So impressed with all aspects of Coronado plumbing. We called on a Sunday for garbage disposal repair. She was helpful, friendly and professional. Told us someone would call Monday morning between 730 and 8. We got a call at 740, and technician Kenny was here right on time midday!Kenny was great! Professional, helpful, respectful and friendly! He had to order parts and cone back when there was an open time later in week. Communication was great! calls before he came, follow up emails.Truly cannot say enough good things about this company and its employees! Highly highly recommend them! They deserve more than 5 stars!!

Saturday afternoon we began having issues with all of our toilets. Being new to the area we had not used any of the plumbing companies in the area.I expected after hours visits would be expensive but two of the companies I called wanted fees that rival mortgage payments.The third company was Al Coronado Plumbing. They were able to get a plumber to me in under 2 hours and were reasonably priced.The best part of the experience was Brian, the plumber. He was very courteous and explained everything he was doing in great detail. He made a bad situation tolerable. His explanation of the problem and what follow up was required and was appreciated.I hope I dont have any future problems but if I do, Ill call Al Coronado Plumbing first.

Andrew with Al Coronado Plumbing did a fantastic job on the work he preformed. He had great attention to detail and I could tell he put pride in his work.It was also a pleasure to work with Tiffany and Gail in the office. There company is very customer service orientated and take pride in the customer service they provide.With Al Coronado Plumbing you get a written estimate of the work to be preformed and the price. Yes there may be companies that are cheaper, but with that being said so is the service and work that they provide.

On a Friday evening, I called Al Coronado plumbing regarding a mysterious dripping from an AC register that my AC company thought was not an AC problem. I spoke with Tiffany, who was so helpful, and put me on the schedule for Saturday, with the option of cancelling, if needed . We spoke several time over 24 hrs and each conversation, she was so accommodating and flexible in helping me. She is a true professional, working so well with people. Thank you Tiffany.I had used Al Coronado before for a drain backup and they were very timely and personable on that occasion as well. They are my choice of plumbing companies. Very professional.

Had Al Coronado Plumbing technician come out to look at a leaking shower. The tech was very personable and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue with my shower and gave me his recommendations. It was hard to hear the financial requirement for the recommended fix. At first I felt it would be the thing to just do and get it done. We went over the steps that would happening going forward. But after discussing with my wife, we decided to wait and think about it. Fully based on the financial side of the fix.The tech fully understood and said to reach out once we made decided to move forward. Mind you nothing was able to be fixed as the cartridge was, from the techs diagnosis, corroded and unable to be removed without possibly damaging the valve and pipes. Was charged a pretty big amount from my opinion. Nothing was fixed.But I called the following day and spoke with dispatch. Gave my experience with the visit and charge. I was told that management would be given all the info I discussed and I would get a call back.I did receive a call back and spoke to a manager and we went over everything. He spoke to the tech and went over the information I gave. One thing that had not been discussed was a step that had not been performed during the original visit. The manager said that he was not aware that wasn’t done. Said that changed everything. His words were so honest and because of this I will recommend Al Coronado Plumbing to anyone I know for their plumbing needs. He said “We don’t want our customers to pay for effort. We want our customers to pay for results.” Was refunded the diagnostic charge.Hope other companies in the industry take note. That’s how customers should be treated.Thank you Al Coronado Plumbing Team.Brian, Tiffany and Ben.

I received a call from Charlie. He said he would be arriving in 30 minutes, and he was right on time. We talked about my concerns and possible repair options. Charlie took some time to prioritize the repairs needed and he gave me cost estimates and options. I let Charlie know that I didnt speak plumber so he went back and explained everything to me in basic terms. Charlie repaired a leak in the water closet and scheduled a 2nd appointment for a water heater replacement. For the second appointment, John and Johnny arrived early ready to tackle the project. They were friendly, courteous, professional and patient when it came to explaining their plan. John and Johnny worked efficiently, diligently and quickly. These gentlemen problem solved on the spot when installing the new water heater which was at slightly different dimensions than the old one. They worked together seamlessly as a team completing one project quickly then moving on to the next. They both answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Once finished they cleaned up and left the area better than when they started. I will only call Al Coronado for future plumbing maintenance/repairs and, I will specifically request Charlie, Johnny and John because of their expertise and professionalism. Thank you, Charlie. Thank you, Johnny. Thank you, John. My hot water is HOT, but not too hot. Thanks so much!!

