    Excellent customer service. Third time returning customer and will keep coming back. Radiator hose burst this am on the way back from dropping off my kids at school. They worked quickly to diagnose my issue and replaced the hose, my cracked radiator, and replaced/flushed coolant in time for me to pick my kids up at the end of the day. Very communicative, fair prices, and friendly service.

    I has an urgent problem when my car broke down at Costco. My sister-in-law, who was visiting me for the week,.was expecting me to pick her up from the airport. The bottom line is, Yusef fixed my locked steering wheel for $300.00 less than I was quoted by a franchised repair shop in one day. Thank you Yusef!! I will always trust his expertise and honesty.

    These guys are honest and do good work.I took my 4 Runner to a brand name transmission shop due to slippage.The (A Transmission Company) thought I was green, and informed me that I needed a new transmission plus other repairs for approx $6,000.00 and change.My car 🚗 😩 isnt even 😒 worth that much, but I knew it needed attended to because it was leaking transmission fluid.I found Import Auto Center, and they attended to the repair and replaced the transmission line, hoses, and changed the transmission fluid, and I was back on the road lickety split! All for $420I dont like people 😒 that lie to make a living.Thats why Ill always take my car to Import Auto Center for any necessary repairs in the future!

    I am very, very impressed and pleased on how professional, detailed and responsible Mr. Turgut and Mr. Yusuf are. They took very good care of my Tacoma Truck and gave me a very fair price to get all the work done. Super nice, friendly and both took time to explain the work they have done and mostly to listen to the needs on what needs to be done to make sure they do it to my satisfaction. I will come back and I can just recommend Import Auto Center.

    I was very pleasantly surprised yesterday with my experience at this shop. I understand that they recently opened so my suggestion is run, don’t walk before they become crazy busy! I had my front brakes completely replaced and the work was both meticulous and fast, a rare combination. Needless to say, I’ll be going back ! Oh, and cost was very reasonable as well.

    My car broke down while I was out of town in Tampa. I contacted Import Auto Center and they were able to get my car in the same day and it was fixed by the following morning.. Price was as quoted. Excellent communication and service. This would be my go-to mechanic if I lived here! Highly recommend!

    My first time at Import Auto Center ..I drive west of Hillsborough Ave everyday and I will always notice the sign never thought that one day I will end up going there ..so happen that my ac was blowing hot air so I decided to call it was pouring down rain I could hardly see but I made it..once I got there they took care of the problem within an hour the fixed my Ac.i drove back home in cold ac in my care I am one happy customer I feel very good about Import Auto Center I really do the owner was very nice to me and even explained everything in fine detail to me and besides that he made me coffee and water I am a very satisfied customer I recommend my friend and my boss today they will be checking them out soon .I will continue to take my care there from now on..check them out they also sell used cars and suvs..thanks guys for making me feel comfortable God continue to bless you and yours.may your Business continue to prosper 🙏 ❤️ ✨️ and the price is affordable check them out Ladies...and 🚹

    Needed front struts replaced on my 2011 lexus ct200h. Toyota dealer quoted me an outragious price of over $2,500. Brought the vehicle to European auto repair where the struts were replaced with OEM parts for less than $1,000. What can I say except that the work was done in short order by friendly and professional people. The car now runs and drives great. Thanks much. Ill be back if necessary.

    Came back from vacation with a dead car battery in my Mercedes, had to Uber to work, while on my way to work I called here since I see this shop frequently passing down Hillsborough Ave and saw their exceptional 5 star reviews on Google. They so kindly offered to meet me at my house at 5pm THAT SAME DAY to jump start my car to drive over to their shop and then change out my battery!! That is EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The entire process of them jumping my car at the house and changing out my battery took maybe twenty minutes total!! I saved money, time, and a headache of having to jump my own car!! Incredible! I would recommend them to anyone!! Thank you so much!!
