    Gabe Leonard did a very thorough job today [8/22/2019] on a scheduled 6-months maintenance. He is skilled, personable, and a great asset to your company!I am impressed by the two Easy A/C technicians (David Bailey, Austin Coulter) who installed a REME air purification system and cleaned the vents and ducts. They were on time, courteous and did an excellent job!

    I call Easy AC to replace my old unit for a new one, in less than one hr.     I recently purchased an Air Conditioner from Easy AC. It was a pleasure to do business with them. The price was more than fair and there were no hidden costs.Their representative (Victor) was courteous and answered all of our questions. Their installer (Doyle) was also very friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. They not only did an outstanding install but cleaned everything up and left the place immaculate before they left. Great Job! I would recommend them to anyone.

    GREAT experience. Called for service after hours on an AC unit that I knew needed replacement and Rodney Lopez responded promptly and had us up and running quickly and for a fair price. He also provided us with detailed information regarding replacements for our AC/furnace. He was very polite, professional, knowledgable and pleasant and Easy ACs price on the system installed was very fair. We decided to proceed with the installation which was done a few days later. Casey and Brad arrived a few minutes early, did a great job on our installation, were professional and polite, and cleaned up well before they left. We received follow up phone calls to ensure we were happy with the new system and I can say with confidence that we are. The house has never been this comfortable and the system is extremely quiet. We are very impressed with every facet of our experience with Rodney, Casey, Brad and Easy AC and we will definitely recommend them and use them for our future AC and heating needs.

    When I purchased my home a little over a year ago in Del Rio, Tampa. I found out Easy AC had installed my AC unit about 4 years prior. The previous owners continued to use Easy AC services after the installation. With the excellent performance and condition of the AC unit after nearly 5 years, I elected to stay on board with them for semi annual preventive maintenance and services as required. The various technicians sent out over the last year, have been prompt, professional, clean and honest. The last technician that was out for this years semi annual Martin, was even more professional than the others before; I hope to see him in the next services ahead. Not only did he perform the typical inspection, he displayed personal interest to review and tune as needed for another six months of reliability without call back. I am excited to find Easy AC and recommend them for all your new and existing Home AC services. This last service visit I found out they also offer electrical services, I will be sure to keep that in mind for future home improvements.

    I had Deivy Alonzo Gonzalez come by and do my annual services on my unit today. He was great, very personable, knowledgeable, professional, efficient and meticulous with his work. Easy AC replace my air Handler and Condenser a year ago, they did a great job coming out quickly and getting it done and at a respectable price. Great to see that they now do electric work as well. Today was just another experience that will make me continue to use Easy AC!

    Excellent experience from start to finish! I called Keith Westbrook and that evening a technician was at the house and prepared an estimate. The price was excellent, so I agreed. The next morning the installation technician arrived. They laid carpet protection down and were very professional and courteous. They replaced the entire air handler and outside AC unit. The installation was completed and the the home was cool by mid afternoon. They provided an excellent programmable thermostat that works perfect and once set I have not had to touch it since, it is amazing, to have temperature lower in the morning, up a few degrees while gone, then back to cool when we get home in the evening, then back up a few degrees while we sleep. How cool is that! Thanks so very much Keith and gang, excellent job, great company!!!

    Easy A/C just installed our 2nd Heat Pump/AC unit. We have been a customer since their beginning. We did not get estimates from the competition. Why ? Because we have always had outstanding service with quality products from Easy A/C. We have carried their maintenance agreement as well. Kyle and Crew did an outstanding installation of our new unit with superb clean-up and instructions on operation ( we bought a Air Cleaner also). If you want the Best of the Best at a fair price, contact Easy A/C. I am a Happy Customer...........

    Great customer service. Recently had a problem with my AC and Easy Air responded at 8:00 pm. Deivy Gonzalez was polite (little afraid of snakes) and stayed until the problem was detected. Even though he could not fix the problem (due to needing more supplies) he made arrangements for the next day. The next day, they came and took care of the problem. Easy Air is responsive and VERY REASONABLE. Thank you Easy Air!!!Ok, we had EASY AC come to service my AC again and again, Deivy Gonzalez was the tech. This guy is awesome. He remembered the house and we had a nice chat before he went to work. He was quick but thorough. We really like this guy and the service Easy Air provides. They arrive on-time and their prices are reasonable. I will keep using them for all my AC issues.

