1000000 Star Rating!! Nichole was my first point of contact. Aside from being professional, welcoming, sweet and friendly, she was VERY knowledgeable, helpful and resolution focused! Based on my issues, she assigned Merv to come out to assist me. Merv was right in time, extremely professional and very friendly. He reviewed my concerns with me and got right to work. Merv not only worked cleanly, his years of experience showed through worked through everything like a modern day MacGyver!! I lived town so much I’ve already scheduled another appointment for additional work !

Hyde Park Presbyterian Church recently partnered with BCI Integrated Solutions to update the audio and video system in our main Sanctuary. They worked diligently with us to find the solution that fit both our environment, and our budget. The installation team was top notch, and really treated our facilities as if it were their own. BCI went the extra step to make the new solution not only sound and look amazing, but integrated with the aesthetics of our Sanctuary. Ive worked on several projects, at multiple churches, with BCI and they are best!
