Derek was excellent. He arrived on time today and had my ceiling fan with light fixture installed and working perfectly in no time. He was very professional but friendly and personable too. He was also very safety conscious. He discovered that my old fan was not securely attached to the ceiling structure and the whole thing could have easily fallen down. I am very glad I chose I & C for this job. I know the job was done right. I will recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work done. His bid was very competitive and he he explained our various generator options in great detail. He also arranged for a subcontractor to extend our natural gas line with minimal disruption and NO underground lines or utilities damaged in the process. The 26kw generator we selected was in stock and was installed and operational on schedule. On-site, his crew of Derrick and Stennis were extremely professional , knowledgeable, and represented the company extremely well. From the start of the estimate process all the way to the finished job, I&C Electrical made the process smooth, easy, and honest (and we had a full panel replacement). He supplied information on a few different options for us to decide on. When we signed with him, his team showed up when expected and they had the new generator up and running that day. When we decided to install a whole house generator, we looked around for the best company we could find. After all, such a system is no small investment, and we did not want to risk hiring just anybody. The various bids were interesting: some contractors didn’t even bother to show up; others casually blew off an actual meeting appointment for a rough estimate over the phone; still others came on like super salesmen—always a red flag. Then there was Andre Williams, and I & C Electrical. He showed up on time, dressed smartly, and with an impressively professional air. Without knowing anything more, I felt almost ready to hire him on the spot! However, Andre took great pains to check out our house, and submitted a precise quote that evening, along with pages of information and downloaded brochures about the equipment he would install. Since that day, the system is in place and up and running—all to the most exacting standards. We have since asked I & C return for other projects. Hes very knowledgeable about all aspects of this equipment, answered any and all questions I had, left my yard clean. In the event of a storm I now have the peace of mind to know we can wait to have power restored and do it in very comfortable conditions. Andre was very polite and professional with the quoting and installation of generator. I had no knowledge about a generator only thing I knew the next hurricane was not going to get me the next time. So I called them up, he gave us a very reasonable price and walked me through the installation process which was very informational. He taught how to manage generator which doesnt take much. However I was so pleased I hired them do the yearly up keep of generator. This company is trustworthy and dependable they wont leave you hanging. We had a lightning strike on our roof and lost most of our power - a bad and dangerous situation. Our standby generator was knocked out. We have a disabled son who depends on having power at all times. I called Duke Energy - they came and said its on your side. I called the company who installed our generator. They said youre on your own. Then I called Andre of I&C, who had done previous excellent work for us and a neighbor. Andre, who was in the middle of a job, took the time to calm me and instruct me on how to work the breaker panel. It was like Apollo 13! He cared - he helped - we got most of our power back - and then he said hed come to the house. Andre and his assistant Matt not only came when the said they would, they guided me in making the correct decision to buy a brand new, upgraded Generac generator. The lightning had damaged our current unit to the point where even if it could be restored to operating condition, I couldnt rely on it to protect our son. If you need an excellent electrician, make sure to call Andre (and Matt) because they wont let you down. This is a man who knew our family was in trouble and he came in like the cavalry and helped us. Andre is a real professional electrician and an honest, true gentleman. He installed kitchen lighting for me a few years ago and most recently installed a Ring doorbell for me. Not only did he install the doorbell but he patiently helped me set up the app for it on my smartphone. Hes neat, professional, always right on time and his prices are very reasonable.

I hired I & C for 2 different jobs, indoor canned lighting and repair of outdoor wiring to my generator. The first job Andre, the owner performed, the second his employees. Both jobs I was very satisfied with. They say you can tell a professional by the quality of their tools. Well I can tell you he has the best. For the 2nd job I asked him to provide me an estimate of how much it would cost to repair the wiring to my generator. He made quick measurements and assessed the situation. He then went in to his van, turned on his WIFI, calculated materials and time and printed out an estimate within 10 minutes! Try getting an electrician to provide you with a timely estimate! You will not be sorry if you hire this company for any job. They are professional, reliable, and fair.

Andre Williams a Briggs and Stratton dealercame to my house at my request to give me a second opinion about my 4year old generator after Tampa BayGenerators and Kopper Electric told me my generator was the wrong one for my property and could only be fixed at a big expense and gave .e an estimate of $12118.93 for a new GeneratorAndre Williams said the generator was fine for .my location and spent an hour finding the problem which was a switch replacement that he went out and purchased. Contacted Andre in June of this year about a whole house generator. He came out and did an inspection of the electrical on my property and gave me a proposal that same day. His folks installed a 26KW Briggs and Stratton quickly and efficiently. It worked very well during hurricane Milton as we were without power for 4 days. I highly recommend I&C Electrical.