    LOVE THIS COMPANY! My AC went out on us and I called EASY AC. Jennifer said she had a tech in the area so they would waive the service fee. Rodney Lopez showed up and was completely honest with me! Told me we needed a new unit. Gave me all the facts. Wrote up quotes for my husband to review when he got home. He also gave me his cell phone number in case my husband had any questions about the paperwork. He did not force me to sign any paperwork. He was GREAT! We decided to go with EASY AC for installing our new unit and the techs were great. They worked pretty quick and did everything great. They had to redo my whole inside unit and it looks amazing. And the AC works great! I cant wait to get my first bill in with this AC. OH and EASY AC has the BEST financing options on the area for new units! DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

    We purchased a home with an AC unit that had been installed by Easy Air! We have now purchased a maintenance plan with them and these guys are great! After our AC went out at 10pm, we called them the following morning and they were here by 12:30 pm. Jon Tsourakis was our technician and he did a spectacular job! Call Easy Air for you AC needs and you wont be disappointed!

    The whole experience was great. The receptionist booking the appointment was understanding, courteous, and thorough making sure to collect all the needed information about my AC system to set up the technician for success. The technician, Deivy, was amazing! He was prompt, polite, and thoughtful. He was sure to walk me through everything he was doing and what my options were. I couldnt have been happier with the service. He fixed the AC in the pouring down rain and smiled the whole time. He definitely loves what he does and that makes for such a difference in the customer experience.

    Deivy Gonzalez performed my winter AC service and I was very happy with the service. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way, and he showed up when he said he would and within the original timeframe I had been quoted. He was very courteous, answered all of my questions, showed me ways to improve how I was caring for my system, suggested some new products, and offered to replace my UV light and filter. We have been very happy with Easy AC, their representatives and especially with Mr. Gonzalez today!

    Easy AC was one of 4 quotes that we received for a full replacement (and got their name as a referral from 2 families), and they were FANTASTIC, both in speed of service and price/value! Came out the day after I called for the quote, and had availability the next day (a weekend day I might add) for install. We werent able to make a decision fast enough to install over the weekend, but they were able to come first thing Monday. Team of 3 completed the complete replacement in about 6 hours and we had cool air again by Monday evening. Kind, professional, and clean employees, and the owner even stopped by during the job to introduce himself and check on everything. Absolutely excellent service and value. Will HIGHLY recommend to friends and family in their time of need.

    Placed a called for service on weekend and they came out exactly when they said they would. Michelle called me back and was very nice and told me who was coming out and when. Victor even called prior to let me know he’s on his way. He was very personable and explained everything to me. Needless to say I did need a new unit but I kinda figured that was happening as I had some issues in the past. The guys who installed it Juan and David were very nice and professional. Explained everything to me and cleaned up everything after they left. Would highly recommend the company. Even though I had to get a new unit they made it a pleasant experience.

    We purchased a New AC system from Easy AC in 2013. We have continued to use them for maintenance and tune up service every 6 months. I really appreciate the service the techs perform. They are professional and make helpful recommendations without upselling on products and services we do not need. I have had several technicians over the past few years (all of them have been good) but Deivy Gonzalez clearly goes the extra mile with customer service explaining the benefits of products etc. The few times we have needed service and replacement of parts the prices have been reasonable. I would really recommend Easy AC for anyone looking for a replacement AC system and more importantly they are a company that does a great job providing service and support after the sale.

    Although I read reviews, Im not the type to write them. The thermostat on my AC unit decided to go out at 8pm on a Saturday of all days. Not to mention, my wife and I just bought the home a week ago. When I called Easy AC that late in the evening, I wasnt expecting anyone to answer my phone call. To my surprise, a pleasant young lady with excellent customer service greeted me. She had a technician to walk me through troubleshooting before they scheduled me for a service call. The very next day, Mr. Scott arrived at my home with confidence, knowledge, and exceptional customer service. He solved the problem and explained in great detail what caused my dilemma. To those that read reviews and look for great suggestions from regular degular ordinary people like myself, I highly recommend Easy AC for any and every service their company provides. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!

