    CWC completed the rough-in wiring on my latest project. As always (Ive used them many times) the work, and the electricians performing the work, were excellent. They maintained good communication throughout the process, had excellent suggestions on how to accomplish my goals, and performed all work diligently. I have worked with many, many contractors. These folks are the absolute best.

    Rene from CWC Electric was very knowledgable with our repair!He was able to walk us through what was wrong on the initial visit, as well as give us options for the solution. The material we needed was in another country as it was Italian based - but once that part came in, he came within 24hrs and got us all fixed up!CWC not only helps individuals in their residence but also businesses!     They are only 2 days into a 5 day job, but I am pleased thus far.Update: very efficient guys on this knob and tube wiring upgrade. Project was bid for 5 days and they completed it in 4 days including some stuff I added on day 3.I stopped by every afternoon to check on things and they were always willing to stop and answer questions.I dont think I could have picked a better company for our project.

    Had an outlet that was making a scary noise at home that was worrying, called in and was greeted by the nicest, most helpful gal in the office who took my concerns seriously and managed to squeeze me in that same day! Turns out I did have a problem that could’ve been dangerous! The guys were kind, quick, and so helpful and answered all of my questions and taught me quite a bit about what to look out for in the future. Price was very fair. Highly recommend!!     When our new fridge was delivered, it would not stay powered on and kept breaking the circuit breaker in the kitchen. CWC electric was able to send someone out to help within the hour. Rene, our electrician not only replaced the faulty plug in our kitchen, but he also noticed a few other things that needed tweaking to keep the kitchen up to code. He was very easy to communicate with and explained exactly how and why he was doing what he did. He was friendly, efficient and did a great job with helping us get the last part of our kitchen remodel completed. Highly recommend Rene at CWC Electric. ⚡️

    Another satisfying experience with CWC. Elizabeth was, again, prompt, professional, pleasant and a plethora of other positive P words. Converted our outlet so we were finally able to hook up our new stove. The only reason for the 4 stars is that the job itself was more than the guesstimate we were given over the phone. Not a huge amount, just more than expected. After the initial shock wore off I understand where the difference came from. I am pleased with the work done and will be calling for future electrical needs.

    CWC Electric always gets the job done! Our new refrigerator was tripping the GFCI outlet and other outlets on the same wall when plugged in. Our tech, Rene, did a thorough job of addressing the problem and fixing the issue. Rene is a hard worker who is very detail oriented and took time to answer any questions. We always call CWC for our electrical needs and appreciate the work of Rene on our most recent issue.

    I will use this company again. Great customer service. I needed many things done. Came and assessed, made recommendations/options for me to choose from. Very affordable. Met all of their commitments, from sending estimate, to showing up on time. Installers verified work to be done before starting, again great customer service. Job done sooner than I expected. Results unbelievable and exceeded my expectations. I needed outlet for Dishwasher, outlet for microwave, outlets and lights in attic, outlets and lights in garage. The lighting is superior. And they left the place cleaner than they found it.

    CWC Electric replaced the fluorescent lighting throughout the building with LED bulbs. This was quite an undertaking but through the entire process from quote to finish of the installation it could not have been a smoother or more pleasant experience.The technicians, Rene, Pierce, Rod, Joel and Elizabeth were professional, considerate and kind. As much work as it was we barely knew they were even in the building. All my questions and/or concerns were answered, and I felt at ease once they started.     It is HOT in Topeka! Our office was 81 degrees for several days. We have had ongoing issues with the A/C. We called CWC when our HVAC person advised the problem was electrical. Rene came out the same day, in the rain, and replaced a junction box on the roof. (The wires were burnt inside it.) CWC saved the day! Rene is 100% pleasant/professional and explained what he was doing every step of the way. We appreciate CWC so much! 10 gold stars.

    There are not words adequate enough to describe my experience with CWC Electric. I called in a panic with a partial loss of power. Alex interrupted his schedule to respond to my situation. The diagnosis was extremely difficult. He persisted and found and corrected the problem. I have recommended CWC Electric to several friends and they have all been as impressed as I am!!

