I HIGHLY recommend Dinosaur Plumbing! Our sewer line was being crushed by a tree root 6-9 feet under our houses foundation. We called and got 5+ estimates from various local Tucson plumbing companies, including from Bobby, the owner of Dinosaur. Bobby was by far the most thorough in identifying the issue and writing a bid, taking his time to understand the complexities of the issue (excavating under our home 6-9 ft). Unfortunately for us, we initially chose a less expensive bid (Cals Plumbing) instead of Dinosaur, even though our gut said Bobby was far and away the most honest and skilled. Bobby had even warned us of plumbers who might start the job, cut our sewer line leaving us with no indoor plumbing, and then trying to charge us more. Well, thats exactly what happened... Cals Plumbing dug a tunnel under our house and then cut our sewer line at 4 pm, and then announcing the job would cost a lot more. Our worst nightmare. So with no plumbing, Cals did not show up the next morning and would not return our calls. So, embarrassed we had been bamboozled, even after being warned, we called Bobby and they came out quickly to do the work. DINOSAUR PLUMBING WORKED PROFESSIONALLY, EFFICIENTLY, QUICKLY, SKILLFULLY, HONESTLY, AND KINDLY - restoring our plumbing and never saying we told you so. Every employee was fantastic to work with. We are a first responder family, and Dinosaur Plumbing even honored our service.WE CANNOT RECOMMEND DINOSAUR PLUMBING ENOUGH! Please do not make the mistake we did trying to go cheap - it is NOT worth it. Do it right the first time with Dinosaur Plumbing and Bobbys team!

When I recently had to have my water heater replaced my son referred me to Dinosaur Plumbing because of the great plumbing work Bobby did when he remodeled his bathroom a few years ago. I called them and Im very happy with how prompt they were, what great work Bobby and his crew did, so reasonably priced and how nice they all are too. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Such nice guys and prompt service! Have utilized them twice now and very happy. First was day after thanksgiving where our kitchen sink wouldn’t drain and pipes were backed up. They came out the same day! And fixed the problem Also handled another issue my husband mentioned that another plumber had not done right. Both issues resolved same day!This weekend we had a friend who “tied a few to many on” 😅 and fell into our sunken shower ripping off the spigot and bending our handle beyond repair. I called 1600 on Monday told them I was good waiting several days if need be… they made an appointment for 0900-1200 the next day. Gave me a 20minute heads up when we’re on the way… and showed up at 0900! It was an unusual issue but Xavier handled it well and helped me find the lowest cost solution for me. Xavier made me feel very comfortable in his presence and helped explain issues, solutions, etc. to my understanding. Greatly appreciate them and will definitely continue to utilize!

I had a great recommendation to call Bobby from Dinosaur plumbing for a clogged kitchen sink. Bobby and Xavier promptly came out to the house first thing this morning. They were great! They were nice, knowledgeable, and so professional. They unclogged and cleaned out the pipes to my sink and garbage disposal, and did an excellent job. My kitchen sink works fantastic now! Plus they were giving me great tips along the way to keep the pipes running well. I am grateful that I now have trustworthy professionals I can trust for all my plumbing needs! Thank you so much! I recently had an unexpected and abrupt plumbing emergency come up - a whole bathroom completely clogged up (shower, toilet, sink all backing up into one another). It quickly became messy and apparent that it was a problem requiring a professional call. Zack and Jon showed up 20 minutes after I called to report the problem, and they made short work of the issue leaving things better than they were before and working perfectly still today (a little over a month later). They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional - I am very thankful for their great service. This was only my first time using Dinosaur Plumbing, but I will definitely call them again for any future needs and recommend them to everyone!

I can’t say enough good things about Dinosaur Plumbing. If you need an honest, reliable, efficient plumber Bobby is it. Their team is always on time and professional, and super resourceful in challenging situations. Unfortunately I’ve had numerous reasons to have to call them out or refer their services. From a simple drain clean out (I say simple but holy cow you should have seen the gunk my renters clogged the tub with :-/) to a toilet replacement all the way up to a huge poly pipe replacement. With that massive job they helped deal with the insurance claim, find a remediation company when no one would call back, and even advised about other projects while he was there. One occasion I had to call them in the middle of the night as I thought my hot water heater was leaking and over the phone they were able to help me figure out it was the upstairs condo that had their overflow on my patio. So I didn’t need them, phew, and no trip charge even!! Hands down the best.

Excellent plumbing work. My husband and I recently moved into a house with a maze of an irrigation system that was causing loss of water pressure throughout the house, and a leak in our yard. Bobby came over and assessed the system with a fellow contractor, and then started working immediately after quoting a fair price. He was efficient and left the work area clean. We liked his work so much, were having him back to work on some leaking faucets in our laundry room.

If Google would provide a 6th star, I would have given it to Dinosaur Plumbing! Last month my hot water heater unexpectedly broke, and due to not having a secondary container, leaked water into the drywall of our house. Not only did Dinosaur Plumbing quickly respond to the water heater, they also immediately connected me with a water damage restoration company to minimize further water damage to the house and set up a temporary water heater late in the night to avoid not having hot water for several days. Once the water damage was corrected and drywall reinstalled, Dinosaur Plumbing installed a new water heater, bringing the entire water heater up to code. Dinosaur Plumbing thank you for your around the clock assistance during our difficult time! Very much appreciated!

Great company and great people., My first call was for an Im not sure whats wrong call but because it may have involved mold, Bobby brought along a mold expert who did an inspection at no extra charge.