    We just had a new Carrier system installed. We specifically wanted Carrier so we have no idea what other brands they may deal with. Working with their office staff, their field representative and their installation team was fantastic. And, to add, their price was by far the most fair and competitive of the three we got (all for the same equipment). It is too soon to speak to their service and we hope it will be a long time before we have experience in that area, but this company knows what they are doing and how to treat prospective customers.

    I give 10 STARS! Ive have only good things to say about my tech, Rodney Lopez and Easy AC. My a/c went out last night, I called Easy AC this morning and Rodney was here in about 3 hours to save the day. Cant beat that service! He got my old unit up and running so I wont have to spend another night in 88 degrees! And theyll be back early tomorrow morning to put in my new Carrier! I already knew I needed a new unit and Rodney verified that for me. Theyre going to redo my air handler setup (its inefficient and I knew that too) and redo the pad the AC unit sits on outside. The price is great for the new Carrier unit and I couldnt be happier. Rodney explained the problems my old unit has, explained the new system and what needed to be done for even better efficiency and got everything set up quickly. An Easy AC customer for life! I finally found a company who is truthful and fair and values customer service! : )

    The Easy AC, Plumbing and Electrical team are AWESOME! I called them for my Spring/Summer projects and they coordinated everything. They installed new UV lights and performed my maintenance for my AC. They installed a new Halo water system. And they installed a new electrical panel/breaker box to bring me up to current standards.Each of the specialists were friendly and knowledgeable - answering any and all of my questions.I definitely recommend Easy AC, Plumbing and Electrical!

    After having Easy AC just install our unit I could not be happier. Casey, one of the repair guys came out two times prior to us having to replace our unit and was very professional and honest. Even though my unit was hold he didnt just try and sell me a new one. He repaired a part and had the air running within minutes. Unfortunately due to another issue following our repair we decided to replace our unit completely instead of putting money into something on its last leg. Brad and another installer came out within one day of our decision to replace the unit and had it installed in less than 5 hrs!!! Talk about professionals. Today I had my final inspection by the county and everything was perfect!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing AC repairs. Quick turn around, professional repair men/installers and no hassle. What more could you ask for?!

    I just bought my house last year and got my first Air Conditioning tune up today by Deivy Alonzo. The initial customer service call (I believe it was Melinda who assisted me) was very friendly and informative. The tune up work was very thorough and informative as well.     We have two Carrier heat pumps that we purchased from Easy Air last year. Our six-month checkup was just performed by Deivy Gonzalez and he did an excellent job.     We had our AC put in on the 7th of January 2016 and they did a great job. They were prompt and courteous and took the time to answer all our questions.On September 21, 2017 I was also having an issue with my AC. I called the office after hours and they sent out Pat Farrar to fix it. He went above and beyond. He was very professional and courteous . I will definitely ask for him again. The office lady was very helpful and I appreciate her going above too.On October 1st, 2019 Deivy was here doing our routine maintenance on our unit. He was very courteous and professional.

    Last September our old AC died. We contacted Easy AC first because we see them everywhere in our neighborhood and their shop is right around the corner. It ended up being a major installation replacing not only the AC unit but also all the duct work. Every person we worked with was helpful and kind. When they were not able to get us cold air that day, they even brought in portable units to cool us overnight. Yesterday the cold air stopped and we called at 4:45pm. By 5:30pm Pat Farrar was here and by 7pm he had the problem fixed, at no charge of course. As with everyone else on this team he was very helpful, kind, efficient and just a really nice guy! Highly recommend this company!

