I’ve been having an ongoing issue with my toilet and trying to find the right person to fix it was becoming a problem. My landlord kept sending unlicensed/unprofessional people so the problem was never fixed. He finally called Roto-Rooter and Brian came out and fixed the problem fast! A problem I’ve been dealing with since September. With multiple people in and out of my home not being able to fix it. Roto-Rooter thank you for being professional and fixing the problem. I no longer have a high water bill.

Roto-Rooter is the Best! This is the 3rd time I have had them come out and work on our daughters house. They show up when they say they will be there, the tech guys are always friendly and very helpful. (I ask alot of questions) The young man who came on 10/28 was fantastic. He was able to get the lines open and everything working again. Prior to his arrival the basement drain was not draining and if the toilet upstairs was used it backed up in the basement drain. Once fixed, he tested every line to make sure the lines were working properly. Then he ran his camera through the lines to see if there was anything damaged or needing repaired. These guys are amazing and do great work. They are very reasonably priced and they even have coupons on their website. Plus, they gave me a 60 Day Guarantee. Highly recommend these guys.

Diane was very friendly and professional when I called to get a quote to install my bathroom vanity, sink and faucet. She was able to have someone out to my house that same day. Tim and the other gentleman with him were both very knowledgeable and gave a very reasonable quote. They scheduled to install the very next day. Diane called the next day and advised that they were able to come earlier than they expected which was a great surprise. Tim arrived with help and went above and beyond to install my vanity, sink and faucet. He had to get extra parts from the store twice and helped level and fit the vanity in place by trimming the base board. He even got parts to make sure we were able to use the drawers in the vanity as the plumbing in the house would not allow. His work around saved us tons. My husband was very impressed with how knowledgeable, professional and friendly he was. I would highly recommend using Roto-Rooter and will most certainly use them again myself.

The technician was at my home within 15 minutes of calling them. He was kind, professional and efficient. I could not believe how fast he arrived and was done. I attempted to work on my drain problem at 7am and gave up at 3:45. The RR tech solved my problem and fixed it in less than 45 minutes.My only critique is to have techs use covers on their boots when they come in someone’s home. Or at least ask if it’s necessary. I know it’s yet another thing to consider, but it communicates a lot to a customer.

He used a snake, a pressure tool , and a camera to ensure the pipe was clear to the city main.James deserves 5 stars for fixing our problem, but Roto-Rooter only gets 4 because of the need of a call back and increased water damage.

He was very straight forward with what needed to be done and gave us a couple of options and explained them clearly. Service was a little pricey, but they were able to arrive shortly after 1pm on a Saturday after making a service call at 11am that day. While it was more than I usually pay, I am excited that the service included a 6 month warranty on the sewer pipe clean out. The service also included a cam which I dont get with my regular plumber. While I found them in the phone book, I learned after the fact that there are coupons that probably were probably applicable to my service at their website. The technicians were professional and offered to wear masks upon arrival, which was very appreciated.

Roto Rooter in Topeka KS does a great job. I have a back up sewer line due to tree roots and they came out and cleared the line with a water jet. They are the only ones in this area that has that ability. It’s a much safer way to clear the line vs using a cutting tool that could get stuck. They were prompt and professional. Came out at 10:00 at night because main drain was clogged and waste water was coming out behind washer and dryer. Only took 10 mins to auger drain from clean out outside. Was very nice and courteous and showed up when I really needed someone. Now, the “need it right now” service wasn’t cheap. Charged me $330 for coming out and 10 mins worth of work. I would not normally pay that kind of money but I had to have it fixed before the situation got any worse. Having said all that, they still showed up at 10:00 on Friday night and you have to expect to pay for that kind of service.

He definitely improved how the pipe was installed. Very professional and very courteous. Rates were completely reasonable and the finished repair was stronger than the original fitting. He had all the necessary equipment with him to immediately tackle the severely clogged sewer system in our home. He was very informative as to what he was doing and why-something my husband, Paul, greatly appreciated. Casey was not satisfied with his first attempt to unclog the sewer leading out of our house so he repeated it a second time until he was completely sure clog had been eliminated. We are so grateful for his speedy and expert action in correctly clearing of a very distressing plumbing/sewer problem.

Rex came out and ‘snaked’ our sewer line. For real, when he went to turn off the water main in the yard there was a 5 foot snake hissing at him. No problem for Rex. He just moved it with a shovel to a safe distance and kept working - Successfully removed the clog, showed us the problem with a camera, gave us quotes for a long term fix as well. He took time to answer my many questions. The office was very responsive as well. I wouldn’t call anyone else- including other people I’ve tried in the past.

