    The scheduling person was polite, friendly and well spoken. Two friendly gentlemen, Cody and Brandon arrived on time and did an amazing job cleaning out my sink and shower drains. They also recommended a serviceable cap over my sink clean out so that the system would be more accessible next time. I’m an engineer and I usually do most of my own auto and house maintenance but let these guys do this type of work because they have experience with it day in and day out. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

    Very pleased with the sewer clean-out the professional at 88Drain did at my home recently. It was not a small job, but the price for their services was incredibly fair. You never want to feel that you paid more than what your received. Not true with 88Drain. Fair price, great service. Shout out to the professionals they sent to my home: Brandon and Cory. Nice guys.     I highly recommend 88Drain for plumbing problems. I called this company based on the recommendation of my long time plumber who doesnt do the root clean out. After explaining my problem, I was given an estimate. My service window was 10:30-2:30. Brandon and Wyatt arrived at 11:00 and left at 11:35. They had to remove the toilet, clean out the roots, reset the toilet with some new parts, answered lots of questions from 4 old ladies playing bridge, and left everything nice and clean. Brandon and Wyatt were very polite and explained everything they did. You wont go wrong with 88DRAIN SERVICE.

    I needed my toilet reset because the wax ring had a leak. Dylan came to fix it and did the best job. He was neat and clean, and he fixed a few other things that needed replacing. I will be calling him, in particular, to change out my faucets through the house. He didnt try to sell me anything that I didnt need and was straight forward about the job he was doing. I appreciate the work he did, and he was a pleasure. I recommend 88Drain for any and all your plumbing needs. Thank you.

    My bathroom sink finally wouldnt let any water thru, it was clogged and so I called 88Drain, referred by a friend. We set up an appointment for the next day. I got a call as I was told I would about 20 min before the unclogger would arrive. Josh arrived and after a quick explanation of what was wrong, he got to work. He pulled the existing trap out and lots of yucky black goo came tumbling out. He took his snake, put it down the drain pipe and after about 20 ft of snaking, he pulled out a big hair clog (not mine, it was from the previous owner) and proceeded to say, thats it, your pipes are clean. He packed up, gave me the total, I wrote a check and he was off. All that in about25 minutes, a real professional who know exactly what to do. We chatted all the time he was working and I couldnt be happier.Is fantastic to see all the water disappearing down the drain and not have to wait while it empties.Thank you 88Drain for the excellent service.

    We have used 88DRAIN twice now in two months. The first time we had a clog in the line to our washing machine and they came three times until they remedied the problem. It was a stubborn issue and they only charged once. Today we had them come again because we had a little hole in a pipe outside. I called yesterday and they got us in right away. They fixed it in no time at all. Both times they were very professional and reasonably priced.

    Had Brandon and Wyatt come clear out a main line clog with backup into the house and they were amazing! Super understanding and kind, and did it quickly and efficiently!! House was a mess due to flooding, and they were nothing but gracious about the situation and backup! For such a low price given my home has a roof vent main, at only $165 compared to the hundreds other companies were asking, the service was incredible! Cannot recommend enough to anyone having plumbing issues, and am 100% referring any family members to call!