    Its been a year and my A/C works great and has saved me money every month. Easy A/C was fantastic with follow-up a well.     I had an appointment on Thursday, Billy was my service tech and he called me a half hour before arriving to make sure it was a good time to come. He got here exactly on time, he was very polite and got right to work. He noticed I had a problem, pointed it out and explained what it was and what m8ght happened if not treated. We discussed my options and he did the repair, again explaining everything and took the time to answer all my questions.     This is my first experience with Easy A/C. I won this free maintenance visit at the Florida State Fair and of course was unsure how this service visit would go.     I have 2 AC units that were installed by Easy AC back in 2014. This week one of the units stopped blowing cold air.     Last night we noticed our ac wasnt working. Called Easy A/C and they set us up for a first call in the morning. Deivy Gonzalez was here soon after 8AM. He took all the necessary precautions with a mask and gloves and no contact. He had our ac up and running in less than an hour. He was very polite and efficient. He was honest and didnt try to tell us it was something catastrophic, just a plugged drain.

    Our AC outdoor unit was making an awful noise when turning off. We contacted Easy AC for an appointment and they came out the next day. Our technician, Deivy, arrived right on time. It only took him a minute to identify the problem and he corrected it quickly. He answered all of our questions and gave us some tips to keep our AC running smoothly. Great service!

    When my A/C stopped working, I contacted Easy A/C. I was informed that they will send a technician within the hour. She also stated that someone would call me a half hour before arriving at my location.I received A call from Deivy and he did arrive 30 minutes later. I found Deivy to be very knowledgeable, personable and respectful. He immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired it within 15 minutes. The best part was the work was covered by my maintenance plan and I didn’t pay anything. I would certainly recommend Deivy and Easy A/C to my friends and family.

    Gabriel was awesome. Performed maintenance on my AC unit and did a very thorough job. I was very impressed and will request him when it’s time for my next maintenance appointment. He also explained everything to me. It was super hot and he was drenched but he made sure everything was checked thoroughly.

    You really find out about the integrity of a company when there is a customer care issue that needs to be resolved. In my case, the owners provided a very fair and equitable solution and after my approval, they came the NEXT DAY and everything was taken care of. Their installation team of Kameron and Juan and later, Tom, did a great job. I would definitely point people in their direction and will call them first when i need to upgrade my other unit. I would have given 5 stars but there was some lack of response time after the initial issue was drawn to their attention.

    Had a service call for no cooling on a new install. Deivy Alonzo Gonzalez was the service technician today. He immediately diagnosed the problem and quickly resolved the issue. The problem was a clogged evaporator drain line which he vacuumed out, flushed and sanitized. In my opinion, this should have been done yesterday by the crew installing the new system. I was truly impressed with the professionalism and courtesy shown by todays tech, and will request him by name whenever I need service.

    Dave Estes came to our house today from Easy A.C. and took care of our problem immediately. He called to tell us what time he would arrive and then arrived! I LOVE a man who keeps appointments. Dave resolved our problem, discussed it with us and was very fair on the price. We then asked him to do our maintenance which he did - very thouroughly with a detailed written report. We will be contracting with Easy AC for regular maintenance and hope Dave comes out each time! A good company and good employees.

    After watching the tv commercials for 11 years, I tried Easy A/C for a repair. They arrived early. Had the unit repaired before I even arrived at the home. The price was $20 less than the exact same procedure performed on the unit 4 years earlier. I decided to replace the old unit 4 weeks later. After an exhaustive question and answer session on my part, we agreed on a price. David, the consultant was patient and provided all of the stats and numbers I required. Chose a better unit that I originally intended because of Davids assistance in understanding the models and features each offered. The installation was flawless. The techs, Brad and Juan were professional and thorough. The unit is amazing. After 1 night, the house has never been as comfortable. The Carrier system with dehumidifier is worth every penny. I tend to be critical of HVAC service, Easy A/C is my HVAC source for life!!!Just had my 4th PM from Easy AC. As with the 3 previous the technician Deivy Gonzalez was fast, efficient, and provided outstanding service. He arrived on time. Performed a thorough cleaning and inspection of the system. As with all other service and installation from Easy AC, the work exceeded expectations.

