I called In and Out Plumbing for what I thought was a shower cartridge issue which after inspection was determined to be a diverter issue. Ivan not only replaced the diverter and gave some useful recommendations, but also applied caulk or sealant around the shower fixtures that were missing it. Overall, great service and I would use again (and have already recommended them to a friend).

The guys at In & Out Plumbing are highly recommended from the Friends on N. E. Tacoma, and Browns Point, Facebook group page. This is how I found them.They came in , identified our leak. The gave us 3 options of estimates. After our approval, they got to work right away. The best part they showed up when they said they will. They didnt string us along on over weeks. They were 100% professional the entire time. Our leaking shower is now fixed, and the shower surround looks amazing. Our Project was small, but important to us. You wont be sorry if you use them.

I was referred to In & Out Plumbing by a neighbor who had great things to say. Ivan and team came out to survey my problem, saw that I had a more severe water leak that at first appeared and they recommended me to a water mitigating company (Total Restore), who completed their work quickly. Ivan then returned and completed the job. Everyone I was in contact with at In & Out was so professional and prompt from the schedulers to the work team. I had an emergency with a leak in a pipe. Rigo with In and Out Plumbing came over right away to take care of the leak, remove the damaged water heater and replace the pipes. He had to find a special size water heater and was able to do that for me. He helped me find the additional services I needed to repair the water damage. They saved the day! I have SO many words of praise for Rigo and his crew. They went above and beyond to get this job done. I had a substantial leak in my water main line to the house. My bills had gone from $30-40 a month to nearly $500 a month.Id been round and round with 5 other people whod come to my house over the course of two months to try to find the leak and given me estimates to fix it. He was the 6th to come out and took great care of me from beginning to end. I was SO impressed!He gave me a good, honest, fair estimate. He was super helpful, friendly, and his communication every step of the way was refreshingly top notch. He told me when he would arrive and showed up on time wearing PPE and ready to go.He thoroughly explained the process (calling 811 and getting sign off from utilities for digging). He shared with me that the tree roots were causing issues for him to get to the leak and recommended their removal not only for that reason, but also to prevent future issues with pipe damage. Really, the landscaping never should have been planted over all my utilities. After I had my landscapers come take out the tree, he came back out and fixed the leak right away.I also asked him to locate where the main pipe branched off into the sprinkler system and to cap it off and remove its functioning because I wouldnt be using it and it didnt have a backflow system (we discovered) as required. He did that and took photos and sent them to me as promised so I could get them to my water service company for their records.When the job was complete, he filled in the ditches and holes, and cleaned up nicely. He provided me with a thorough receipt, a business card, and a refrigerator magnet for future business (smart business--I respect that!).It was a super positive experience. I told him Id definitely refer others to him, and absolutely would hire him again for any future needs! Great job In & Out Plumbing!!!

Rigo and Ivan are knowledgeable and honest. When they come to fix my leaking pipe ( due to corrosion) and replace the old water heater, they went above and beyond the original agreed upon task. In total they replaced 30 worth of copper, and they got everything new for the water heater, even the double wall vent and the bottom drip pan which the other companies did not even think about doing. New water heater model was 13 taller than the old one so theres a lot of elbows to be incorporated into the tubing, and they did a beautiful job. They respect owners choice of material--copper, even though all plumbers nowadays prefer PEX piping because PEX is much easier to work with. And they did beautifully on those copper pipings. In and Out plumbings price is fair and competitive , you can see their pride in doing an outstanding job. They are neat and well organized, always wear shoe cover when entering the house and clean thoroughly before they leave. I like their integrity and capability and I think they are a rare gem in the plumbing business.

Yes this plumber Rogo Sanchez is as good as it gets! We had a major leak, sewer pipe from upstairs kitchen, broken pipe that made 2 walls and the carpet of ta large downstairs room all wet. He correctly accessed the problem, called a business associate for the wet damage who showed up the next morning. The plumbing work alone took 3 days. This contractor shows up when he says he will, is very neat and tidy during and after his work. He is pleasant and professional in all aspects of his work including explaining the process before and after his work. Even special care was spent explaining the bill and making sure I understand what I am paying for. He is the best contractor I have ever worked with.