    My trusted plumber referred me to 88-Drain for backed up shower and toilet. Brandon and Wyatt showed up within the time frame and worked efficiently to solve the problem.     I can’t recommend this company enough!! Last year we needed to snake our sink in the kitchen, not only were Brandon and his associate attentive, but they truly listened to my concerns. This time we needed to flush our water heater, and Hugh and Cory came over and showed us how to do the process on our own. Truly love this company and love how they care about their customers!     These folks are great! My garbage disposal had had its last days, just in time for the new year. Serena answered the phone with a friendly voice, setting up a next-day appointment. Dylan and his associate Wyatt came to the rescue. I heard the triumphant grinding of my new garbage disposal and knew that it was a done deal! Quick, professional, pleasant technicians! Ive already made plans for the installation of new kitchen faucets. Nothing like giving an aging kitchen a facelift, right? 88DRAIN has earned these five stars – Id give them a couple more if I was able. Am I ever delighted with their service!     Highly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work done! We recently got our toilets replaced by them, and the two guys who came out to do the work were so patient with my kids asking a million questions and did a great job making sure everything was put in correctly and looked nice and neat.     Kindness! They took the time to really solve the issue and help my parents. Great people, great plumbers. My dad has become to old to carry bottled water. We purchased a reverse osmosis system and they installed it for us and were so thorough. They reached out to me (daughter) with updates and questions because I could not be there for the install.     I was in need of a plumber due to a clogged kitchen drain. My husband tried to unclog it but was unsuccessful after at least an hour of trying the night before.     Oh my gosh, Josh!! Our kitchen sink was draining extremely slow on a Friday afternoon at 3:30. We tried the local hardwares miracle product and used a whole bottle with no improvement. Saturday morning I called at 8:00 and Hugh the owner answered the phone. I expected to get an answering machine and a call back Monday. He remembered me from work at other properties from many years before. He said hed have someeone out between 12-4. Josh quickly did his magic and $88 later we were good to go. My plumber charges $125 to step in the door weekdays. Dont know what a Saturday call would have cost. We were unbelievably happy! Thank you!

    Got 88drain recommended by a friend of mine.I just recently bought a house and I started getting water backed up from my sink to my toilet to my bathroom (horrendous). Luckily I called 88 and they told me they were able to send someone to help me in the next 2 days which I agreed too.Next day I received a call asking me if I would be available to take a service on that same day since a spot opened up.     I am so impressed with the high quality of service I received today from Quality Drain Service. Not only were they able to fit me in today with their busy schedule, but the plumber I had the pleasure of coming to my house named Brandon was a doll.I had another plumbing company come to my home on Saturday as I had a sewer line back up in my showers, and coming out of my toilet. This con man said I had a broken pipe, and it was due to root damage. Thankfully today, I was given the number to QDS, called them, and Brandon resolved the issue. I did not have any cracked pipes, as Brandon ran 90 feet of line to the street, and under my house. This did not resolve the issue at that moment, so he got on the roof, cleaned out the vent, and lo and behold cleared my drains. I am forever grateful to him, to Hugh, and Sherri (I hope that was her name) for helping me out today.     Very responsive and communicative company. I got a call within 1 hr after leaving a message and was placed on the schedule for the next business day. This is the 3rd time using 88DRAIN, all varying issues, never the same problem. These guys are professional, friendly, informative and reasonably price.     Josh came out to replace some plumbing under the kitchen sink. He had the pipes and materials and he cut it to fit and installed a nice looking black plumbing underneath.     Incredibly happy and relieved we found 88Drain. New house, our toilets started backing water up into our showers and we knew there was a major clog in our sewage lines.Fortunately, after calling several local licensed plumbers, we landed on 88Drain, whose quote was significantly more affordable than the others.The services we had were systemic unclogging, followed by grading and installation of outdoor cleanouts, which our home was old enough not to have previously. You cannot tell they dug down several feet, landscaping was put back in place (see the photo). They got it done in 2 days in extreme heat, which is LESS time than they had promised. Josh and Kaid were sharp and professional, as well as very courteous. We were not inconvenienced ONCE by the process.If youre in a bind, I highly recommend these guys. They care about their Google reviews, which should clue you in on how this business operates. Its important to their livelihood and they provide a service that earns them high marks. In an age where quality has suffered at the expense of more volume, it has been so important to us to find reputable businesses we can trust in Tucson, and we lucked out with 88Drain.

    Ive been using Quality Drain for YEARS and dont bother looking anywhere else when I have a drain problem. Hugh and his crew have even done plumbing work for me, installing a new water heater and and some plumbing repair. His work is top-notch and the price is more than fair. I just had my annual service done by Alex and Sage and they were great. Friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything they did and the charge, so that there were no surprises. Its nice to be able to use a local business instead of a big box company. Give Quality Drain a try, you wont be disappointed.

