Joshua Barger with Bates did a fantastic job installing several light fixtures and dimmer switches in our condo. He was very meticulous in his work and it was very clear that his goal is to satisfy the customer.

Just wanted to take a minute to recognize the hard work of James Garner a electrician with bates. This man is amazing at his job! He was my lead electrician and carried that project! Knows his stuff, reliable and dependable. I would highly recommend this man on any project! And will definitely request him again when working with Bates.

Everyone I spoke to at Bates was very professional and kind. After Hurricane Milton, I was so stressed because my home flooded. I called on a Friday afternoon and they put me on schedule for Monday. Kai came as promised and did a very thorough job checking for safety. He was neat, polite and obviously very knowledgeable about his work. I’m so grateful to them.You can trust them to do a great job.

I ran into an employee of this company (Ernie) in the Spring Hill area. Ernie was in the vacuum bay next to ours at a car wash, cleaning out a Bates Electric service truck. He helped me to understand Bates Electric, with some of my questions.There’s something good to be said Bates Electric employees and this company based on Ernie’s professionalism and generosity with our public interaction. I will just say, based on the short conversations we had about the company he works for, ‘this man respects this company tremendously’. He is very proud to work for Bates Electric, and company image is extremely important to Ernie.. Someone may ask how could I give a ‘5 star’ rating based on exchanging a few words at a car wash? It’s easy for me. As an owner of a commercial construction company in Florida, knowing a company is ‘only as good as their employees’, holds ton of value to the success of the company. ‘Good job Ernie’, and thank you sir.

I called at least 4 electrical companies. The longest wait for service was November 4. The shortest was a couple days. The whole house was without electricity after a breaker in the main panel tripped. We just went grocery shopping so the fridge was full. I contacted Bates Electric. They contacted one of their techs. The tech named John I. called me and said he’d be at our house in 50 minutes driving from Brooksville. He arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the faulty breaker. Did some other diagnostics and the electricity was back on. Our house is very old and the old 60 amp breakers can’t hold the draw that all the new appliances and devices put on it. The entire panel needs to be replaced but thankful Bates and their tech John saved all the food in our fridge. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

Technicians are always professional and efficient.Service Manager Victor Barauskis treats every client as if they are his only concern. He is able to address the unexpected to meet completion deadlines and as well as provide creative solutions in correcting major electrical issues.

I turned to Bates because they specialize in residential EV charging station solutions and installation. Bates represents they are available 24/7 and thats just what I was looking for as a brand new first time EV owner. Sure enough after the installation I ran into an issue with the software of the charging station. I reached out to Bates and they took all the necessary steps to insure the issue I was dealing with would be resolved quickly. They took the issue I was dealing with seriously and most important took action in a very quick time frame to insure my issue was resolved... and it was before the end of the day. These are good guys you can trust... not the least expensive contractor but one of the best Ill continue to support with our business.
