Aarow installed my hot water heater 11 1/2 years ago. The company I bought it from went out of business and the manufacturer was giving me the run around about the warranty because I didn’t still have a receipt (11 years after buying it),but when Aarow installed it they put the installation date on the tank along with there name and phone number. Rocky (from Aarow) called them and they honored the warranty. When they decided they the water heater was bad, Aarow didn’t charge me for the labor from their first visit. Awesome customer service! Thanks!!

I am not one to normally leave reviews, I especially did not see myself leaving a review for a plumbing company after all the nonsense I have been dealing with for the last two months but, AAROW Plumbing was a complete game changer for me and my family. I still do not have the words to express my gratitude for their professionalism, performance and integrity. These guys were straight to the point at no point during the process did I feel like they were giving me the runaround or giving me the “salesman” treatment. Their prices were very affordable by far compared to the big mainstream companies here in town who would have made me pull another mortgage on my HOUSE just to afford the services. . Big shout out to AJ, ROCKY & Remington! Very thankful!

I can’t speak more highly of AJ from Arrow Plumbing. He is smart, kind, polite, patient and reliable. We had some major work done in our sewer line system (i.e. floors jackhammered etc) and were pretty freaked out. AJ reassured us, and let us know what was going on, each step of the way. He and his crew worked their butts off. He was upfront about all costs and options. Since that first issue whenever we have a plumbing problem, or just need a faucet replaced, or a new water softener system installed, etc we call AJ. We know it will be done correctly, up to code, and we won’t get ripped off. I wish there were more people/businesses like this out there!

Aarow plumbing got out here quickly when I found out we had a leak underground. Instead of tearing the concrete up they shoveled down alongside the edge of the concrete and found the leak. Repaired the leak and very consciously replaced the dirt so not to stress the joint. Cleaned up and gave us a reasonable bill. We would highly recommend to our friends and neighbors.

9 April 24, We have been without a functional sepic drain system for months, numerous other Plumbing companys, some you likely are doing business with, our 1960s clay 4 main pipe that dumps into the Citys was broken in 6 places making it difficult for debris to flow freely with out clogging, all the other companies just wanting to do the snake only, 45 days later...we are clogged again...Rocky & AJ should be recognized for not only going above and beyond, their hearts are with every customer they encounter, Arrow plumbing is the bench marker on how plumbing companys should conduct their businesses. 😊Pics depict minimal Asphalt cutting & superior back fill patching along with landscaping. JOB WELL DONE!

The owner Robert is very knowledgeable and always willing to help out with tricks and hints over the phone before they have to come out. I cant say the same for any other plumbing businesses out there. And his son Rocky is just as knowledgeable. I mean how could he not be just as good as his dad. He grew up watching and helping his dad. I highly recommend you call them next time you need a plumber

Water heater was leaking so called AJ at Aarow Plumbing and he came out to take a look. Due to the water damage already he disconnected the water heater, drained it and removed it. All was done professionally and he explained everything he was doing and what my next steps were. Will be using him for the install of a new water heater.

We had double trouble - a hot water leak beneath the foundation slab, and it was time to replace our water heater. Rocky and his team (Jonathan and Lou) were on the problems quickly, and although the start was mid-afternoon, they stuck with their work into the evening until everyone was satisfied that the leak was definitely fixed. Incidentally, the leaking pipe was in a difficult place in very close proximity to a plastic drain pipe. Repairing the hot water copper pipe could have caused damage to the drain pipe, but Rocky worked cautiously and meticulously to ensure that all was well in the end. Even filled and sealed that slab when the repair was completed. Best of all, the cost was was more than fair compared to the estimates we had received from other companies. AArow will definitely be our go to plumber from now on.

Rocky was beyond awesome and so so loved Christie. Absolutely love a woman who knows how to answer tech questions w/o having to consult a tech. Was in such a horrible place. Water heater down and the day before Tucson got snow my furnace went down too. Arrow couldnt help with my water heater within my perameters but turned me on to some one who was out that day to fix my furnace. They are awesome people and, not that I want something to break, but should it happen I will definately call them first. Cant say enuf good stuff bout Arrow

Woke up to water all over my laundry room. Realized it was the water heater. Called some companies and most said it would be 2-3 days to get out to me. Rocky from Aarow Plumbing was the only company that was able to fit me in that day. They arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected and looked at my issue. Sure enough it was the water heater. He had another job to get to but offered to pick up the new water heater for me and bring it back to install it. I was at a loss for words!! He picked it up for me, brought it to my house and installed it for me and took away the bad one). He did this after 8 oclock at night. You can really tell Aarow Plumbing cares about their customers. Called in the morning and fixed in the same day!! Rocky deserves 10 stars!!!! Do not hesitate to call them. You will not be disappointed!!!

AJ and Rocky are absolute rockstars. They arrive on time, with a huge worktruck with all their gear needed- no hour long trips to HomeDepot. They are super professional, knocked out the job within the timeframe I was estimated and my bill was actually less than what we agreed to at first, no bait and switch, no extra services were needed or sold to us!!