Jesse was easy to work with. He immediately diagnosed the issues, gave me full explanations, and let me know all the options. He was patient. AI Coronado is a very reputable company, and they are transparent about their work and pricing. I received detailed explanations about what was not working and exactly how they were going to fix the problems. Jesse walked through the house and showed me each problem so I could see for myself what was broken, leaking and what needed replacement. I would highly recommend AI Coronado for any plumbing issues.

I was looking for a family-owned plumbing company online and found Al Coronado Plumbing. When I called, Andrew was great to talk to on the phone - professional yet friendly, he gathered as many details as possible and then made an appointment for the following week for someone to come out.Then Johnny came. Johnny was genuinely interested in understanding exactly what I wanted. My three projects were very different, we went over each one in detail, and he helped me decide what to buy and where to get it for the cheapest price. He returned a second time when I had questions, and we changed my purchase list slightly.When Johnny returned to do the installations, he worked quickly yet carefully, and when he was finished, we went over how to operate everything together.Johnny was such a pleasure! He was very personable, easy to work with, and very good at his job. He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He also left his work areas very clean. I couldnt have asked for anything more!

Al Coronados price is slightly more than other companies, but you get WAYYYY more for it. The employees are top notch (shoutout to Brandon and Xavier), with excellent attention to detail, fast and high quality work, and patience to answer all my questions. Whats more, the one time I had a bad experience with one of the techs, the company was extremely responsive about it. Overall I feel very confident in the work Al Coronado does, and Ive learned that on a tight budget its much better to pay a little more to have it done right the first time, as Al Coronado always delivers.

Carlos and Jesus worked long hours to ensure the work was completed in a timely manner. They were skilled at their work, respectful, polite, and professional. They always took time to patiently answer my questions. I would trust them to do additional work at my home if the need arose in the future. Isaiah and Brandon provided great service to resolve our plumbing issue with our toilet. As a result of our house being 70 years old, the pipes are disintegrating. Not only did Isaiah clear the pipes for the toilet to be operable, he also left the area in a neat and clean condition. Brandon inspected the condition of the pipes and recommended a few noninvasive solutions to prevent further issues. Thanks for a great job!

We had an unknown vehicle run over our water meter, creating a leak, of course, on our side of the meter. We called Al Coronado after being notified of the leak by the water dept. Brian arrived less than one hour later to assess the situation. Brian was very friendly, professional and easy to communicate with regarding the situation and action required. Brian came across a few unseen issues during his initial survey, communicated everything required to us and completed the job cleanly and neatly.Working with Brian and the Al Coronado staff was an enjoyable and stress free experience. I highly recommend them to others in need of a quality, professional plumbing company.

Great experience. Our plumber (and our tech/salesman) was Martin Evans. He was great on the quote part of the job, so much so that I paused to ask him: are you a plumber, or just the sales guy?Hes both.Day of install, he called ahead, as he said he would, was on time, and quickly at work. I had to leave midday, he was still at it, I offered him cold water and split.Ill spare all the detail of the job, but exterior pipes perfectly wrapped, which was only the frosting part of the job.Thanks, Martin, youre a credit to your profession.Shout out to Michelle A. in office, who helped with appt, confirmation, invoices.This is an A+ company. I had a hose spigot on the side of my house spring a leak on a Saturday morning. I called multiple plumbers I found on Google and the earliest appointment I could get was Tuesday afternoon. 3 whole days of water leaking into my yard wasn’t acceptable.I called Al Coronado at 9:55 AM and their plumber Andy was at my home at 11:05 AM. He quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it within an hour. He installed an additional threaded coupling on the pipe so I could more easily service it myself in the future, and he was very patient as my 7 year old son kept asking him questions the entire time.My experience couldn’t have been more positive.

