite and are very pleased we did. They sent Matt out the same day and he spent over 2 hours digging down about 3 feet of mud until he reached the leak in the water pipe. He replaced the broken section and had to leave the hole open so the soil could dry out for a few days. Two days later he arrived at the early end of the expected time and filled the hole so that the yard appears as before. Highly recommend.

He took the time to explain the issue to me and the possible fix, and sent me an estimate just minutes after leaving. This is the fastest turnaround for a quote that Ive ever gotten!

Awesome service. My AC was on its last leg and needed to be replaced. I called Done-Rite to have them come out to give me a quote, once I mentioned my wife was pregnant, the nice lady (Deann I think) on the phone set me up with an appointment the next day, after hours too (due to our work schedule). The guy came out and a quote was provided the next day. Once we agreed to have them install our new HVAC, they brought over a portable AC that evening, after hours again!The HVAC was ordered and arrived 3 days after signing the contract. They came the morning of and had the HVAC installed within 2-3 hours. WOW!Ive dealt with many contractors before and none were able to deliver in this short amount of time and the service provided, by bringing a portable AC before our new HVAC was installed.Cant recommend them enough!

Really good experience with the install of our our new AC. we had multiple bids and they were strait forward and didn’t feel like we were being sold by an overpriced salesman. Their bid was not only the best price, but their service was awesome. They had the unit installed within a week for payment. Their team came out and had everything installed in 7 hours. Friendly and professional staff. Some of the other bids we received from other companies were for units of lesser quality and 30% more than we paid for the top of the line variable speed unit. Highly recommended.

This is way overdue from earlier in the summer when half of my mom’s house was out of power. The team at Done Rite was out the following day to give an estimate and let us know when they could start work, due to the age of the home and timing, we waited a week or so but they came out exactly when they said they would and got started. From the first team to the last, Navaugh & Robert, they were professional, efficient, answered all of our questions and respectful. Navaugh & Robert were the last team on site, taking care of a minor oops, they worked well together and we really appreciated their sense of humor and attention to detail. We had Done Rite to our home to deal with a leaky water softener. The Done Rite representative, Danny Sharp, was on time and, throughout the work, conducted himself professionally in assessing our situation, explaining what he found and his recommendations for a path forward, and completing the work. He explained the technical details at an appropriate level and made sure we understood everything before he proceeded and while he worked. Once he completed the work, he made sure we were completely satisfied. He even coiled up our watering hose. We have used Done Rite before because of their level of service and value and they did not disappoint this time too. We highly recommend them for plumbing or HVAC services.

I called them because my mom had her HVAC system replaced a few months ago and had a great experience, so when I needed an estimate on our air conditioner, I figured I would call them too. From the initial phone call with Gina, I was impressed. She was friendly, helpful and patient and worked with me to find a good time to send out a technician.When Jordan arrived (right on time), he was also very friendly, patient and highly informative. He gave me the information I needed to help make a decision without trying to sell me anything. I have no doubt that when I decide to have the unit replaced, Done Rite will do it right. Yesterday, Our air conditioner stop working and the house was gradually getting hotter. I called Done Rite Services at 2:10 pm the woman who answered the phone said that she would send someone over between 3pm and 5pm. Technician, Jordan Benjamin arrived at 3:20 pm and quickly diagnosed the problem. It was a bad condenser which he replaced within an hour. I did not have to pay anything as I purchase the AC for them a year ago and it was covered under warranty. Nothing like coming home to a house being 85+ degrees.. We called our home warranty place and they set us up with some flake of a company that never answered their phone.. so I called the warranty place back and they said I could use an independent contractor of my choice. So I called Done Rite and they had someone out there the same day. Repairs were also done same day.... which saved me money from having to book a hotel for the night (or rest of the weekend if I had to wait for that original company to call me). So I would recommend Done Rite any day.. if you need repairs or replacing, this is place to go. Definitely one of the good companies out there!

