Upon arriving at my Saint Pete condo after a long drive from Canada, found an issue with my wall-mounted hurricane switch. Called AND Electrician services and was met with such a professional and helpful response. Jim made me feel that everything will be looked after in a timely fashion. Just waiting for the technician to arrive within a 2 to 4 hour window! So far so good!So further to the initial contact, I had two technicians show up in the promised window and After some diagnosis and agreement on price, Ivan and Armando proceeded to do a very professional job in repairing the initial blown wire and also replacing all the breakers in my 50 year-old fuse box which I found out was not to CODE. The wire that shorted and burnt out should have triggered The breaker but it did not, so could have led to a catastrophe. The cost may not be the cheapest in town but it was done so professionally and I appreciate the timeliness of the entire job. Super nice guys also! Thank you AND!

Foster Cleveland was my electrical service technician. I was extremely impressed. He was clean, friendly, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He was also respectful of myself, family, home, and property. He introduced himself, diagnosed the problem, explained the problem, how to fix it, and how much it would cost all in language everyone can understand. When I approved the job, he began work. He also appropriately engaged with my 4 year old. He arrived promptly on time. He completed the job in a timely manner. He cleaned up after himself. He had a great personality. I will be calling him if and when I have more electrical needs. I was impressed. The company itself is impressive also. I scheduled my appointment online. They called me back within a reasonable amount of time to clarify my needs and my appointment and clearly explained the process.

They accomplished the repair within 30 minutes. They were highly professional and courteous. We could not have had better service. These are wonderful, highly professional individuals and we are very grateful for their assistance.November 22, 2024:On the coldest night of the season so far, Victor diagnosed the problem with our heat pump. He did a wonderful job at repairing the problem so we would not be cold and not have to use our emergency heating system. This means our electric bill will not be exorbitant. Many thanks to Victor and his expertise. Monday, during daylight hours, an AND Services technician will trace the wiring problem to our thermostat. The capacitor on my outside A/C condenser unit went out and Victor M. was courteous and prompt and very thorough in his explanation for the cause of the problem. After a phone call to his manager and some bargaining he replaced the capacitor for a very reasonable price. Afterwards, he checked the R-410A refrigerant, the temperature inside the duct, and the static pressure to make sure everything else was working fine. I definitely recommend going with him.

I must say this company stands by their word and their warranty. I bought a complete new unit and I thought I was getting new lines, but that was not the case and my unit started leaking. They have come out and added Freon for the last four months with no hassle or questions they found that the leak was underground And I told them my scenario that I thought I was getting new lines. Contacted Zack about my problem and he has handled it quickly and professionally and got me my new lines. I am very impressed with this company. Their technicians are kind and very knowledgeable. Their staff is kind and understanding. Highly recommend recommended if you need a new unit

Im pretty impressed so far. I probably should have called these guys to begin with since theyre the ones who installed our AC, but I didnt. I got a quote of 2250 from another company to replace a compressor under warranty, which was ridiculous. Said company still charged $90 for the diagnosis.And services did a free call, and came in $500 less for the same job that I was quoted by the other company. Thats more along the lines of what I expected that job to cost, so Ill be going with them.Stacy is a cool guy, and was able to show me proof of his findings, which I appreciate.

Annoying, but the repair wasnt super urgent. Got a call Tuesday AM from the office then the tech heading our way. Ivan (tech).. cant say enough about him. He was great, explained everything and the repair was super simple. Even took the extra time to go above and beyond since my husband just had surgery. Charged a lesser price since the repair wasnt as involved ans took 10 minutes! The service industry needs more techs like Ivan. 5 stars for him!

Ivan was knowledgeable in fixing the issue, replaced the GFI breaker on wall quickly.Stacey was excellent in explaining the AC maintaince and all the parts involved in the compressor that could be potential expenditure.Also advised on UV air filter that could filter 99% compared to normal air filter. He gave me a breakdown of all the costs and was very knowledgeable regarding the AC system.I highly recommend And service for their prompt call back and excellent service!

She was very professional answering the phone and assisted with getting a 24 hour service call generated for resolving my electrical issue. And for working so late to get us up and running!!He is truly amazing, at explaining all the confusing details!! He really was so polite and considerate and knowledgeable!! I was very frustrated with my situation I am in being he was the third technician sent to help. Vigen made me feel like we will get through this and a solution can be resolved.
