    We used this company to not only hook up our new Generac, but to also put in new electrical panels for our outdated 1983 panels. Brian showed up ready to work. He spend 3 days plus some hours on a Saturday. It was an intricate system, and he would not give up until everything was correct and perfect. Brian works straight through the day, and never stops working. Thanks to his hard work, we will have a generator to keep the house working when our power goes out. Use this company. They are pricey, but electricity is a safety factor and you do not want just anyone to do electrical work in your largest investment.

We knew that we were having some issues with mold in our air handler unit and he educated us on how to move forward getting the problem solved.     We had an amazing experience with this company. We had a pop up plumbing problem but they cover a.c. and electrical too. Nichole was great. She explained everything clearly and was very knowledgeable. We were very impressed with how quickly and efficiently she got the job done. Even helped us out with a membership plan for some other new homeowner little problems we are finding/fixing. Definitely recommending them to all our family and friends in the future.

    Nick Register was our technician that came over yesterday and was so courteous and professional. Our AC wasn’t cooling for over 24 hours at that point, he was very understanding and quick to resolve our issues. Per usual, no complaints with Home service heroes!

    Chris was wonderful. Very professional and did a fantastic job articulating what needed to be done and explaining costs. He gave me a variety of financial options and accepted what I wanted without shaming me for not being able to get all done at one time. He went the extra mile in making me feel safe at a particularly vulnerable time in my life when I am fearful of strangers in my home.His apprentice was very polite and did a great job picking out fixtures.Finally, the woman who responded to my call was very polite and professional as well.     This company sets the bar with their professionalism from the tech that quoted me to the customer service that I received when I called in to set my appointment. They were straight and upfront about all costs. Eddie the technician was calm and respectful at all times and always had a smile on his face. His experience in the field showed and his expertise shined during the work he performed at my home. From the moment he arrived on site I knew I had made the right choice in who I selected to do my electrical work. His mannerisms and the way he performed his job was top notch and his explanation on his work was easy and lite enough for me to understand.During the appointment as a customer I felt calm and at easy about the work that was being done. I did not hover over his work but I did periodically checks and Eddie did not mis a beat. He cleaned up all tools and debris with care and concern like he was cleaning his own yard and as a customer I really appreciate that.Now the install was a bit challenging but Eddie never showed it as he worked like a cool summer breeze. For me the costumer this appointment was a home run and I hate spending money but I am glad I made the call and got the work done with your company..Eddie also got me signed up for the membership and I am looking forward to seeing how that goes.     They are an amazing company. On time, professional, and knowledgeable! Eddie K and Daniel are simply the best!! I needed a chandelier installed and they were able to problem solve the issues involved in replacing the old light fixture with a larger and heavier fixture as well as a dimmer switch. You won’t be disappointed with their service.

    I used Home Service Heroes in the summer of 2023 to upgrade my electrical panel and to install a generator disconnect for storm season. I used them again in the summer of 2024 to replace my HVAC system when it stopped working. I found them to be prompt and professional, as well as knowledgeable in their trade craft - - which is great when your A/C is out in the summer in Florida. I definitely have no qualms about recommending them, and plan to use them in the future should the need arise.

He installed a new thermostat and went above and beyond, over the phone, to hook it up to my WiFi account so that I could manage its operation from 3,000 miles away.     I’ve used Home Service Hero’s at three different homes, and they continue to impress me with their great communication from the appointment reminder’s, on time service calls, and their well trained electricians. Today Lewis was able to help us move/add electrical outlets, as well as install a ceiling fan. He did an awesome job coming up with solutions to meet our needs. Lewis was great to work with & very knowledgeable.Lewis also shared the savings I could get with their Safe Guard plan, which practically paid for itself with the amount of work we had done. With that plan I can now have two AC tune ups over the best year for free.

    Lewis was outstanding! They were a bit pricey but came to our condo twice as we did not have the necessary replacement items! ( there was only one charge!) He was on time, very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, cleaned up after he finished each item & did an excellent job! I would highly recommend him for anyone needing electrical work! He knows his stuff & recommended the right things for us to purchase!     Kris and Justin were the folks that came over to inspect the installation of a fan that was done about 6 weeks ago and we were having problems with fan functionality. We were surprised with strange wiring after a new cable provider cutover and were immediate need to keep our WiFi connected without keeping a switch on. SMH.     Ive used Home Service Heroes twice this year and the service they provided was outstanding. Kelce serviced my a/c unit. She was extremely thorough and resolved 2 issues another company overlooked a few months prior. Chris upgraded my electric and installed my new tankless hot water heater. They are my go to for anything related to electric, a/c and plumbing. Not only was I pleased with the quality of work and their customer service, my electric bill was cut in half as a result of the work they did. I highly recommend them.

