Excellent customer service and response time. I had a furnace that was tripping out and not coming on. They had a technician at my house within 4 hours. He had it diagnosed, new parts installed, and buttoned up in less than an hour. They are my go to mechanical contractor in Topeka.

Lower Plumbing saved me around $3,000 for a sewer line replacement by doing a re-route. They did an excellent job and were done in 3 Days. The whole Crew was great! From the guys that cleared my original line clog to the ones that did the actual work with the re-route. They didnt nickel and dime me. They new my line needed replaced and broke down the reasons to get it done now vs later. Highly recommend them!

Because of the service we received from Sam a few months ago I called Lower for a second time. Sam and Adam came out and took care of our plumbing issues right away. We had carbon monoxide alarms x2 go off 2 weeks ago. We called the fire department and they shut off the furnace. It was -30 that day! My AC stopped working at the beginning of the heatwave. They did come out the same day and checked everything out and found the circuit board was the issue. They went to the dealer, got the circuit board, luckily still under warranty, and they came back out to install it. The company and techs were doing a great job during this all.

Aaron arrived at the scheduled time and was able to repair the furnace. He was professional and courteous and explained that was done to get the furnace working again as it should. Aaron leaned the work area before he left. I couldnt be more pleased and would definitely recommend Lower Plumbing.

We just bought a house that didnt have a water shut off valve and a leaky washer hook up. Jennifer was very nice and friendly on the phone and got someone over that day to make sure we werent missing the valve (we werent) She even called to remind me of the appointment. Recently had a problem with my Lower central heating system ... or so I thought. I called Lower and they had someone out to my house in less than an hour. Repairman found out very quickly through diagnostics it wasnt the heating system -- I had no propane and even went out to my tank to confirm. Fast forward a couple of days after propane was delivered and now the hot water heater is not working. Called propane company and they tell me call plumber. So I call Lower again. Again, someone at my door quickly, less than 30 minutes. Determined nothing wrong with water heater and that the propane company didnt re-light the water heater after doing leak test! So very appreciative to Jennifer, Craig, and Kennedy for quick service & patience with me. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

After such great service from Lower last year on our a/c unit, I thought Id try them again on a water heater that had gone out and needed to be replaced. After some discussion, they recommended that I upgrade to a 50 gal tank in my home versus the 40 gal tank we had. They asked questions about the size of my home and family and then gave us a great price to do the upgrade. I have to say we are thrilled. In the past we always seemed to run out of hot water, now it seems to last forever in comparison. Thanks again guys for listening to our needs and delivering. Cant say enough about the service from these guys! You are our go to now and the ones we will always recommend.

Just had the best experience with Lower plumbing! We tried to do a simple job ourselves, which ultimately turned into a MUCH bigger job due to our outdated kitchen sink plumbing. We were without our sink and dishwasher with everyone stuck at home. I called and Jennifer and Rory were able to get someone out right away. They rebuilt the plumbing under our sink and replaced our garbage disposal. Lower is a great local business that goes above and beyond to do the job right and at a great price! Thank you!

I have hired them on several occasions and they have did a phenomenal job on my sewer main, and my new stove several years ago, and my thermostat. Our geothermal unit broke down and the company that put it in went out of business so the manufacture recommended Lower’s. Luckily the parts were under warranty and Lower’s worked with the geothermal company to get the parts. They installed the parts and it is working good now. I am absolutely thankful for Lower plumbing. They installed my ac unit last year, & were the most reasonable on price. They did a fantastic job installing it as well. I had the pleasure of speaking w/ the technician, John, today. He went out & looked at a broken water line in my front heard on my rental home & called to inform me that he thought it was the City of Topekas responsibility to repair. I had 2 other companies go & look at the same line & both never mentioned anything about it possibly being the citys responsibility. John called the City & they came out & looked at the line, & sure enough, it was the citys repair. I cannot say thank you enough to John for saving my family over $1000 for a potential repair. I will definitely recommend them to others!!
