    I recently had the pleasure of working with Peter and his apprentice couldnā€™t be more satisfied with the experience. Scheduling was a breeze, despite weather and rescheduling they were prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Peter took his time to thoroughly assess the issue, explained everything to me, and they werenā€™t efficiently intelligently to ensure every detailed project was perfect. They provided clear, concise communication about the process and the price, and even left the workspace, clean and tidy afterwards. The job was completed ahead of schedule and Peter educated me my electrical system. I would highly recommend them for anyone in need of electrical work.

    Had an emergency issue with our electric. Called to see how soon they could get someone out. Within five minutes Jennifer called me back to let me know they have a tech who could come in a few hours. Peter and Kody showed up and immediately figured out the issue. They checked and triple checked before they left to make sure there was nothing else wrong. Thank goodness for them and their quick response. Getting shocked while trying to do your laundry is not fun! Thank you very much! Price was also very reasonable for replacing two outlets and the dryer plug to ensure my safety! 10 out of 10!

    I had two jobs for Brandon Electric: 1) Replace a ceiling fan. 2) Install an outlet for the garage door opener to be up to code.Isaiah and David were dispatched to my home and quickly got to work! I am so glad I didnā€™t listen to my friends to do the replacement of my ceiling fan myself, because it is more tedious than I thought it would beā€¦ something I would not want to handle alone. Thankfully, Isaiah and David made it look completely easy.The garage outlet installation was also a breeze for them, something that I thought would take longer than it did.Both Isaiah and David were very courteous, and answered any and all questions I had.Will definitely be a repeat customer to Brandon electric for any future projects.

    Nicholas and Cam came out today to replace our riser which was ruined by hurricane Milton and this had to be done before they could restore power on our street. These guys were very knowledgeable, professional, kind and did a great job. Guess I could wrap it up to one word and that is AMAZING! We will definitely use Brandon electric for any future electrical needs and ask for Nicholas and Cam to come out. We truly appreciate the promptness of Brandon electric sending people out since we cant restore power until that riser was replaced. They actually came out two days earlier than originally advised. That was the highlight of our day. Despite the fact that Nicholas had catastrophic damage to his home and cars, he still maintained a positive and happy attitude.

    Matthew and his assistant electrician came to look at my ac and other surge issues after hurricane Milton. Matthew read the voltage levels coming to the ac unit, explained to me what happened, got my air conditioner running!!! Also, they installed a breaker and surge protector on the meter to protect my home from future transformer power surges. Thank you both the quality workmanship and professionalism!!!! They are very knowledgeable at their electrical skills. Thank you again!!!

Their excellent diagnostic work discovered not only a loose neutral wire in our circuit box, they also discover an outside plug that was causing a problem.     Damon was great. He and his helper were on time, even a couple minutes early. Damon listened to what was wrong and what we wanted to get done. They fixed an outlet, checked the breaker box, put in a new GFI in the garage and fixed an ornery kitchen light that wouldnt work all the time. Booked a week in advance and they came out 1st thing in the morning... they were able to locate the issue and provide a resolution.     My husband and I decided to go with Brandon Electric simply because of the excellent reviews, and a personal friends knowledge. Our 41 year old panel needed to be replaced with a new one. A side goal was to have an Interlock Kit installed, too, instead of a transfer switch for a 13000K generator and an outside box to connect said generator. Matt was our installing electrician after Louis came out for the estimate.....both are top notch professionals. Our inside contacts were Nina, Kayla, Torri, and two other ladies.......also the best people to work with! The County Inspector said good job...nice to hear from him. Simply put, Brandon Electric was the perfect cross-our-fingers choice....we are blessed to have them as our Electricians, now. BTW,, appointments were spot on. What more could a person want?!     The best company out there if you need any electrical work! From the start to the finish, extremely easy to use as well as courteous, knowledgeable, and professionalā€¦ also have the best prices (I paid the price I was quoted, which included the inspection fee from the county). David and a coworker came out and installed an inlet box and interlock kit. The whole job took them about an hour. They tested it out. I had some questions. They fully explained all the different scenarios I asked them. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this company!

