I have used Ace Plumbing several times with NO issue. Oftentimes when I call, they are able to send someone out the same day. Today Bob & James came out to install a water softener in my home, I cant wait to see the difference it will make!! It was professionally installed, Bob has been with Ace for 45 years, he know what he is doing. Both Bob and James on time, neat, professional and well informed. I am very satisfied. 5 Star Happy, and I would highly recommend!

Ive had two emergencies at home where we needed to contact ACE. Each time, they called me back within an hour. They gave a firm timeline for when we could expect service. Both times, the service happened much earlier than the anticipated window closed. The technicians are always knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. They answer all of our questions and give us tips for keeping things going. I appreciate their quick response and customer service.

Had KJ perform the semi-annual HVAC check on our AC unit on 5/10/24. We’ve had other companies perform similar service, but Ace’s technician did an outstanding job! He raised the standard on quality work. Very thorough job and I’m still telling people the great job KJ did. Please keep this technician well paid and be sure to have him do our fall service visit! We would not call any other company but ACE. We have used them for 50 years and many of their service folks for many years. They are prompt, polite, efficient, reasonably priced and know what they are doing.

We were assigned Ace Plumbing through our home warranty. Lee was the main serviceman and he was super nice and stayed with it until he got the job done. A 2nd person came and was also very nice, but upon their departure, we noticed the toilet was scratched up really bad. We called into the office and they sent Lee back out to look at it. He was able to get most scratches out and we were satisfied. Definitely recommend Ace and Lee!

I use ace all the time for my plumbing needs. This time I had a new refrigerator delivered from home depot and they would not take the old one until I had a water shutoff valve behind my refrigerator some new regulation. I was at work called Ace and they could have someone out the next morning. Which they did. He had the shutoff valve installed fast and did an excellent job! As usual!

This company sent a really nice gentleman by the name of Kenny to come out. We had a different company work on our AC system twice, both time replacing the compressor and broke within 1 week the second time. So we got Ace to come. Kenny looked everything over very carefully and while noticed the fan motor on the outside unit was very hot, around 180F after being off for around 20min. So that was flag 1. Then he noticed they changed freon to a 407 from the R22 but didnt change out the expansion valve to meter it properly. So he replaced that freon with NU-22 which is compatible or more compatible with that expansion valve/metering valve. After doing all this and putting a seperate capacitor on the fan motor just for a little extra protection, everything seems to be running great. Unit ran for around 1hr 30 mins to get the house back down to temp. Might not sound impressive to most, but before it would only run for 20 min and then shut off.

I have had Ace out to my home a number of times since 2015, all through my home warranty with American Home Shield. They have worked on toilets, faucets, my garbage disposal, refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas range. Each time begins with a polite and professional call from Boomer, and he is usually the main point of contact through the experience.Different techs have come out, but they are almost always on time and they call if even fifteen minutes late. They repair what they can and they were great communicators with the home warranty company when things needed to be replaced.Overall, it seems like some great top-down management encourages a consistent experience no matter which tech is sent to work on an issue.My experiences with the contractors sent by the warranty company have not always been wonderful, but when I see Ace on the dispatch I can usually trust that it’s going to be a smooth repair experience.