An inspection found a leak in a downstairs bathroom of a house quickly approaching closing. In and Out showed up right away so n time. They gave me a quote and would have come the following day but I wanted to buy a toilet using someone with contractor’s pricing. They came on my schedule and installed the new toilet and hauled away the old without charging me more. They did find that a valve needed replacing and had to shut of water so I was charged for that. I was afraid the floors would be damaged and that would be pricy.. I don’t live nearby so I depended on their professionalism. Another company might have found more problems.Instead, They were very responsive and sent me pictures of what they did.

Had to wait for the initial estimate, but they quickly identified the problem and scheduled a repair for the next day. The repair was completed quickly and then checked for any other issues. While they could have easily upsold to replace the pump, the technician counseled that this could easily wait for several more years. Had a Hot Water heater emergency and I contacted them and they did everything they could to not just get me a new Tankless Water heater installed but also Cleaned up all kinds of Pluming and gas line retro fits that had been done over the years. Super happy with their work.

This is the second time I’ve used In & Out Plumbing for work around my house in the past two years. The first time they came out and performed a repipe after the previous homeowner, a do-it-yourselfer, had butchered the work and created problems that ultimately led to cracked and leaky pipes. They did excellent work in a timely fashion at a fair price, so I asked them to come out again recently and replace an old, leaky outdoor faucet, as well as a faulty garbage disposal. Once again they did excellent work at a fair price. They always show up on time, work quickly, and do a great job communicating up front and throughout the project. These guys are awesome to work with and I’d recommend them every time!

Oh my gosh. After several bids, we decided to go with In & Out Plumbing to replace 2 water heaters. One was a direct vent which created some problems because of a faulty previous installation. Rigo and Ivan figured it all out and had both water heaters running and venting perfectly. They were respectful and kept our house and areas clean and meticulously cleaned up after. We plan to use them to install a water softener.BUT, their attention to detail and perfect installation isnt what impresses us most. I believe Rigo is one of the kindest, most sincere men weve ever met. With the kindness Rigo showed us, I felt like my brother was doing the work---he was honest and did not try to sell us anything, tried to do the job earnestly and keep costs down for us. The delivery truck from the warehouse was a bit late, and Rigo said he wasnt upset, because things happen; life happens. He is really a fine human being, and we trust him. Its great to find service people who can do the job well; its amazing when they are also really honest, good people. We are grateful to have found these 2 men. I called Rigo in an emergency situation after waking up one morning and finding my garage flooded due to our water heater basically dying and leaking everywhere. Rigo and Ivan came that afternoon right on time and took care of the issue by removing the old water heater for me. They also put me in contact with a water mitigation company that was super fast and responded to my problem THAT SAME DAY.That same night, Rigo had a very reasonable (no BS) estimate for me on replacing my water tank heater with a tankless option while also installing it in a more efficient place in my house. They were back the next day to install it after Rigo told me he had asked another client to move their appointment to come help us because we were without hot water. Im very happy with how great everything Rigo and Ivan did today works and looks. They put in a new power flush toilet, which Ivan brought up on his previous visit as an option I might like. They replaced the overly low showerhead with a combination rainfall and regular showerhead at a good height. They installed a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. Rigo gave good advice on what garbage disposal and faucet to choose. Rigo looked at my water heater while they were here due to concerns I had about it. He was informative about its current state and how soon I am likely to need to replace it. From 1st review: I called local 5 star yelp reviews wanting an appointment for today. Only this company was willing to schedule today. The lady in the office was the most polite of everyone I spoke with. Ivan came to do the work today. He was thorough and informative. It seems my older toilet doesnt have enough pressure and will likely need replacing at some point. I am likely to choose the same company for the replacement. Response time and knowledge are both important factors.
