Just had my AC service with a TXV Valve replacement, couldn’t be happier that Strada was able to Diagnose my problem. The tech Jason Herr came out spent 3/ 1/2 hours here making sure I was up and running. TY Jason, As a follow up I received a courtesy call from Eric Hernandez -manager checking up on their service performance. I was very pleased overall with everything and that Eric was able to oversee this entire job extensively. TY Eric for making this happen. Happy Customer !

Jonathan and David were the service technicians who arrived at our house to do a six-month tune-up of our AC system. We were very happy with their work. They clearly explained what they were doing and why, and they gave us several recommen-dations of what to replace during the next 6-to-12 months to keep our system operating efficiently. They answered all the questions we had about our system, and their manner was upbeat, which we appreciated!

Mike Carrigan with Strada came by today and was a breath of fresh air! He was patient, helpful, and efficient. My family and I just moved into a townhome and our outlets in all the bathrooms were not working. I put in a work order and someone came out to the home. They replaced the breaker for the outlets and tried some other things and still no luck. The guy advised that someone will come out and they may have to drill holes in the walls because there may be an issue with the wiring. He escalated the issue to Strada. Mike Carrigan came out from Strada and I explained the issue. It took all of 30 seconds of him walking downstairs to the bathroom located downstairs and he hit the reset button. WahhhhLaaaaa.. issue fixed with a click of a button! He is very versed with these types of homes and he even advised about the reset button in the garage. I appreciated the simplicity of fixing the issue and not having to deal with wiring issues. I can’t believe we didn’t think of reset button or the previous electrician lol!

Mike came and was able to locate another power source and shut the power off 1,2,3. Saving the day. Now my countertop can be replaced and I can start cooking again! He was also patient with my questions.P.S.: He got stung by a Hornet while locating another power source 🐝Sorry 😞

We normally don’t write reviews, but wanted to share the great job that Yasmany (Manny) and Hilario of Strada Electric did in completing our home rewiring. Our home was built in the late 50’s so rewiring our entire house while we lived in it was no easy job. Manny and Hilario rose to the occasion by exhibiting professionalism and showing up on time every day. They gave us a report each day on what was done and prepped us on what would be done the next day. We really appreciated Manny’s knowledge and experience. We have a unique brick wall that we were afraid would have to be cut into to add the new wires/outlets. We asked if the wires could be added without cutting through the wall and they were able to honor our request by finding another way. Even the City Inspector was impressed with the quality of work they did. We would use Strada Electric again and would recommend them to others. Great Job Guys!

Then he was able to figure out how to put up a difficult ceiling fan in a timely manner but also switched out six of my electrical plugs that couldnt be used.