I have used Al Coronado in the past and have always gotten exceptional service. Last night I had to call them again because my bathtub faucet would not turn off until I shut off all water to the house. Johnny arrived in about 30 minutes and quickly diagnosed the problem (a broken part) and resolved the issue for the evening. He returned today and replaced the part so the faucet operates properly. He knew when to bring the insurance company in and helped me talk to them about the issue! In addition, he helped us find a great company to do the restoration work. Also, huge thanks to Johnny D. who came out once the insurance was involved to do the scope of work needed to stop the leak and keep our water working while the necessary mitigation steps are being taken to deal with the water damage. After arriving back from our vacation, we discovered that the toilet was continually running and the shut off valve was leaking. We called Al Coronado Plumbing about 4:30 PM to get the toilet fixed.Johnny Duarte arrived at 6:20 PM and immediately found the problem. He was able to fix the toilet in about an hour. Johnny was very professional, funny, and explained everything that he did.We were so blessed to have Johnny come to our home and get everything back up and running. He did a wonderful job diagnosing the problems we have and took the time to answer all of our questions. We will definitely be using Al Coronado Plumbing for all future issues that arise.Update 9/3/24: We had three leaky toilets in our house and decided to go ahead and replace them all. What a fantastic team to work with from Jasper (mentioned above) to Tiffany who scheduled our appointments to Charlie who installed our three toilets today! Charlie removed the old toilets, installed the new toilets, we have tile so he used grout to fill in the gap from the toliet to the tile and cleaned up all the debris and trash. The toilets look better than the original top flush that came with the house when we bought it. We couldn’t be more happy with the outcome-beautiful work! When we need to replace our water heater (next project) we will be calling Al Coronado Plumbing!

She was helpful and pleasent to discuss options the technician would explain in detail to me. To my surprise, she scheduled a technician to be here 2 days later. Briar gave me a courteous call 15 minutes before he arrived. Briar listen to my concerns and we came to conclusions that I am happy with. Response time and price are both acceptable. This was the first time we’ve used this company and we’re very pleased with their service. He wore booties on his shoes before entering our home. They do free estimates. He checked out our concern about our toilet and explained what was happening. Turns out there was nothing wrong. He didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need and was honest with his diagnosis. Also, when I called for service, a live person answered the phone and I was never placed on hold. She was very pleasant and helpful. Recently bought a home in the Dove Mountain area. The home has a soft water system - never had one before. I had no idea how to operate it or even if it was working correctly. I called Al Coronado Plumbing for some assistance. Jasper came out explained everything and demonstrated the system was working properly and how to maintain it. Jasper also drained and flushed the water heater. He also found a part missing on the hot water tank alarm. He did not try and sell me a part, but instead advised me how to call the manufacture and get the new part directly from them and how to simple plug he part in. Explained about the hot water circulation system and a few suggestions on how-to save some energy costs by plugging in a timer. No high-pressure sales, just a good service call. Andy was very polite and knew what he was doing. Had a clog in kitchen drain and he snaked it twice! That didnt work so he set us up to come back out to remedy the problem. Al Coronado worked us in on very short notice and will be out at the end of the week to finish up. The old cast iron pipes need more attention! I would highly recommend them to friends.

These days you have to beg contractors to schedule services. They scheduled a next day service so I wouldnt miss my warranty date which was my fault. The office staff is polite and professional. What I learned from and loved about my experience with Al Coronado Plumbing when they replaced the waterline from meter to house:After giving it some thought, it would have been valuable to get an invoice with line items for parts, Blue Staking, permits, labor, etc. instead of just the bottom line. This would have given me some indication of how the sales person came up with the cost of $9,250.I was very pleased that for an additional $840 they provide a lifetime warranty on piping and 20-year warranty on parts and labor, which is transferrable to a new owner.I wouldn’t agree to be responsible for pulling and putting back landscaping/pavers, until I knew my actual savings for doing so.The field/service person, Alvy, is the hardest working person Ive ever seen, and did an excellent job. He single-handedly dug the trenches, did the majority of the install, backfilled and compacted. Alvy was extremely polite and clearly answered all of my questions. I was very impressed with this young man. I don’t know what fraction of the $10,000 I paid for the job, went to him, I only hope he is well compensated.Thank you.

We have always experienced first-rate service from Al Coronado, but when we had a mystery issue pop up unexpectedly this week, the attention and quality care we received from Jasper Williams was truly above-and-beyond exceptional. Not only was the dispatcher very knowledgeable, but a first-rate professional was at our door in a matter of hours. Jasper called ahead, asking specific questions to help narrow down the issue, and it was immediately clear that he was incredibly skilled and experienced, as well as really nice guy. When he arrived, he inspected and tested the plumbing lines, finding the issue (and showing it to us very clearly) in less than five minutes. Even better, he was able to fix the problem himself during the same visit, since he had the necessary part with him on the truck. The whole problem (plus an additional leak we hadn’t even noticed) was taken care of in less than two hours, and voila! – no more mysterious noises. Excellent!

