Several months ago I signed up for the Cool Today maintenance program. I have been very well pleased. Last week I had the regular A/C inspection. Yesterday I had the plumbing inspection and today was the electrical inspection. All the technicians Cool Today sent out were knowledgeable and helpful. The A/C techs, Chris G and Billy B gave me a concise explanation of what needed to be done and then completed it in a timely manner. It was raining hard that day and they were very good about not tracking anything inside . The plumbing tech, Michael J completed the job quickly and gave a good overview of what he found. The electric techs Sabrina and her partner (whose name I didn’t get, sorry) were clear about what needed to be done immediately and what could wait for another day. All in all, I would recommend all the people I have worked with at Cool Today.

Energy Today was able to make a same day emergency repair that saved my wallet another loss! Refrigerator power was down unexpectedly and was concerned we would lose all the things we recently replaced after the hurricane, but they quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repair in time to save the day! The total repair cost was less than half of my bi-weekly grocery bill, so a HUGE thank you for the great service!

I had 6 ceiling fans installed yesterday. My Electrician did a fabulous job. He vacuumed up all the little pieces of styrofoam very carefully. I have pets and he mentioned he didn’t want to leave anything behind that they could get into. I really appreciated that!

I wish I could tell you. I had used this company for the electrical needs. I had but I called to get another opinion about something that was done and something. I felt I was overcharged by another company. Jake could have very easily Told me I had to pay ex number of dollars to get that evaluation. But instead he gave me the information. I needed to have the inspection at no charge to me.. I wanted to ensure that work was done to code and that I was charged appropriately.. This company 👌 definitely is a star in my contacts list for any Future needs of plumbing electrical and everything else that they do.

We had Kevin, and he was fantastic. I had flooded with Helene and water came through my roof and ceiling with Milton. I had just gotten power back and was afraid to turn it on. I explained all of my concerns (one included a bad shock when plugging something into a wall socket after flooding), and he took time to explain to me all of the reasons why I I shouldn’t be concerned, and it was safe to return to normal life. (My goal.). Kevin will be my goto guy for all of my electrical issues. I had an appointment scheduled with another company before this, and was canceled by the electrician last minute. I scrambled to find someone else. All other companies I called were booked out a few weeks, but this one got me in for an after 5pm inspection within 48 hours of my call. Great company!!

Both the electrical and plumbing technicians, Jeff and Skylar, were first rate. Both were extremely helpful and went out of their way to clarify things I did not understand. Skylar was particularly helpful and took the time to unplug a sink drain and adjust a faucet that was not working correctly. Jeff examined an electrical box that was connected to our air conditioning system and found it was a surge protector. I was relieved to know there was an additional protection device for our new air conditioning system.In short these two were extremely helpful and a credit to COOL TODAY.

The service I received was amazing. The technicians were amazing pleasant nice and honest. The technician was also upfront really nice to talk to answered all my questions. The repair was done in a timely manner. They were also very clean. They cleaned up their mess when they were done everything was done properly. Their pricing was pretty good. They were a lot cheaper than a lot of other companies out there. I highly recommend them to do any work to your home. when they came out, they came out on a Monday. They looked at my electrical panel and two days later they replaced my whole electrical panel. They showed up at my house early in the morning and they were done by the afternoon. They did everything in one week they were just so amazing to come out give you a quote on a Monday and two days later come back out and do the job that was just so amazing. Not like other companies that give you a quote and they’ll come back a couple weeks later not this company. This company came back out the same week and did their job and they did a amazing professional installation on my home .

Two electricians came out to replace a GFI plug in the garage and do a safety check on the entire building. They found that there was nothing wrong with the GFI plug in the garage but it was cross wired by a previous “handyman”. It was corrected and now is brought back to code. In addition I signed up for the free safety check and that was completed. They found a GFI plug lacking in a location where one needs to be. That was also corrected. I found them to be very thorough and found their fee to be reasonable.

Our world was turned upside down by Hurricane Helene. We needed an electrician ASAP as there was not enough power to run the A/C. The office staff was super understanding, and they made sure we stayed on the schedule, despite being overbooked due to the catastrophic conditions. Ryan Blake was top notch and we would definitely want him again if a new issue emerges. He explained things well and gave us peace of mind. We know what needs to be done in order to safely hook up our new Washer/Dryer and we have A/C!! We now feel safe in our house despite the significant flooding on the ground level. Thank You Ryan!!
