Marty was great! We had water issues in our basement last summer and decided to add a sump pump to the basement to help remove the water infiltration that we had been having ( recommended by KB)Marty went above and beyond explaining options along with making sure everything was done correctly, and timely without cutting corners( hard to find craftsman like Marty anymore!)Will definitely use KB again in the future!

Marty was great to work with. He took a lot of time to go over several concerns I had around my house and did a great job of explaining what was happening, why it was happening, and what my potential options were. He recommended bringing in other professionals where it made sense to get outside expertise (engineer for example) to make sure things are done right and according to code. I have always felt he is fair and honest with his bids and work. He shows up when he says he will. I will call him again next time I have a need.