    Had a main line blockage that I could not clear I usually can do anything around the house maintenance wise. Called a plumber and he worked on it for a long time but did not remove obstruction, he said it was good and I would not have anymore problems.We all know how much we use water, Well I could not use any water that would go down a drain period. so I was in a bad place.Called 88DRAIN (They were actually recommended by two other plumbing services) they came quickly and removed the obstruction with little fuss they followed up wanting to know that it was good and that I had no more problems.Repair was done quickly, correctly and at a value that I am very happy with.     I could not give more stars. We had a home warranty, but read the reviews and decided to take our chances. Best decision ever. We thought we needed our drains cleared and the owner and one other gentleman came to assess the problem. As it happened, it was our toilets. Hugh told us where to purchase the new toilets as we would get us a better price. Next day we called the office and Darcy, who works in the office scheduled us the next day for installation. They came with four guys, installed the new toilets, hauled away the old ones and all the boxes from the new ones. The charge was less than quoted. I would highly recommend BB Drain. Best ever!     Once again the great crew at 88 drain has bailed us out. We own several properties and we always call 88-drain when we need help. Darcy, who answered our call today was so helpful and is really competent. She got us scheduled right away and Alex and Sage came out and solved our problem ASAP. We had a blocked drain from our washer which resulted in our laundry room flooding. Sage was already on our roof by the time I answered the door and let Alex in to see our laundry room. The drain was cleared pretty quickly and we are back in business. Alex then took the time to explain the pros and cons of old washers and helped us realize that we dont need to buy a new one. He also gave us a quick assessment of some other jobs that we will need to have done in the future. We have been customers of 88 drain since we moved into my parents home nearly 10 years ago and my parents were their customers for many years before that. We have always had wonderful service from them and highly recommend their services.

    Alex and Wyatt showed up totally prepared at the beginning of the window of time I had been quoted. Alex had my garbage disposal unclogged within minutes of his arrival, and educated me about how it works with the dishwasher. He even tied the pipe correctly so that there is no backflow into my dishwasher, something that has probably been happening for the last 7 years. They offered to put everything back under the sink, but I said that was not necessary. I didnt think to remove everything before they came, but I think it would really save them some time if you did that. Alex and Wyatt also checked the drain lines to make sure they were clear. I felt they were thorough and FAST!When I called, I was told it would be $75 for the service call if they did not need to replace the disposal. Sure enough, I paid $75. This is also the price that is on their website, so I really appreciate this consistency. After not being able to use that side of my sink for a week, due to my own stupid mistake, it was totally worth $75 to have Alex unclog it for me.     I have used 88drain twice in the last few weeks, and both experiences were incredibly excellent. A few weeks ago, they unclogged my kitchen drainand the work was excellent and timely. Then, a few days ago, my hot water heater started leaking. The leak went from a trickle to gushing over a span of about 45 minutes. When I called 88drain, they responded very quickly to a very stressful situation and made a point of responding rapidly to my emergency. The came, quickly got the water turned off (valve on oldheater was frozen and could not be turned.). So they removed the oldunit, put in a new valve so I could have water again. They then, within about an hours time, installed a new hot water heater, ending my crisis.The work was done beautifully, and I felt they were also very careful about mask-wearing and social distancing, making the whole experience calmingand very professional.I will use 88drain whenever I have plumbing issues from now on.     I wish to thank 88-Drain for literally saving me $6840. We hired a large local plumbing company to install a new kitchen sink and fixtures. We had several issues which were never resolved by that company, but the biggest by far was their assessment that the drains under the house were clogged so badly that they could not be cleared with a sewer snake. I was given two estimates to choose from, depending on how extensive of a process I wished to pay them to perform. The written estimates were for $3450, and for $6840.I have a long standing relationship with 88 Drain for keeping my sewer pipe clear of Eucalyptus roots. I called and asked Hugh to come and look at the issue. There was a problem making a turn near the entrance to the clean out for the kitchen sink. Once that was done, the clog was cleared and water flowed freely. For a standard fee, an issue that the other plumber wanted thousands of dollars to cure, was resolved.When done, Hugh asked me why I did not contact him to replace the sink, and I had no good answer. I thought of him for drain cleaning, not other types of plumbing work. That will no longer be the case. I recommend 88-Drain highly as they are competent and trustworthy.     All toilet fixtures needed to be replaced. Called 88 Drain on a Saturday and set an appointment for Monday. I was called Monday morning and was told they would arrive in a hour.
