Working with Aqua Mechanical Group was extremely satisfying. Both the Dispatcher and the plumber, Kosta, were very professional and are valuable assets to their Company.As a result of the Hurricane, the dispatcher kept us well informed when appointment times had to change. She always was very pleasant and easy to contact no matter what.Kosta, upon his arrival, immediately put on shoe coverings so as not to dirty the floors. We explained the problems and he went immediately to work. He did not stop until the problems were solved. Upon completion, he went over the work that he had done and asked if we had any questions. He left the work area spotless before he left.We would not hesitate to contact the Aqua Mechanical Group again.

Aqua was referred to us by the home warranty company. The electrician came out today about 9:30 AM, way earlier than expected. Cool!! Was able to get other things done today rather than screw up the whole day waiting . The electrician replaced an outlet which affected power in two rooms. All works great now. And the lady who I spoke to at the office was very helpful. Great service.

I just wanna say it’s the best company that I ever had to come out to my house to work and repair my electric problem. The service man answered all my questions made me feel as if he really cared the company itself when making my appointment was excellent I would recommend them for electricity, service and plumbing. For your home I have a new home and some problems have came up I really Happy with my service, so I’m telling you people if you want good work, choose Aqua Mechanical

I had a leak under the slab in the kitchen. Aqua Mechanical was assigned to the repair by my home warranty company after many problems with the first two companies assigned. This being a week and half into the leak.They called to schedule an appointment in conjunction with the company I had contracted to expose the leak by jackhammering. Konstasine called an hour before scheduled to show up to confirm the other contractor had indeed exposed the pipes. I had to tell him they had but the pipe was actually about 6 inches under the cabinets, and he had told me he needed a foot of exposure. I figured he would tell me to call him back when I had the cabinets pulled out and the rest of the hole dug. But he told me to wait and let him evaluate the situation. He arrived right on time at 5pm and proceeded to spend the next 5 hours working in this small hole under the cabinets to fix the leak.He saved me so much time and money by working outside the set parameters, I can’t thank him enough. More service personnel should be like this.

I needed a new water heater. I called the home warranty company and put in a claim. Aqua mechanical came out the next day then they came back the following Saturday to install it. It took about 2 and a half hours. Kosta did a great job. Great experience.

Great experience! We had a water heater replaced under a home warranty.Constantine and his team were very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took care of everything, replaced the water heater with a commercial grade unit, installed new fittings, and the hot water system was back up and running in around two hours. Recommended!

These guys are amazing!!! I live in an old mobile home. Had a problem with my shower and Konstanine came out quickly. He then explained my options and the costs involved. Well, I chose the cheaper option. He made me feel comfortable with my choice. And soon after, I had a working shower.Friendly, competent, and economical. Will certainly call again if the need ever arises.

We were assigned Aqua Mechanical through a claim on our home warranty. Our lights and outlets had gone out on our first floor and we needed an electrician to diagnose and fix the issue. Upon assignment, Aqua reached out to us first thing in the morning and assigned a technician to visit our unit. Konstadin came out to our house shortly after 8 am, and in less than an hour had checked all our outlets, fixed the problem, and tested everything. We had everything fixed before 9:30am! Highly recommend their company, they are prompt, highly skilled, and a pleasure to call. Thank you Aqua!!

Bottom line on top: FLAWLESS.I loathe five-star reviews. I dont trust them and you shouldnt either. There just wasnt anything at all to criticise. We called for a leaky toilet (not the first time and unlikely to be the last), so I expect standard plumber action: Grumble, shake their head, up-sell like a madman and leave a mess. Constantine was FLAWLESS. Quick, efficient, and even friendly. He was out before your average plumber would have gotten to the this is gonna cost ya grumbling. He fixed the toilet, actually *showed me with dye* that it was fixed right, and was out before I knew it. All that and nice, too? Amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend Constantine and, by extension, AQUA.Disclosure: No one pays me for reviews or gives me discounts. Dont get me wrong; Id love it! But anyone reading my reviews knows that the chance of anyone getting five stars out of me is slim at best. I aggressively search for the thing to knock a star off. On this one, I got nuthin.

06/12/2020 - I had a plumbing emergency on Friday late morning and was having no luck with the service providers my home warranty assigned my claim to. The 1st company His and Hers plumbing told me even though my service was an emergency, that the following week Thursday was the best they could do, the 2nd company Kintex told me that they were no longer servicing my area and that the warranty company should know that. After calling my home warranty back a 3rd time, they listed all service providers on the roster and as soon as they said Aqua Mechanical I remembered the amazing work done with replacing my water heater a few months earlier. I immediately called and Konstatine answered and advised after hearing the situation that they would be able to come in a couple hours. I was so relieved to know that help was on the way. I have never dealt with this type of issue. When Konstatine arrived he was amazing and everything went well. He was extremely professional and the level of service was outstanding!! I could not say enough great comments about this company and the service these guys provide. It is very stressful when a water issue is happening in your home and companies that claim to be customer service oriented want to delay service for 6 days knowing that I was experiencing an extreme amount of stress and a home emergency. When you need a professional and the impact is damage to your home Aqua Mechanical is the 1st company I will always call for any plumbing, electrical, HVAC service needed. I dont know how this would have ended if it had not been for the quick response of both Konstatines!!! Bravo you are amazing and I am so thankful that you made my emergency a priority. I have already passed the company information along to coworkers in the event they ever need to connect with an amazing team that exceeds customers expectations. Forget about the rest call the best, twice in a row I am super impressed. I have very high expectations and this company exceeds them by far!!!! Thank you for helping me get my house situated, I am so thankful!!!