We had a blockage in our kitchen drain line. Casey, the technician from Roto-Rooter was dispatched to clean out our line. What should have been a simple process was complicated by a clean-out plug which had to be cut out. Casey was very professional and told us it would cost extra. He had to run about 35 feet of line in order to get to the blockage. Because of his diligence our line is now running as it should. He kept us informed of what was going on as well as any additional costs before he proceeded and as he moved along. We were very pleased with the quick response from Roto-Rooter and Caseys expertise.

We had to walk around the house to find the clean out when we found it, it disnt take long for him to get it un clogged. My Roto-Rooter technician, Chris, went above and beyond to fix my clogged floor drain problem.I have an old house with extremely old pipes and sewer lines. A plug in a pipe disintegrated as it was removed (not the technician’s fault). The plug was an odd size and not in stock anywhere in town. The technician checked with me on price and wait time as he called around to order the part and went out of his way to pick up the part so I could have it in two days rather than wait for the next week.The technician made sure my drain was clear and the rest of the sewer pipes could be operated normally in the meantime while we waited for the part to come in.I know the job required a lot more work than the usual cleanout, but the technician was upbeat and cheerful throughout and fixed my problems. He was wonderful! Thank you!

We had a big problem with a sewer backup causing a toilet to overflow and flow down through the floor to the finished basement. RotoRooter came within an hour even though it was Memorial Day. Technician Chris Blackburn was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us an initial quote and then found that it would take more time and equipment to do the job right so gave us another quote of what it would take to get the job done. He explained what was happening and the process he was going through to resolve the problem. He cleaned up his mess and made sure everything was working right before he left.

It didnt take long for me to find out the old cast iron pipes had been neglected for years before sitting idle. One call got the techs out quickly and promptly. The job required a water jet blast to clear the problem and Roto Rooter even honored their six month residential guarantee on the service after the problem presented itself again later. Was not condescending to me at all, even while dealing with some plumbing mistakes I had made trying to do some work on my own (out of a tight budget, not that I thought I was competent). I had a true emergency going, and he showed up very quickly and fixed the problem--he was very clear about the cost, and what would be involved. I cant say enough how much I appreciate the respectful service today. I was panicking from the mess I had made!

The Roto-Rooter technician that came out on a Saturday did a very thorough job and also showed us and explained to us why we have chronic sewer problems. He worked on the problem until he was certain that he had done all he could and explained a couple of options for future problems. We have a residential sewer line that we have spent a lot of money on for repairs in two different sections of the line. There is still some original 1920s line as well as newer line. We still have poor drainage and serious clogs a couple of times a year. The Roto-Rooter tech explained the best method to deal with our existing problems without further sewer repairs and also proposed a couple of options if we decide to do even more sewer repairs.

Im giving 5 stars to Roto-Rooter; because from my initial phone contact with Patty and the actual Technician, Chris diagnosis of the problem; I experienced patient, professional , knowledgeable service and the sense that I was being treated how they would want to be treated if they werent really smart about plumbing. I really hated that something was wrong with my plumbing--and I was pretty mad at my stupid drain because the drain has been clogging ever since the house was purchased. Ive had temporary fixes for the past 20 some odd years--and I feel confident that when the offending piece of pipe is replaced I will not experience that sensation when you go in your laundry room and it is flooded--and--whomever purchases this house in the future will not have that experience either. Put Roto-Rooter at the top of your list for consultations for any plumbing issue you might encounter.

That was reassuring!The technician, Jayson, showed up in the time frame given and was very polite and courteous. He was absolutely amazing with my 3 year old, who followed him around and insisted on helping him the entire time. He didnt seem bothered by the extra help and even took the time to explain to him what he was doing and why. He never once gave the impression of being bothered or annoyed. Overall, Jayson fixed my problem quickly and his customer service was impeccable.I cant really speak for whether or not the price was reasonable as I have nothing to compare it to, but for the customer service I also recieved during each step, I think it was worth it. High five Roto-Rooter!!

We bought our home 15 years ago, and we have had to call a plumber every 11 or 12 months since we bought it to clean out tree roots. This time, we called Roto-Rooter out for the first time ever on a Saturday. The driver Kevin showed up in about 15 minutes after our call (Amazing) and went right to work. He used equipment to open the drain that none of the other plumbers had ever used. It did a much better job, and to prove it, Kevin even ran a camera down through our pipes to double check it was all clear before he would call the job done. He also took the time to tell us what was causing the root problem and show us on camera, and then explained what we needed to do to correct the problem. No other plumber took this initiative which led to return visits yearly. Shame on the other guys! Great Job Roto-Rooter and even more so, Great Job Kevin. If I ever need a plumber again, Kevin and Roto-Rooter will be the only plumbers coming back.