    Our new home is a bit of a fixer-upper with a variety of strange problems. We contacted CWC for a variety of issues (a broken doorbell, a missing light switch, a broken electrical box). Our electrician, Elizabeth, was incredible. She listed and understood all of our problems and helped troubleshoot a few issues that we were ready to give up on. The office manager, Rebecca, communicated changes in scheduling quickly and we were able to get the electrical problems sorted out quickly.This shop is BY FAR the best service I have received so far in Topeka. Strongly recommend.Edited: Since our first review (Summer 2023), weve had CWC out for extensive work in our home. Each and every time, the team is incredible! The office staff is responsive and supportive. The electricians are professional, knowledgeable, kind, and WONDERFUL to our pets -- theyre even willing to patiently show me (the homeowner) what theyre doing and explain why it conforms to code. Its always a pleasure to invite the crew from CWC (especially Joel, Rodrigo, Elizabeth, and Trent) into our home. The prices are so incredibly fair for the high-caliber work they provide. Joel checked the generator which was installed in 2009 and adjusted the Hertz to get it up to speed. He checked the transfer switch several times, and is going to make recommendations about updating the equipment versus keeping it. Really appreciate his expertise.

    I had no power to my stove or refrigerator. I did check the breaker box but that wasnt the issue. I reached out to CWC Electric and my call was answered by a very friendly and helpful receptionist whose name I have forgotten. She asked me to double check the breaker box which in a different way but that but still not the problem. She said she would have a technician out that afternoon! It wasnt too long after that phone call that Rodrigo Alvarez was at my house. He quickly determined that it was a loose wire in the outlet.In no time Rodrigo had the outlet replaced and power restored to my refrigerator and stove. I was relived because I didnt want to empty my refrigerator into coolers, Rodrigo was a great technician, friendly, and on top of the problem.     They do excellent work.Rather pricey. I feel perhaps because they are slower. Last visit I was charged for two technicians when I believe one was training/mentoring the other. Good for them - train newer technician at my expense.Little behind in their communications regarding appointment reminders, technician in route, etc. in comparison with their competitors.

    CWC Electric LLC added an array of 48 LED lights in our great room ceiling. A room that was once drab and dark is now vivid and bright and can be dimmed to fit the mood.Chuck Hogan worked with us quickly and promptly in getting the right lighting to meet our desires. Evan, Brian, Rene and Chad are a hard working efficient team that got the job done right and quickly. They obviously enjoy their work and the challenges of our project.

    Sometimes thank you so much is not enough to express to the full extent of what CWC Electric Company did for my wife and I. One minute we had electricity the next minute due to a broken tree branch that fell on our power line Evergy was out cutting off our power and stated “you need to call an electrician.” CWC Electric made time on what I would consider a late in the day notice to jet out our home to give us an estimate. It was late in the day enough that I had already prepared my wife to expect no juice until tomorrow. To my surprise a short time later two service trucks pull up late in their shift and repair the damage from the fallen tree branch. When they got done doing excellent service work we had juice that same day!! Further, the estimate given and the work performed was only for what was needed to complete the work.     The day after Christmas was a very busy day for my tech Rene, who was delayed in his arrival by another customers problems, but who more than made up for that by his quick assessment of my issues and rapid replacement of 5 outlets plus repair of my outside light in about 45 minutes. He explained everything as he worked, he was tidy and treated my home and fixtures with care and respect, and at the end he took time to go over all the details of what he found and his remedies and answer my questions. I would be very happy to ask that CWC, or specifically Rene, come again for any future repairs or planned electrical work.