I want to share some of my experience with Cary and TODD YARNES at Done Rite. My a/c went out in August. I called to see if I could get an estimate. I spoke to Cary who said Todd would be out that day - within 4 hours. Same day appointment. Unheard of in this heat with a/c people.Todd and I talked a bit on the phone where he explained a few things to me. I told him I would be in a teleconference when he came, and my daughter would not let him in the house unless he yelled at the door he was Todd with the a/c company.Next thing I know, I receive a text Todd is on his way, with a picture of him!!! Total score. I showed the picture to my daughter and told her THIS was the person she could let in.I was in my teleconference and I heard a man yelling near our house THIS IS TODD WITH DONE RITE. I could hear my daughter let him in and show him where the unit was.Im not sure how long it was, maybe 15-20 minutes. I heard Todd tell my daughter he was leaving. I guess my daughter didnt get up off the couch to lock the door. So Todd told her again he was leaving. She got up to let him out and I heard him hanging around the door - making sure she locked up.In most cases, having your a/c out in the middle of summer is stressful. People IN and out of your house, around your house, ect. Todd didnt have to take care of my daughter and make sure she locked up; but he did. He cared. This is a man I would want in my home.That night Todd sent me two estimates. They were the best priced. I know they do good work because a neighbor had his a/c installed with them about 2 years ago (and worked with Todd). The neighbor is/was more than pleased with them.I regret I was not able to give DONE RITE my a/c business. It had nothing to do with their pricing, experience or personel. I was unable to do business with Done Rite because of an error I made.In the future, I will call Done Rite for my a/c and plumbing needs.

When out me water heater wait working Dustin had to come out multiple times due to difficulties on our end, ie no part available locally, part not shipped from manufacturer when promised, etc. All this with me out of town. After many quotes for over $300 and needing two people to fix my wall unit, Eric from emmco came out by himself and fixed my unit perfectly by himself for $205 in a timely manner.Also last summer our AC unit went out in August. Emmcos owner came out personally, evaluated our situation and gave an honest opinion to have the coolant replaced rather than try to sell us a new unit like everyone else tried to do. Its working great and we saved a bunch of $$$. This is an honest fair well run company.

I highly recommend EMMCO ! We had been having issues with our AC since it was installed in 2008 by HAMSTRA Heating and Cooling. Humidity was high in the house and we had an off smell from the unit. We finally gave up and called EMMCO. Wish we had done it sooner! Ed diagnosed the problem right away, along with an affordable solution.The technician, George, who did the work is excellent! Ed is the most honest and reliable A/C guy i have ever used. On the hottest day of the year our a/c went out. Ed came out Saturday 4 hours after I called. He replaced a bad $6.00 part. about a month later my a/c went out again. Ed came out within hours and found a bad electrical connection on the part he put in last trip. No charge! he could have told me it needed a new compressor for $1500 and i would have gotten it.

We had Done Rite replace our electrical panel in 2022 because the existing panel had a small fire. They did a fantastic job replacing the panel and getting everything up and running again.Recently, our oven kept flipping the breaker when in use and the breaker felt hot to the touch. We left the oven powered off and called Done Rite. Todd showed up today, pulled the oven out, did some testing and informed us that it was likely the oven as his tests indicated all else was good.We appreciate the prompt dispatch and professionalism of Todd. He was in and out in 10-15 minutes. If you want someone that knows what theyre doing, call Done Rite and ask for Todd.

Today I contacted Done Rite pretty late in the afternoon about my mom’s a/c not cooling her whole house down. One side of the house was so stuffy. I couldn’t allow my mother’s bedroom to stay in that condition. Jordan came later in the evening and to care of it immediately! He was very informative and was priced fairly. My furnace ac combo unit was shutting itself off and I oroginally had another company come out through my home warranty to fix it. That company told me my system was overheating and needed a deep cleaning and quoted me over $900. I decided to shop around and Im so glad I did. Brandon from Done rite came today and was so professional and took time to explain everything to me. He said the unit was actually just shutting off because the gas feed was too high so it was overheating. He went ahead and did a full service and cleaned the coils for me as well. The cost was about a third of the previous quote and I felt really confident that Brandon told me was accurate. Ill skip the home warranty and go right to Done rite from now on!

Weve got nothing but good things to say about Done Rite Services and their technician, William. He really knows his profession and is punctual, detail oriented and personable. We arrived from Canada to our winter home in Tucson to find we had a non-functioning A/C unit. After a call to Done Rite, William arrived soon after and diagnosed, explained and repaired the problem quickly and efficiently. 👍NO extra charge for a Sunday service call, which is rare and speaks volumes about this company. We are in the process of getting estimates from Done Rite for a new rooftop unit, as ours is ancient. From our past experiences with Done Rite were confident of the price point and a pro install.

These folks did an outstanding job. Honest and straight forward. Did not try to upsell me anything or sell me what I did not need. My AC system bought the farm after almost 14 years, and needed to be replaced. They rushed over a couple of portable cooling units to hold me over until the parts arrived and the work could be scheduled. The price for all work done was very reasonable. I called Temperature Control (who plasters the mailbox with flyers) for an estimate. They were almost three thousand more, and only offered a warranty that was half of what Done Rite offered. Needles to say, Done Rite got the job and I could not be happier. Everyone I had contact with, whether on the phone, or in person, was friendly, professional, and really cared about doing a good job.