    I had a scary situation! While having my house pressure cleaned, one of the outside electrical outlets caught fire. I guess it didnā€™t trip properly. Long story short I needed to have it replaced along with the circuit breaker switch. Nicholas and Gio did a great job. They work very efficiently! They donā€™t try to upsell you, which I greatly appreciate. I was the one actually doing the upselling! I had them replace another outlet since they were here, anyway, and install new covers on the outside outlets. Very reasonably priced for everything that I had done. I will definitely do business with them in the future!

They were honest and friendly and shared all of the pertinent reasons for their concerns and gave me the references I needed to perform the work myself if I chose to move forward.     The technicians called in advance to let us know they were on the way (they got here a little early, which was fine) and did a great job replacing 2 light fixtures on our front porch.     I do want to apologize for the delay in writing this review. I had 3 estimates for the work I needed done and by far Brandon Electric was the most professional company I have ever has the pleasure of working with. From the start which was an inquiry online to setting the date & time for a quote. Constant communication between the employees in the field and the office personal was just incredible. Casey was amazing, he has a great attitude and personality. His diligence in searching for an interlock for the circuit box that houses my main shut off which happens to be separate from all the other circuits. He displayed such respect and you can see his goal was to make us happy and gain a customer. When the install happened Carlos was on his game and surely know his stuff. There was no playing around, he got down to business and when he was completed he took the time to go over everything not once but several times to make sure both I and my elderly father knew exactly how to operate the system. Both Casey & Carlos ended their visits here making it clear that if we needed any help to call them... I am recommending Brandon Electric to any and all that ask me for a reference. Did I mention the price? Well I can tell you that they are professional, punctual and most definitely affordable.

    Great service and great value. They had to run new wire and replace the old, substandard and marginally dangerous wiring to the bedroom light/ceiling fan and rewire the 3-way switch. Power was hot to the fixture, since one of the previous owners took a shortcut when wiring.They were very professional (Gio and David), arrived on time (after a text notice), knew what they were doing, wired everything correctly, and the charge was very reasonable. Luckily it was discovered our panel was not part of the recall, so no work was necessary.     Had a bad breaker in main incoming panel. Could not use water as on a well. They sent 2 guys the following day. However, one did not speak or understand English (which should be a requirement). He had to have the other translate. Identified problem but did not have a replacement. Was told that would call into office & get shipped (if necessary). That was last I heard from anyone. Likely time for me to be looking for another vendor.This is the 3rd or 4th time that I have used Brandon Electric for changes, installs or improvements. They have always been professional, competitive and on time. On this occasion, I had a long list of things that I needed to have done, would like to have done and my wish list. Kiev went over the entire list....tested and inspected where applicable. He was excellent & thorough. Liked his approach, attitude and detail regarding the many projects. Glad to have him look at the project overall and look forward to completing many or most with Brandon Electric.I just used them today to complete about 7-8 electrical projects. Kiev arrived right on schedule. Both he and John got along great together and were outstanding to work with. They had a few challenges, but it was evident that it was about quality and not about getting the job done and going home. Really liked the professionalism of both these guys. Have several additional projects to consider in the near future. Found that no one can really beat Brandon Electric service. Was a little disappointed (being an ongoing customer) that they required $ up front for the permit fee. That still annoys me. Not the fault of the service tech.Carlos was on the job to inspect the work done. He was pleasant and very professional. We reviewed all aspects including the door bell wiring. He seemed satisfied with the workmanship and structure of the work done. Once again, your service techs display a high degree of knowledge and I continue to be pleased with their work.Needed a doorbell installed as appears have broken wires. Alex came as scheduled & spent some time analyzing the issue & attempted to utilize the wiring in place. Finally, was necessary to rewire. Did a complete wiring, new transformer, & installed my Ring doorbell. Everything works perfectly. Alex & helper were pleasant, professional & communicated well.     I had a breaker go bad on my panel and needed to get it replaced. Brandon Electric did a great job. Their electrician was very knowledgable and friendly. I will use them again for future work.