    Bottom Line Up Front: Impressive service from the whole team! My dog judged both technicians Dave and Pat to be of excellent character and she was right.Easy AC has surprised us with great service several times, now! They diagnosed that we needed a new coil just before the hurricane Irma evacuation. On our way back, one of Easy AC’s wonderful receptionists (so sad I forgot her name) kept on top of our case from the quote, to the updates, to making sure everything worked properly after the install. We found out our part was backordered due to the hurricane in Texas. She and Easy ACs parts manager reduced our fix from 4-6 weeks (without AC in Tampa?! Our house was 84*, Yikes!) to less than a week by thinking outside the box. Thanks to Dave for a great install. They saved us A LOT of money and distress by making our house livable again so quickly and they did it for much less than their competitors quoted.     GREAT SERVICE! Our air went out at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon. We immediately called Easy AC, and they quoted me an arrival time of 5-9pm, but if a tech was around and free sooner, he would come ASAP. Rodney Lopez arrived at 3pm, and diagnosed that our compressor was dead. We needed a whole new system, which could be installed Monday morning. I received a call at 6pm the same night from Rodney, who said his boss was worried about the weather (possible hurricane) on Monday, and could they come Sunday morning? Of course!     The Safe T Switch went bad on our A/C unit and I caught the main air duct filling with gallons of water in the evening.     Jeremy did a very good job checking my system. He checked then cleaned the compressor unit outside and then checked and cleaned the air handler. Then he fired up, no pun intended, furnace to check it. When he entered the house he would remove his shoes which was very courteous. Easy AC is a great company to deal with.     Im one week shy of my due date, which was not an ideal time for the AC to go out, but I called Easy AC and they had a technician out to help a few hours later, which really impressed me. He was also very courteous and clean and always took his shoes off when entering the house since I just had the carpet cleaned in preparation for the baby.     Easy AC came out to my home on a Sunday to try and make a repair to my ac but it was my bad fortune that the parts that were damaged were not worth repairing. I chose to buy a new AC system and they were able to install it the next day. thank goodness no more heat and humidity.I had another unusual situation where my spouse is Deaf so I made sure that the installers knew that they would be having to write notes to her for communication on what was going on. Even better, they were able to send out one of their employees who was also Deaf and could answer every question my spouse had and more.     About 7 years ago my AC in my new house took a poop!! Living in Florida AC is a basic necessity! Easy AC came quickly The tech spoke to me straight. He said I could pay for the repairs and be on my way, but I would ha e this probably over and over. My AC was probably from 1987 original with the home. Or I could replace the unit Of course there’s a sticker shock when it comes to this sort of thing!! We decided to go for it. AC offered 0% financing for 5 years or something like that. Couldn’t pass it up. They came and redid the whole system! New duct work and installation too. Fast forward a few years ago my AC popped out again. The lady that answered my call mentioned we had a free tune up we had never used. Sent some one over 123! All good and with no balance! Here we are with one of the hottest of Florida summers ever! I woke up this am around 330 It was 80* and the AC was set to 73*!!! We have a heat index advisory of 115* set today until 6pm. The dispatch sent in my order and Scott showed up about an into the service quoted time frame. He was out back for maybe 5 mins. Came back in with the broken compressor part. He had already put the new one in !! I was ready to go! Paid cash and here we are enjoying our cold air!!!! I will always call this company!     I purchased a new AC from them on November 7th, it was installed the same day. The original contact person Scott was great. Told me my options and they got moving on it right away.On November 24th I needed service on the new unit. The Tech that came was Deivy Alonzo Gonzales. He was wonderful and persistent. Spent 4+ hours working on the unit. it was frozen up (with ice). There was a pinhole leak of the refrigerant in the new unit (very hard to find). He found it, filled it up with refrigerant, and I have not had any trouble with the unit since.

