We have residential apartments and I have used E&I twice now and my experience was great each time!David is very responsive via text and he gets there earlier (sometimes a lot earlier) than he says he will!First time I used him (Feb 2022), I had to get a main 240V breaker changed because it was sparking for one resident and he ordered the part, came the next day to install it. My one gripe about this service though was that he needed payment upfront and I had never used him before so I was a bit skeptical, but he honoured his work and got everything done and no problems in that unit again!The second time I used him (Mar 2022), it was a similar issue but the feeders had heat damage and he replaced the feeders with copper lined ones! It was another great experience, but even better than the first because he took payment after he finished the work. I was also having trouble with the online payment but now we have a good working relationship and I can trust that he will do the work.He worked well with TECO both times to make sure the power was restored and working properly!

He gave us an estimate, and then scheduled and installed a heat & exhaust fan in our bathroom, which required running new wires and installing a new circuit breaker. He was very thorough and worked with us on ordering the parts needed and accommodated our preferences and schedule. Great quality work! Excellent service, prompt and great communication! David installed a transfer switch for a portable generator so that I can power select items in the house during power outages. He was professional and honest and takes pride in the quality of the final job. Ill add that he is also personable, friendly and reasonable as far as his prices. He arrived on time and worked with me to custom configure the powered circuits that will be powered by the generator. I have hired many craftsmen, some good, some terrible. David was among the best. When I have wiring needs in the future, Ill check first with him. If you hire him, you will not be disappointed.

I called David as we needed help with a power pole on our property that had failed county inspection twice. He went to the property the next day and put us at ease by letting us know that he could make the necessary adjustments to the electrical service so that it would pass inspection.He completed the work in a timely matter and communicated with me throughout the process. The job was professionally done and David was a pleasure to work with. We are thrilled that the service has now passed county inspection. I would highly recommend E & I Electric.

We hired David to convert our 15 fluorescent fixtures to LED, i.e. retrofit. He bypassed the ballast on each fixture and direct wired each lamp holder. We provided him with Toggled dimmable LED tube light bulbs and several compatible dimmers that he installed. Now we don’t have anymore ballast buzzing or bulb flickering and have better lighting. David did a great job for a fair price. We are very pleased with his work and highly recommend him.

Dave was very quick to come do an estimate for some outdoor wiring. I was more amazed when he said the job could be completed the next day... The two men that showed up to do the job were very knowledgeable. They took their time and did an expert job installing wiring lighting and piping to run the wiring through. I was very happy with their work. I would recommend their company and I would definitely use them again should the need arise.

I already had two new fans with lights and he quickly installed them for me. He did a great job for a good price. Will use him for any other electrical needs in the future.

They were prompt, professional and did great work both times, at a reasonable price. As usual they did a great job, at a reasonable price and were very professional. Dave pointed out some additional items that may require attention, but did not pressure me to commit getting it done at the present time. I appreciate his dedication.

I recently purchased a heat pump for the pool, so I needed a dedicated 50 amp feeder wired to the back yard. I also needed a separate feeder to supply a hydroponics garden and a sump pump, which to this point were supplied by extension cords and weather protectors. Needless to say, this would require quite a bit of digging.I obtained a few estimates, and saw the great reviews which were written about David Levy, so I got an estimate from him as well. He struck me as being extremely knowledgable, and also very cerebral in how he would make it work, and as his price was reasonable, I decided to go with him.Without getting into too many details of the work itself, I can say unequivocally that David did a fantastic job. He works nonstop, and isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. Not only did he complete the work initially requested, but he also hung an indoor light for my new shed, along with an outdoor LED light. He removed an out-of-code pool breaker, and wired our pool pump to the new, fully up-to-code subpanel. He was here until 7:30-8:00 a couple of nights, making sure everything was cleaned up. Like I said, a nonstop motor.There’s no question that we’ve found our electrician for future work, and I’ve already recommended him to friends and family. I couldn’t be more pleased with the job he completed for us.

