Great service. We had Don service our system, he was very thorough and explained everything about our AC to us. He even leveraged his experience to give us very useful tips to help keep the house cool in the hot summer months. I would highly recommend this company for routine service.

I have used Armstrong Air for years. They put in my previous system eleven years ago, and last week replaced it with a new system. Sam and Andy did the installation. They were efficient, thorough, and personable, which to me is important. Their cleanup was thorough and you would not know they had been here. Had to call Armstrong back twice in the 4 days after install, each time for a faulty switch or relay or some kind, which they promptly fixed, saying both were probably compromised during shipping. I am very pleased with their rapid response to correct these 2 glitches Tony the project manager is great on the phone, and always quick to respond to calls. I have trusted Armstrong for years, and will continue to use them.

Nobody is ever happy when their AC system goes out. That said, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Tony was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional to deal with. From the sale to the installation these guys were great.

I had my HVAC replaced by Armstrong Air recently. They quickly ordered the system and scheduled the install so we were not without A/C. Day of, they communicated well, made efforts to keep my house clean, and educated me on the new system and maintenance. My heat pump is elevated and mounted to the exterior wall and they did a great job of replacing the old one and mounting the new one and leveling everything. Thank you Armstrong Air!

I highly recommend Armstrong. Our rep Tony was exceptional, he went above and beyond from start to finish. We replaced the entire AC system in a fixer upper we purchased last July. The cost was very reasonable considering the quality of the unit and outstanding service we received. We got 4 quotes and went with Armstrong because of the attention to detail Tony provided, his overall product knowledge, and how he outlined expectations. Everything went as planned no surprises.