    Our AC unit stopped working on a Monday afternoon and I called them a few minutes before 5 PM to schedule an appointment. The person answering the phone was pleasant and booked me for a service call the next morning between 8 and 10 AM. The tech showed up at 8:20 and went right to work.     Called at around noon. They had a technician at my house before 1:30 by the name of Rodney. Very professional, knew his stuff for sure. Had the problem diagnosed and resolved in less than 30 minutes. Did not try and push a new AC unit on me, but told me the compressor was struggling to keep up during the summer. Told me that it may go belly up this summer or it may last a while, but I should start working on plans for replacing it in the event it goes bad.     My fiance and I got estimates from several air conditioning companies in Tampa before deciding to give Easy AC our business. Their price to replace our entire unit, all the duct work, and to update all of the vent covers, etc...was FAR LESS than what other major corporations estimated us for JUST the unit, itself. Im talking thousands of dollars. Dave Whittington takes pride in his business and treated us like family from beginning to end. His crew is professional, prompt, and will respond to any issues or concerns immediately. We have to give a special shout-out to Doyle, especially.     Excellent service from the start! First we had the service tech Rodney check out the problems on our AC from the home we recently purchased. He inspected the unit and showed me exactly why were having issues with the unit. I was very impressed with his in-depth knowledge and experience with air conditioners and his honesty. I made the decision to get a new unit and all new ductwork on this 30+ year old home.Brad and Casy showed up for this huge project to remove the old units, and ducts and install the new.     A coil went out last weekend on our 3 year old AC unit and Easy AC sent Deivy out to take a look on a Sunday. From beginning to end Deivy was professional and courteous. After discovering what the problem was, he went ahead and recharged the unit so that it would provide cool air until the situation with the new part came through. Luckily, the part was still under 10 year warranty, and when they got the part a couple of days later they sent Deivy back to install it.     Your company has been to my house before several times. I was ripped off by several companies in the past. My wife said this company she liked and lots of commercials she saw. . We are moving soon and did want to spend alot and very concerned. We had water leaking out of furnace area garage and the it needed to be cleaned the tube the excess water was going out. After checking out and allowing ice to melt the motor was fried too so we had to be replaced and then 2 days later the thermostat was gone. 3 repairs in 4 days.     We are a customer of Easy AC - about 3 weeks ago Deivy Gonzalez came out to unblock the line on the air conditioner - he did it quickly and efficiently. Also, last fall when he was here for our semi-annual service call, he suggested that we put an Ionizer on our air conditioner - it seemed to us like an unnecessary thing to do - but he took the time to explain the benefits we would get from the Ionizer - one being that not as much dust would accumulate in the house - we were skeptical, but decided to go ahead and have him install it. It turned out to be an excellent decision - before the Ionizer was installed, I could literally see a lot of dust on my dresser - since the Ionizer was put in, there is little to no dust that accumulates over a weeks time and, for the first summer after 16 years in our house, our electric bill was reduced by 70% - the filter doesnt get as dirty and therefore helps the AC run more efficiently - before the Ionizer was installed, the filter would be full of dust and dirt at the semi-annual checkup - with the Ionizer, the filter was very clean.     From our first visit with Scott on the day our A/C quit, to the install the very next day by Scotty and Brad, the entire process was easy and extremely low stress. We never felt any pressure. Scott clearly explained the issues and gave us 3 well explained options. Once we had decided to replace the unit, he had us scheduled for the next day. Scotty and Brad showed up on time and kept our home clean as they worked. They answered all our questions ( and trust me there were a lot) and never sounded annoyed or bothered.     My air conditioning unit had stopped working and I did not know who to call. The TV was on and I saw Easy AC advertising and decided to give them a try. Within the hour they were out.     I was fortunate to have my condensing units compressor lock up and blow the starter cap. The carrier Unit actually caught fire burning the board and the remaining components used in standard operations. I contacted Easy A/C, there rep, and technicians were able to help me evaluate the entire damage with my near 10 year old unit for complete replacement as the coil loops had also begun to leak. The whole process was performed within 24 hrs and Im happy with the installation both Kameron an Hause performed. they were very professional, removed all scrap, and friendly. He was polite, knowledgeable and extremely professional.     On time and polite, was Deivy and Victor. They completed my a/c checkup and explained the areas they checked. Also they introduced me to the comfort series/Air Night air purification system which I purchased and i felt the difference in air quality which gets better with time.

    Deivy Gonzalez has been a tech on at least three service calls to my house. Deivy is very professional and explains each issue and gives detailed options to correct the problems. I will request Deivy for any service call in the future.