Even though My problem arose on a Sunday, I called the company and talked to an actual person and was able to set up an appointment for the next day. Monday morning I received a call informing me that a technician would arrive at my house either in the middle or toward end of the projected time period. A bit later the technician called to say he was on his way and give me a probable arrival time. He showed up at the time he said hed be here. He was friendly and courteous. He explained what he would do and he fixed the problem. It was more expensive than I had hoped but what isnt. Regardless if I had a plumbing issue I would call this company again in a heartbeat. I recommend them highly.

Could not be happier with the service we received. Every single person we delt with was friendly and professional. We had 50-year-old cast iron sewer pipes that were in really bad shape. Adrian and Jesse worked for days in 105-degree weather to get them restored. Its amazing how much better they look now. I contacted Al Coronado plumbing to replace 2 faucets in my master-bathroom. Jasper Williams arrived and explained the process as well as giving me an estimate. The following day, Adrian Pizano arrived promptly and started the replacement. This job threw every obstacle it could at Adrian. From parts that were being replaced in bad condition, to a simple thing like a shut-off valve that went bad.....At the end of the day, my 2 faucets were replaced and look great. Adrian left my bathroom clean just as it was before he arrived. I will be calling Al Coronado plumbing from now on for any plumbing needs.

He took out my old water heater and a new team will come tomorrow to install the new one. I called on a Monday morning and by 10:00 Jasper was at my house. I appreciate the prompt and respectful service.Update: Tristan installed the new water heater on Tuesday. He was very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He was so clean that no one would be able to tell work was done. It’s obvious this company invests in their employees as they all seem like a breath of fresh air in an era that seems to have forgotten that connection is important to service. Brandon has been out to address several needs for us and always does a great job of explaining things before presenting an estimate. Today we had a shower faucet in an old property that would not stop running. We were concerned disassembly might be an issue due to age and calcium build-up but Brandon was able to coax the cap off without the need for additional work and cost. In no time at all, Brandon was able to replace the faulty cartridge and get us back up and, in this case, not running.

Repair #1 Dec 2021:Water Heater:After 23 years, our water heater gave out.I remember seeing a commercial for AL Coronado recently and they really seem sincere about doing a good job.So I called Al Coronado and Chris Jackson came over. He explained everything well, showed me what I needed to bring everything up to code and then got the ball rolling by getting a technician out here the next day and updated the water and gas lines to the heater and installed the new hot water heater itself. Then technician did a really nice and professional job.Very happy with the work.Repair #2 Feb 2024:Busted bathtub water pipe (Due to me trying to fix an obsolete faucet):Part 1: Turned off water, called Al Coronado Plumbing and Jasper came out from across town, opened a hole in the wall and evaluate the situation. Jasper bypassed the leak so that we can have water in the house and help me choose a new faucet and schedules service.Part 2: Xavier came out and did the repair of the pipes, installed the new bath tub faucet, and per previous arrangement via Jasper, also replaced our outside piping where we now have an actual working shutoff valve and new pressure regulator. Great Work all around. All at a reasonable price.Still, Very happy with Al Coronado Plumbing. Highly recommend.

Jasper did a very thorough investigation and we learned what we had was not a major issue at all. The repair needed came in at a much lower price because we did not need to do what the first plumbing company said had to be done. I called Al Coronado for a burst water pipe on my roof following a hard freeze, resulting in water to my house needing to be turned off. They initially told me the soonest appointment would be late afternoon the following day. Which I was perfectly fine with because I know how Tucson gets with broken pipes during cold weather. But they put me on the list for a cancellations and I was surprised to have someone there within 4 hours. Alex came, ready to fix the problem. Was willing to spend time answering my questions about a possible bigger fix to help avoid more breaks in the future as this is a recurring problem. I went with the bigger fix which took another day or so but he did a temporary fix that day to get my water back on immediately. Very friendly and professional. Excellent communication. A fair price for the work done. Thank you, Alex. Much appreciated. This is my second interaction with Al Coronado and I highly recommend them. When I called the day of the brake to schedule, the woman handling the scheduling asked me to call her if I found someone sooner and I told her no worries. I would wait for the appointment she gave me because it was worth it to know that my repair would be handled properly.
