Mike was very prompt,polite and detailed and knowledgeable about the required work. Provided a detailed quote in 10 minutes and followed up with me on several questions. Will be performing the work this coming Monday and I am 100% confident that the job will be perfect. Rebecca scheduled the work to meet my needs as I had a leak and could not use the sink.Mike totally revamped my kitchen sink plumbing and installed a new garbage disposal. The work was very thorough and well laid out.Mike paid attention to every detail and ensured there were no leaks before leaving.You will be extremely happy if you choose Benjamin Franklin plumbing.

Quick response time - I contacted them and made a next-day appointment. They showed up on time, were extremely pleasant, were really good with my dog, took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me to understand what the issue was. Cleared my clog in an hour, charged me a fair price and took off. I will definitely use Benjamin Franklin again for all of my plumbing needs!!!

This was the best plumber I have ever called. Jason was amazing he installed a brand new kitchen facet and worked on it until it was done right. He also installed new bath spouts that made my shower workable. Jason also fixed the sink in one of my bathrooms free of charge. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

This is my second time using Ben Franklin Plumbing. My 20 year old water heater needed replacing. I could not have been happier with the service. First - I considered going to a tankless water heater. Jason was very knowledgeable and spent a good amount of time with me going over the pros and cons of tankless vs regular water heaters including costs, the different warranties and brands of water heaters available. This helped me greatly in making an informed decision. When it came time for the installation, Jason was prompt and did a great job removing the old one and installing the new one ensuring that my house and floors were protected. I highly recommend them.

The experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was excellent. We had a concern with water pressure so called for an estimate. Rebecca took care of setting up an appointment to fit our schedule and Jason was assigned within 48 hrs. Jason communicated with me on scheduled day and called me to assure i knew he was headed my way and he would be at house a bit earlier than planned. Once there he introduced himself, was very presentable in uniform and discussed the issue. He had a few suggestions and with a few adjustments to the PRV he has able to increase the psi to the house. He was quick, efficient, asked for feedback on his recommendation and completed the work. I would highly recommend this plumber and company. Thank you for your service.