I really appreciate David and his super professional way of working! I have been planning some electrical work on my home for some months, and I wanted to find someone who really knows the electrical trade and who I can communicate with. David fits both those requirements. First, he really uses technology to keep in touch. Phone, Email, Texting. That means a lot to me, because most construction related businesses out there do a terrible job communicating. David sent me a proposal electronically and keep me informed about arrival times, etc. This helped me work with him as I juggle my busy work schedule too. Secondly, he really knows electrical systems, and he was able to do what I needed perfectly. His assistant really cleaned up the worksite too, so when they left my garage and room where the new circuits were installed was cleaner than when they came! I also want to point out another thing about David. He listens to you and helps you understand what the realistic options are. Because I had been doing a lot of research and reading about adding circuits, etc - I needed to work with someone who would be able to talk to me about what really works, etc. I guess I consider myself an informed consumer, but I also know that an expert can bring a lot of value to a project. Electrical is one of those you want done right the first time. His price quotes were what I expected for a high quality professional job too. I am so happy with what he did, I am having him come back in a few weeks to do more work.

Extremely satisfied with the 220 volt install for our new Hot Springs Hot Tub. David quoted us a reasonable cost and even worked on Saturday, May 19th, which he normally doesnt work weekends. We reluctantly gave him short notice and he was able to work us in. The install was professionally done and looks even better. His attention to detail is impressive. I will recommend E & I Electrical to everyone that is in need for any type of electrical work. If we need any additional electrical work done we will definitely hire them.

The power in my entire house was flashing off and on. Scary! One call to Dave and he was here in about 30 minutes.Dave quickly diagnosed the problem. It was late in the day, but off he went to gather the necessary parts and supplies. Dave returned early the next morning and replaced the electric can in the back yard. He coordinated the necessary power shut down with WREC. The repair was smooth and done very quickly. Aside from being a genuinely nice guy, he is prompt, courteous and professional.I was initially pretty upset that this was happening, but he quickly reassured me. I will definitely call on him in the future if necessary and highly recommend that you do too!

These guys are the best! Dave is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Asked for an estimate, and he was there later that afternoon, scheduled the work at a very reasonable price for a week later and completed it (6 minor jobs including replacing kitchen lighting and hood fan and dining room ceiling fan) in less than 2 1/2 hours. Cleaned up afterwards taking all trash to curb and sweeping up. Its really nice to know that someone out there still cares about being professional and customer service. Really great company! I had new security lights installed, new lighting fixtures, rewiring for my kitchen, and a few other things. They were fast, the price was fair, and I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone. Overall a great experience and I am really happy with the finished product. Customer service seems to be severely lacking (unfortunately) these days, but this company has excellent customer service.

We called E&I electrical this morning and they came to the house within two hours, fixed the problem and pricing was very reasonable. Would highly recommend!

I moved recently and have called on David 3 times in the past few weeks. In every case he was responsive and provided an expert level of service. He has added and removed circuits, diagnosed and eliminated an intermittent short, cleaned up and removed redundant circuits, and helped me install a chandelier. David impressed me when he gave an estimate. The other 2 electricians giving estimates just walked up to main circuit box outside and wrote expensive estimates. One was trying to sell me something I didnt need. David impressed me when he took out his tools to open the box and look to see the cause of problem and gave me a much more reasonable estimate. He showed up on time and did a great job. Also, was able to get the job started right away. Being without electricity, it was important to find an electrician who could get me back up and running quick. Other electricians were not available. I only had a few to select from at the time.

I called E&I electrical for an estimate to do work at my home. Dave called me back and set up an appointment for that same day. He arrived at the time he stated and explained everything required to complete the job and gave a verbal estimate. That evening I received an e-mail containing an estimate detailing the work to be completed. Dave kept in constant contact throughout the process and completed the job on a Saturday working until 8 pm to finish. I would not hesitate use him in the future.
