We have been having some drainage problems with our kitchen sink a few days ago. Lucas and Scott did a great job together. working efficiently and eager to find the problem, both were kept busy the whole time no BS! I got 3 price quotes for a septic tank pump before calling Curtis that were extremely high. Curtis’ prices seemed much more reasonable and honest. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice and very helpful. They were able to come to my house same day, and the gentleman who showed up to do the work was just as friendly and helpful. He was honest by explaining certain things that he found and went above and beyond to fix them. In the end, they didn’t even charge me for the extra work and even ended up giving me a discount. I was really impressed by the service and cost, compared to other places I got quotes from! I highly recommend them and will call them in the future.

I had three other companies come in and couldn’t get a drain cleared in my bathroom. The quotes and work ranged from $1200-$1500. One company said “re-pipe”. I stopped using the sink and was convinced the repair would be thousands. The other companies even told me my AC condensate was running to this faucet and it could cause problems by the sink not working.I called Curtis as a last ditch effort. Scott arrived, on time and immediately identified the issues. He pointed out my AC is on the roof and what other companies said was my condensate was an old pipe before my AC was upgraded and put on the roof. He repaired everything and even covered the holes with dry wall (they were in non visible areas). Scott was particularly great with my dogs, knowledgeable and very thorough. I will hands down call again for future plumbing needs. Extra special thank you to Scott, from me and my doggos!!

Updated Review 5/4/22 Had technician MATT from Curtis Plumbing come out to replace 3 Lavatory Faucets and a cartridge in the Tub/Shower turn on handle. He was professional and thorough . Did a great job and got us all updated. I highly recommend Curtis Plumbing.........Called Curtis Plumbing to schedule an appointment to have them come out and check a small slow water leak under the kitchen sink. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Technician ( Robert ) showed up on time, and was very professional and polite.He discovered the leak in minutes and was able to fix the problem within 30-40 minutes. He had to replace a shut off water valve under the sink, in a tight place. He also double checked the other valve and fittings.I have used Curtis Plumbing in the past, and they are always professional and reliable. Will use them again next time I have plumbing issues.

Matt, the technician that came to my house was incredibly professional, friendly, and diligent about doing the work that my architect needed him to do which was to locate the crazy sewage lines In my house which is a very funky historic property. I would definitely recommend this company. I don’t have a frame of reference as far as how Economic it is to go through Curtis Plumbing but in my mind a job well done where I don’t have to worry is money well spent. Especially when it comes to infrastructure issues.

4/7/2017 Back in Sept of 2002 I had Curtis Plumbing install a 50 Gal. water heater, it lasted 14 1/2 years. Today I had them out to replace the old one with a new 50 Gal. water heater. The pricing was certainly fair for the work that was done. They arrived on time, the plumber that they sent out (Braden) was very personable, knowledgeable and he completed the work in 1.5 hours!!! I would certainly recommend the company to anyone that I know, the quality of there work is top notch in my book!!!

Our plumber showed up promptly when we asked, which was helpful for accommodating our work-from-home meetings. He looked at the two projects we had, a loose faucet and a leaky toilet. He explained what he would do, and made recommendations to accommodate an old toilet part that was no longer a standard size. He was friendly and professional, even making sure the back gate was closed because he knew we have dogs. Everything was fixed within 90 minutes and we had a great experience. Thanks!

Robert showed up on time and was very professional. Made a couple of recommendations and warned of what might go wrong (he replaced a toilet that was from the original build in the house in 1973). He got to work right away and within 90 minutes or so, we had a efficient, adult size, new toilet installed in a bathroom that was not level and had its own challenges!Will definitely be using Curtis Plumbing for future projects!

Our homes septic tank decided to backup while my Mother In Law was alone with our kids and my wife and I were both out of town. Roger and Braden were both so amazing. From the first moment they showed up they worked on keeping everything running until they could fix, what turned out to be a major pipe issue. Both Braden and Roger were amazing in showing up when they said they would, fixing everything and even offering their help in fixing a few other plumbing items we had. From the moment we called to them offering the invoice, we couldnt have been more satisfied with the service Curtis gave us through Roger and Braden. I will definitely suggest them to everyone I meet and use only Curtis from here on out!

Curtis offered a senior discount, so I gave them a try.The office is always great, very helpful, and always am very pleased with the entire experience.Alas, beloved Billy had just retired, and they sent Braden on a Friday to fix my leaky kitchen faucet.It turned out the ancient faucet had to be replaced, and what he had in the truck looked awful with my stainless sink. They were nothing but professional.

Friday at noon we received a 300% increase in our water bill with no one using the home. I called, from outside the USA, two different plumbers that we had used previously over the years and was told that they could not come until the following week to even look for the leak, even being aware that I had lost more than 10,000 gallons of water with a leak in an unknown location. I called Curtis Plumbing and immediately felt relief when told that they could have someone come to our home for the emergency within the hour even though they were heavily booked. I will only use Curtis Plumbing in the future since they are not in it just for the money. They do care about the customer and offer excellent service.

We have used Curtis Plumbing for 2 huge projects- re-piping our entire gas lines, and more recently re-piping our entire irrigation system. I cannot say enough good things and Ken Curtis and his crew. They are smart, hard workers, extremely high quality, trustworthy, think before they cut and this was a complicated mess they straightened out in an old house. Ive also used them for smaller projects- built in washing machine install, replace cartridges in nice faucets, etc. You cant find better plumbers than these guys!

I was a somewhat upset that their quote over phone was round $400 but final charge was $816.08; I had emailed them extensive description and multiple photos so they could provide more accurate estimate since they do not do free estimates though I realize they found some other issues they had to fix that were not apparent in my description and photos. I was also upset that the impression they gave me was only one plumber would do the job but he showed up with a trainee and charged me for trainee time also. I will use them again only for involved or complex jobs. They are too expensive for simple plumbing jobs such as toilet install or faucet install.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Curtis Plumbing not only were they extremely responsive but the gentleman that did the service call was extremely polite and professional, communication was excellent through the whole process. I’ve been an electrical contractor for 20 years, so my expectation is high and they didn’t let me down.

Great Company! My septic spit up junk all over my bathtub because I hadnt pumped it in years. Not only did they come out on the weekend to immediately give it a short-term fix, but the office manager answered all of my septic questions. Im a city girl, so I had no idea that you need to pump it every six years, or so. Then they came back during the week, so I wouldnt have to pay the weekend rate, with two men, to pump the whole thing out, which was filled to the top. They were very nice and professional, and knew what they were doing. They didnt waste any time getting to work in our 100 degrees plus temperatures, and they even gave us a Senior Citizen discount. I was also happy that they cleaned up all their work, and left my backyard looking just like it did before they did the dig up.
