Josh and Josh were fantastic. They knew what to do, worked well together, polite, cleaned up well when completed and they didn’t even take a break. I would have them back to my house anytime. There was some issues setting up the charger WiFi, they called Ford trying to get it worked out and several other trouble shooting ideas to get it to make it work. I was referred to Force Electric by a third party to install my Level 2 EV Charging Station in my garage. They were very patient and communicative with me throughout the process.Akeem was my installer. He let me know when he was on the way and arrived on time. He was very polite and professional, explained to me what he needed to do and confirmed the details with me (exact placement and options available as far as how I wanted the wiring run). I had a breaker randomly tripping and had several electricians come out to give an estimate, but Force were the only ones that didn’t suggest installing a new breaker. Instead we swapped breakers, but it kept happening. Akeem came out and checked every outlet and fan to make sure there were no loose connections. The breaker still kept tripping. Both Akeem and Sam (the owner) came out a third time (for free) and tightened all of the outlets to the screws. Third time will hopefully be the charm.Working with Force and Akeem has been great. Very knowledgeable and happy to share with you. Incredibly responsive and very quick with appointments. The kind of service I received I would have expected to pay a lot more for but they were always well below any other estimate I received. They will be the only electricians I call going forward.

They worked my project into their schedule very quickly and kept returning day after day until the project was done. Everything was done to the highest quality and code with no cutting corners. I am very happy with my experience with this company and will definitely use them for any of my future electrical needs. I had an outlet that was not working and used another highly rated company that made the issue worse. The team came out from Force and was much more thorough, took pictures and were very informative about fixing the issue. On the first visit the issue was not fixed because the guys who went out thought I would need to remove my dishwasher to access the correct wiring but then the supervisor (Sam) called me an hour after the visit and asked if he could take a second look to verify whether I actually needed to remove the dishwasher to fix the issue. He came out the very next day (on a Saturday) and got everything working perfectly. He would not let me pay him for the visit and would not accept a tip. I would highly recommend using Force.

Josh worked with me to try to determine why the 7 blade fan & light were not as great as the Hunter Sure Speed fans have been. He got a brighter light and we are working on the fan. No one can beat Force Electric and owner Sam Lemon for his well trained, courteous staff! When Force does a job, it well be completed according to code so safe for my family and me! Electricians are not a place to shop around; quality and thoroughness are very, very important! You have the best with Force!

Scott and Josh are an awesome team for Force Electric. They called in advance and arrived on schedule. Their task was to replace a very old (52 years) electrical panel (breaker box). They placed a plastic barrier to protect the bamboo floors and worked diligently for 6.5 hours, keeping me informed of what needed to be done in order to fit the new, larger, safer box & wiring into the existing small hole.The guys were pleasant, friendly, professional left my home cleaner than when they arrived.It’s been an absolute pleasure working with all the Force Electric crew members and I’ll be calling them for all our electric projects.Job well done guys!!PS - Scott even contacted an associate to patch the drywall cuts-outs necessary to install the new system…now that’s over-the-top service!!

I had to suddenly change from a broken drop in stove top to a slide in range. Scott and Josh came out the day after the cabinet revisions were made and installed new breakers and ran new wiring from the breaker to where the new range will be and installed the proper outlet. They were done in less than one day despite having to fish wire through a ceiling. They were friendly, professional, courteous, and made sure they cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend them!

I had Force install an EV home charger and whole house surge protector. Scott was great and did a fantastic job. I will definitely recommend them and use in the future.

Scott did a GREAT JOB! He is a master at locating old, 1940s, faulty wiring and replacing it with safe electrical wiring. I know I can always rely on Force Electric to do an OUTSTANDING job! I would trust no other company when my familys safety is at stake. Thank you!!!

Excellent service, friendly team. They adapted their solution to make it work and left everything nice and clean. I would definitely use Force Electric again.
