Saw a billboard for $895 for a new hot water heater and knowing that mine was over 20 yrs old I called and sure enough- that was the deal! (I had gotten 3 other estimates all over $1200)David with Titian showed up on time, and took extra care with my old pvc pipes not to crack them, installed a new valve and clean up afterwards. He showed me how to empty the tank 1xper yr to extend the life of the tank and when all was done he charged me exactly what I was quoted! David was knowledgeable professional and courteous. And the company was great to work with explaining all the charges over the phone. I would recommend everyone go check how old your h20 tank is and if it needs to be replaced, do it now while they have a great special!

I just wanted to say that ALWAYS but particularly after this year’s hurricanes - Titan is the only business I can rely on to show up when they say they will be there. Months after the storms blew through, we struggle to work with any company because the supply chain is so limited. We understand these are challenging times, but I wish all companies were as honest as Titan. Also - Titan’s field technicians are not only highly skilled but very kind. After caulking and cleaning the area, the issue did not seem to fully go away. Before leaving he arranged a time to come back today with a camera line to see the problem. David solved the issue and provided great relief to my home dilemma. He communicated transparently and was genuine. Titan and David will be my go-to for any future plumbing problems or maintenance!

I called Titan Plumbing last evening (this is my second time using them and the first time was also phenomenal) when our outside water line burst and cut off all pressure inside my home. Letitia took my call and was very patient with me as I attempted to explain what was happening. She assured me someone would be dispatched shortly and that all would be fixed. Tim called me a few minutes later to share he was on the way but might take a bit longer than usual as he was coming through traffic - I really appreciated the call and how he set accurate expectations for me. When Tim arrived, he was nothing but kind, patient, professional, thorough and explained what was needed and what I could expect as he was working. His work was thorough and of utmost quality. Joey was able to not only fix the clog in the stack, but also contacted the rental agent about the hotness of the water in the bathrooms. He got authorization to fix that issue, too! I am grateful for this experience with Titan and Joey C.

I needed work done at my house, when I saw my neighbors were using Titan plumbing and electric. I figured if they trusted and recommend them then I would certainly give them a try. They came the next day to do the plumbing and day after for electric work. Mark did the plumbing work, installed a new kitchen faucet and cleared clogs. Love my new faucet and sinks drain faster than ever. The next day Dennis arrived to complete the electrical work in my kitchen. Some of my kitchen wall outlets werent working. He replaced all the outlets with these new designer ones, they look and all work great. Mark and Dennis were very friendly, pleasant and enjoyed their company. I couldn’t have been more pleased with them and work they did. I will certainly recommend them to my family, friends and neighbors, should they have plumbing or electrical issues in their homes. My toilet was leaking. I called Titan and they answered the phone right away and gave me an appointment for 8am the next morning. The Technician, Tim arrived on time. My toilet was not able to be repaired so Tim replaced it. Tim was very professional and did an outstanding job installing the toilet and cleaning up after. The technician that came out was Tommy Yates . Tommy was on time, wearing a mask and booties over his shoes. He was very polite and friendly. He listened attentively to the issues I was having and was very knowledgeable. Service was greatthe technician was polite . they replaced my old pipes and replaced my water heater. .however after the job was finished they sent me an additional bill for an electrical work. They immediately addressed the issue. They also left me a finished surface for the replacement tiles after the job was done . I would highly recommend them.

We had a small bathroom job that required an electrician and a plumber. Titan had both available and in one day we had the electrician (Dennis) and plumber (Mark) show up and withing a few hours our job was done. They were both great at social distancing, very clean and very quick and professional. The job was handled on the first visit and most of all, they were really friendly. Really nice guys. This is a really good service and if you need either plumbing or electrical, then I recommend Titan.

We had what seemed to be a simple water leak from the base of the toilet in one of the bathrooms. Mr. Tommy Yates was sent out as our technician and found that not only the wax ring was damaged, but roots from the big tree outside were growing up into the plumbing pipes. Mr. Yates, repaired the ring, pulled up the roots, replaced the toilet with a new one, and cleaned up after himself. I really appreciate his work ethic. I give this company 5 stars based on Mr. Yates work and customer service. Hes very friendly, lets you know exactly what hes doing, and ensures that you understand. Im a happy customer. 8/11/2020

The work that Dennis and Ron did was outstanding. They replaced old lighting with new LED recessed lighting and repaired a few electric light fixtures/switches. They noticed that one of the light covers/plate had a crack on it and they replaced it. They gave me a quote and did the work the same day. They even vacuumed the floor. Very impressed. Was in a bind on a Saturday. Victor came out within 90 minutes of my call and was very knowledgeable about the Flologic leak detection system we had that showed a possible leak. Within 15 minutes he advised the issue was with the valve for that system that got stuck in the off position. He fixed it, tested the system and we were good to go. I’m very thankful for getting in touch with the right company. Victor was very professional, friendly, and if we have any further plumbing or electric issues we will call Titan.

I called tricon at 730pm Monday night with emergency, my sewage line was blocked, and less than an hour later Joey was on his way, driving an hour each way to get to me in Sarasota. Joey was great, he couldnt resolve the issue that night but he came back with Corbin the next day and they got the line cleared and they spent the time to educate me on the issue and any next steps. I would definitely recommend and use Titan again. Joey and Corbin are both exceptional team members. I may have to give them a try even though we love our current service. I wanted to leave a note about Victor. He was servicing my neighbors house when the neighborhood electricity went out. As I was headed to get another neighbor to help me with my garage door,I asked him since he was headed to his truck in the street. Without hesiation he helped me unlock the door and held it up while I backed my car out. He didnt have to but its just a good guy... they are in short supply these days. I recently moved in to a new house and have been here for less than a week, last night my water heater pretty much exploded overnight and started smoking and got damaged. My property management hired Titan Plumbing + Electric to come fix this issue and not only did they get there on time/early and thoroughly communicated before/during/after, the technician was able to diagnose the problem immediately and replaced the water-heater in a timely manner/just a few hours.