    Outstanding service! Our A/C unit need fixing. Our service technician was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all the repairs needed. He made sure every step of the way to check with us to make sure we were ok with the repairs before he did them. His work was flawless, and he cleaned up so well after that I couldnt even tell that so much extensive work had been done. And he took the time to show us what he had done after each step, so we could see the progress. And he made sure, 150%, that we were happy with everything as he finished each step.     David was the plumber who did all the inspection and labor on our home He went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations with the service he provided.His knowledge and skills are greatly appreciated.     We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday morning and a technician from Home Service Heroes was at our house in about 90 minutes. It was a stressful moment, but he was very professional and had the water back on by mid afternoon. They returned two days later to complete the project and took great care to preserve our 1920s property and excavate as little as possible. We thought we’d lose our front steps and porch, but they figured out a way to dig under. This saved us a lot of time and money by not requiring a rebuild of those structures. Highly recommend.

    Home service hero’s offers a few different services . I had them come out for plumbing to fix a leak coming from my shower / tub faucet snd snake a slow drain . I give that service 10 stars . you dont see women plumber cone out much and this plumber was great. fast, efficient, knowledgeable snd all that . Plumbers are expensive but the price charged of $650 was average price based on other quotes recv’d from other plumbing companies.I also had an electrician come out and he was okay. He tried tio tell me the dock lights I installed were not the right lights and they are not working b/c the salt water go to them blah blah. tried to sell me on a song and dance and then when he left that night the lights that I was looking to get fixed came back on. Electrician snd A/C men are the worst. they are always trying to sell you on something you dont need.

First off I called at about 7:45 AM to report my problem and I was expecting to leave a voicemail but to my surprise a real person (Melissa) answered and was able to get my information and schedule someone to come out to me. Then my tech (Ryan) showed up at 9am and was able to check my system and identify the problem as well as some potential future issues that I could take care of.     Wow! Ok I called 10 places to try to get a couple minor things repaired for a home inspection and everyone was more then a week out with appointments. However Home Service Hero’s had someone in the area and made it a point to fit us in given the urgency.     Huge thanks to Sammy. My AC unit began leaking and required a bucket to catch water. I have a home warranty and used the company they sent out and was told to keep the unit off with the fan on to for 48 hours to “dry the coils”. It got into the high 80’s during the day. Sammy came out to provide an insulation quote and inquired about the AC leaking/bucket of water. He asked if he could take a look, blew the system out, and temporarily fixed it so we could have AC for the night and came back out first thing this morning with the parts/device he needed and remedied the issue.     HSH are the most professional and knowledgeable people we’ve hired to work on our house. We’ve used HSH for about 4 years now. They helped us during our renovation, addressed issues when we had a lightning strike, and have done other numerous jobs on our electrical and plumbing.Melissa and the rest of the office staff are super friendly, understanding, personable, and responsive, and have always scheduled the appointments promptly and to fit our schedule. He showed up knowing the history of our house and what was done in the past by HSH. He understood what we wanted done and recommended some other fixes that we weren’t aware of, but which we really appreciated him bringing to our attention. He also really knows the electrical field (no pun intended) and explained things in a way you can understand without having a background in electrical engineering. In addition to being incredibly knowledgeable, Jason was polite, clean, and well mannered (as were all of their other employees).     I called this company after seeing their advertisement on TV. They were very prompt on coming out to get a quote on replacing a kitchen outlet. The team that came out was Chris Basak and Michael. They were able to take care of the outlet while they were here. They also did a home inspection and brought to my attention my electrical box needed replaced as well as my smoke alarms. A quote was given, no pressure at all. Before leaving we talked about why the box needed to be replaced, mainly for safety reasons due to age. Chris mentioned they offer 12 mos interest free. I went ahead and scheduled that service 2 weeks later. Again, very professional, on time and kept me informed of everything. Chris and his team labeled everything correct in the box, then upon checking outlets to be sure all labeled correct with box, found out the TV did not come on due to a switch not being turned on on the wall. I explained that switch always needed to be on for any of those 4 switches to work. He suggested to hotwire the one switch to bypass that problem. Well what a mess that started. Ended up rewiring all 4 switches, looks 100% better, just some minor wall repair that I will have to do.I cannot say enough about this team other than Home Service Heroes you have a fantastic team here, they are definitely an asset to your company!     Troy Meeks was our technician. He arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of our issue. We received a comprehensive report, with him taking the time (and patience) to explain everything in layman’s terms.Not only did he make the necessary repairs with our wiring, he brought everything up to code so our home would pass an inspection.The job was finished and everything was left neat and tidy. Troy was a personable fellow and we enjoyed having the chance to meet him. We would most definitely have back for any further needed repairs.