    I am very pleased with Joel and his crew for their work today upgrading my electrical service from 100 to 200 amp and installing an external Generac automatic transfer switch for my whole house Generac generator. Joel and his crew arrived on time (approx 8:00 AM)as scheduled and had the job finished around 2:00 PM. They were very well organized and efficient. The crew member (I believe Alex) doing the breaker hookups in the panel was an artist. I have never observed a panel box so neatly organized. Upon completion, they did an excellent job of cleaning the work site saving me from that task. So, mark me down as a very impressed and satisfied CWC customer. Should I need any residential electrical service in the future, I will turn to CWC for service. As a post script, I give high marks to Chuck and the office staff I spoke with also. Very professional and very responsive to my questions.P.S: The above work was done on 12/16/2021. On 1/5/2022 some followup work was required to address an issue I had with the original work. Wow, what great customer service. A technician was promptly scheduled. The issue was quickly diagnosed, addressed, and covered by the CWC warranty on their work.     Joel from CWC Electric completely rewired our kitchen during a remodel and he was phenomenal! He knows his stuff and was so kind and listened to all of our needs to get wiring where we need it and switches where we wanted them.     Brian did a great job with our electrical work. he came early and stayed till the job was done. he installed a heater in our bedroom which chuck chose for the size of the room. we are now cozy and warm through all this cold winter weather. no more space heaters! he was able to run a line to the exact location. the heater is centered exactly on the wall. we really appreciate their attention to detail. also they helped with electrical work underneath new siding that was being installed. they were very helpful to coordinate schedules for working with our other workers. they were able to work together with chucks help to unhook a couple overhead lines and ran the wiring through a small hole placed perfectly in the siding so it looks super clean on the outside. also they were very fair with their pricing and were up front with the bids so we knew what we were getting into and the work that was involved ahead of time.if you want quality work for a fair price...they are definitely the ones to call! the job will be done right. you wont be disappointed.

    A tree feel on the power line during the storm of a couple of weeks ago. In doing so it managed to pull my utility drop away from the house.     Once again, CWC ELECTRIC, takes care of my electrical needs. I needed a fluorescent light fixture in our master closet replaced as the ballast was going out. Chuck informed me they could re-wire the fluorescent fixture to LED, thereby not leaving holes in my ceiling exposed and requiring those holes repaired, or picking out a new light fixture. It took about 15-20 minutes for the electrician to do this. And once again, this electrician, I’m sorry I forgot his name, went above and beyond my expectations. As I was carrying a heavy laundry load upstairs, he offered to carry it up for me. Wow, what an awesome thing to do! Again, very friendly, polite and he left my house the way he found it.     Joel just finished a small project on my bathroom light fixtures and did an outstanding job!! He asked if there was anything else he could do and I asked him to replace an old two-prong outlet in my garage with a three-prong GFCI and he did it lickety split.     They went to the store, picked up my chandelier fixture and shopped for the bulbs. I added a few projects while they were here and no complaints! Fast and quality minded, I would totally recommend CWC to others and plan on having them back for whole house generator and more trac lighting.

    The lights in my garage suddenly went out on a Thursday night, and I sent an email request for service to 3 local electricians. CWC was the only one to respond the next morning (by 9:30 am). They originally scheduled an appointment for me at 2:30, and then called back to change the time to 3:30. Joel arrived promptly at 3:30, and quickly and professionally identified the problem, and fixed it. The only negative I would point out is that the mess was not cleaned up afterwards (small pieces of metal and wiring from the installation). In my garage, this was not that big of a deal, but it could have been for an inside job.

    Called the company the day after a storm due to a power outage. Every other company would take days or weeks. They were able to squeeze us in that day within only an hour or two. Joel and Alex came out and had the issue sorted and fixed within the hour. Even came in cheaper than their estimate. Would highly recommend.

    Working with Chuck and CWC electric was amazing. As part of the Dream Factory, CWC donated their products and services to our project -- a Sensory Room in my unfinished basement. I made a few requests to compensate for my sons disabilities. One of those requests was extra lighting for his poor eye sight. CWC Electric came through beautifully -- providing tons of lighting -- so my son can easily see his toys, television and his favorite - his trains. Because of the lighting, the room doesnt feel like a basement. It is a beautiful room that we enjoy daily. I was very pleased with the work and personable service we received from CWC Electric.