    The Technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. The only thing I didnā€™t like was there was $150 trip fee to repair a plug and put two spacers in electrical panel which took all of 30 minutes, maybe $15 worth of equipment, which I didnā€™t mind paying the $50+ for the actual repair, that trip fee stings. Other than that great service

    I normally do not participate in surveys but needed to make and exception here. Marc P of Brandon Electric has completed a few project at our home over the last 3 year period to include a total replacement of our breaker box. All work has always been completed in a timely and professional manner. Most recently we had an issue that required Marc to troubleshoot an issue we had with our lift station pump during an extended driving rain storm. He came and without hesitation proceeded to uncover the issue and resolve the problem which did not keep him dry. In my evaluation that is going above and beyond the call of duty. He is and exceptional technician, great communicator and dedicated to his profession, and on top of that he is an all around nice guy. I have nothing but the utmost praise for Marc and Brandon Electric. Both come HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.... 5 Stars!

    After four failed attempts to re-set previously working low voltage landscape lighting timers I requested an additional service call to re- set the timers. An estimate was emailed to me to replace the electrical timers with mechanical timers.The emailed invoice estimate was for about $450 to replace the timers with which are $15.50 each on Amazon.The final story after going back and forth:GM Russell had a strong desire to correct the timer issue in a fair manner and ended up replacing the electrical timers with mechanical timers at no additional charge for labor or materials.I have fully working landscape lighting and I appreciate Russellā€™s tenacity to see the situation through.

    I had a wonderful experience with this company from start to finish. My property manager asked me to call them to make an appointment to find out why the fan and light in my room was not working at all and to have two fans installed in the other bedrooms of my home. The lady who took my call was extremely polite and worked me into the schedule the very next morning. She was very patient as well with me. It currently is hard to understand me due to double jaw surgery. I asked that instead of the tech calling when they are on the way if he or she could please text because it hurts for me to talk. I was expecting her to forget to do so because I encounter that often in businesses, but nope, she didnt! My tech did exactly that so I did not have to talk.Keiv was my electrician. He was punctual, professional, and polite. He completed all three tasks in a timely manner, did not leave a mess with the extra screws or previous fixtures. Everything was put to the side where it wouldnt be tripped over and he told me where everything was. When everything was completed he explained everything he did as well. He is a great asset to the Brandon Electric team and represented the company so well. I recommend anyone needing electrician services to reach out to this company. They are wonderful!

    Kayelee was extremely responsive, letting me know when the electrician would be late and rescheduling me herself, because she knew the importance of the work needing to be done. Robbie and Danny have assisted me before, and these two are the nicest electricians you could ask for!     We have had Brandon Electric do work three times in our home so far. Jeff R. has been our electrician each time. We have had recessed lighting installed in our master bedroom, bathrooms, bonus room, and electrical/cable ran to where we wanted a TV in our lanai. If we need anything in the future we will once again call Brandon Electric and also request Jeff R. He has been on time each time, professional, does clean and great work, doesnt pressure you to do more, and provides valuable feedback. Do you ever ask yourself does ANYONE do just honest good professional work anymore? Well, Jeff does! He is a trustworthy man who you feel like is treating your home like his. He is always adamant that he clean up any dust. Jeff treated my family with respect including my wife, kids, and even our dog. Thank you Jeff, I appreciate you serving my family sir!

Most impressive to me, they asked for a vacuum to clean up their mess when the job was done.     Casey called before coming and thank God he did I had totally forgotten... and after he called he was punctual. After having a home inspection that sited several electrical points to fix, he showed me exactly what needed to be fixed and explained why and the benefits.It was evident that he had lots of experience and knowledge. Did not treat me as if I did not know or care to know. He was very professional and I will definately call him back. Oh, and extremely reasonable with the price.

    Keiv called me 1/2 hour before he arrived. He was here at the beginning of my scheduled time. He introduced himself and got started. He was polite, respected me and our home and wore shoe covers. He made sure he knew what I wanted and did the job quickly, neatly, and it was just like I wanted! He asked me to inspect the work to see if it was to my satisfaction. He explained each stage of what he was doing on the iPad and showed me that the amounts matched what was stated. He let me read before I signed. He asked me if I would be willing to complete this survey rather than just sending it to me. I appreciated that consideration.     Just a wonderful experience all around beginning with the office staff to Jason, thetechnician who did the work. He explained everything to me, did the work andcleaned up afterward.