    Troy was fabulous! He had to move a timer closer to my pool pump in order to install a salt system. He told me everything he was going to do, wore a mask the whole time he was here, gave me the estimate and completed the job very efficiently.     Amazing service from Robert and Mark. A.C. repair and upgrade of my electric box with power surge protection. Installation of a ceiling fixture. Both men were always on time and were very friendly and professional. They gave a VA discount and spent extra time double checking the work.     The service has always been great. They have a fantastic staff and operate smoothly most of the time. Unfortunately, I marked them down because as a loyal customer who has driven business there way. I recently had them fix my back panic yo the sum of over $1900. The final part was hanging a light and fan. I was instructed to place the two new items still in the box in the area as they prefer it that way. The fan I purchase is a remote fan and the power is not dedicated to a switch. The fan was hung and the box was missing a remote. I was not contacted and fan was hung. When I inquired about the remote I was told there wasn’t one. SO WHY HANG THE FAN OR AT LEAST ASK ME. I requested they take the fan down and was told that this was not under warranty. Unbeknownst to me that meant there is a charge. The tech removed the fan and sent me a text with pics saying job complete can we charge. I excepted the text without scrolling down to see where it stated good to charge as I felt it should have been removed for free for hanging an unusable fan. I got charged and when I disputed the charge I was told tough luck. I broke my monthly retainer with them and I am disputing the charge. Sad to see the relationship go over what I call unjust in many ways.

    Second interaction: night and day difference. I received a call before originally planned that they would be sending someone out to fix the problem and even offered a refund (waiting to receive). The two gentlemen who showed up were amazing. Very polite and kind. Spoke through the process with me. They explained many things along the way about how to tell if there was a leak and safety tips as I’m a first time gas stove owner. I am thankful they made things right and I.can finally use my stove.First interaction:I called to request quote for installing a gas valve shutoff for my natural gas stove. They said someone could some out next day and we scheduled. We have a brand new range we wanted to use.Tech shows up, assesses and leaves to purchase part. We were first stop of the day at 8:30 am and he did not have the supplies to fix it. He came back, told me it would take 20 minutes max. My other contractor that was here witnessed it all. The tech hooked up the valve straight out and I can’t even use my stove. He didn’t plug it in to check functionality. He didn’t move the stove back to make sure it would sit again the wall. Guess what it doesn’t work, it’s a straight line out and the stove won’t even get close to the wall. I am in day 3 of no correction bc the plumbing service manager isn’t there and no one else can help apparently. So $435 later, (they say they waived the $79 visit fee) but I have yet to see a detailed description of what i paid for. I have something I can’t use. It was less than a 30 minute job, they get paid by job not hour per the office when I called. I’m very disappointed. I was ripped off. I paid it bc I was desperate to have my stove working. Our kitchen is being completed renovated and that is our only way to cook.Very disappointed in the service provided at an astronomical price. I’m in wrong business if that’s hourly rate.

    Our experience with Mark abs Kii was so delightful, my husband and I bought a new house and for a year we are trying to find somebody who can install our chandelier, we used three different companies before and we decided not to go with any for lack of experience, scheduling issue and honestly we did not trust them, eventually looked into and electric today’s home service heroes, from the minute they came in they were extremely professional very efficient they know what they’re doing and we trusted them.     Andrew was excellent!! Had problems with using the wrong watt bulbs and they were overheating so I called in to see if someone could come out. I wanted Andrew since he had done such a great job but was told he was unavailable. Was given an appointment for the next day 8-10am. No one showed and failed to contact me. I called later that afternoon and was told On-call personnel did not put call or appointment in the system. I went and purchased LED bulbs and the fixtures work perfectly. Will definitely use them (Andrew) in the future!
