Chris Finch fixed the problem! After asking for a brief history of prior plumbing work on my house, Chris listened to my several concerns about the kitchen sink. Chris inspected what had been done and made a plan of what needed to be done. He advised me of the cost and found all necessary parts to complete the work in his van. Work was finished in an hour. The payment process was seemless and a receipt was sent to my email. The job site was left clean. Communication: A++, Chris talked to me about each step. I felt very confident in his work. He has a lot of plumbing experience and is very knowledgeable.

My experience with Bob Larson Plumbing exceeded all of my expectations. I called yesterday and they were able to send their team out today to give me a free quote. My project includes a installation of a kitchenette with a sink and a dishwasher. I had another company come out last week to give me a quote, I could tell that other company was very uncomfortable with the kitchenette and their (other company) quote was astronomical.The plumbers Bob Larson sent, Kyle and Blake, are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They arrived on schedule and their pricing for the work came in at around half of the quote I received from the other local company.Bob Larson Plumbing also set me up with 0% financing, which is a big help in getting the work done. They have a membership program which not only pays for itself with the amount of work I need done, but actually reduced my final costs by around $500.All in all - if you are seeking smart, cost effective plumbing solutions, I would highly recommend this company. Ask for Kyle, hes the best :)As a followup, they finished the work in a few hours and did a wonderful job. No unexpected expenses and no surprises. Im very happy I went with this company.

This is the second time I’ve used Bob Larson’s Plumbing and they do not disappoint! They were able to fit me in the same day! Nathan got here within 2 hours of my call. He was kind, courteous and respectful. He had a young apprentice with him as well who was also very nice. I recently adopted a puppy and I asked if I could leave him out so he could socialize and they agreed. They were fantastic with him! They were able to resolve my bathtub leak the same day. They also tightened down my loose spout on my sink and gave me information on maintaining some additional plumbing in my home. They cleaned up after themselves as well. In addition, I was trying to keep my cat contained so he wouldn’t run outside and they made sure to close doors behind them so he wouldn’t escape! I was very impressed with Nathan and will definitely use Bob Larson Plumbing in the future!

Benjamin Hansen at Bob Larson Plumbing did a stellar job after a clogged kitchen drain pipe flooded my laundry room that shares the same out pipe. He was able to come same day to diagnose the issue and then a couple days later to do the fix. Full of great info, found some jury rigged pipe on that line from the previous owner and fixed it, and had more info re my other plumbed appliances. Best of all, he recommended H2O Away for the mitigation of the water damage: we’re still in process, but I feel it’s going very smoothly. I HIGHLY recommend you get Benjamin in if you have a need!

I had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday night. A friend told me they used Bob Larson in the past and we’re very happy with them so I put in a call to their 24 hour phone service. The clerk at the answering service set me up for an appointment for Monday between 8 AM and 1 PM. I had difficulties with my phone receiving the first phone call from the technician so I called back to the phone service and they were very helpful to patch through to let the technician know I was here and ready for them, when the technician, “Armando“ arrived. He was knowledgeable, polite, and very cautious about being very clean and in my home what a delight to have a plumber and such good preparation for a very nasty job he spent over four hours here trying to resolve my problem with my Septic Tank that was very pleased with the way they presented the proposal. They explain the project , they hung in there and finished the projectI highly recommend Bob Larson as a plumbing service in the greater Olympia Tacoma area

Chris Finch and Justin scoped my sewer line and helped me locate where I should remove concrete so I can access my sewer pipe. I don’t mind doing a little prep work. Chris is going to put in a clean out so we can access the sewer line in the future. Looking forward to getting my system fixed.6/27/24Chris and Amber came out to install a two way access. We discovered that the line had a blockage. Chris ran a snake with a cutter head and got the waste water flowing again. Chris took time, while working, to explain to my boys how, what, and why he was doing what he was doing. My youngest wants to be a plumber. He is very excited about this.

Finished a full update of the plumbing in great time. Only gripe I have is the amount of drywall dust and debris. Im not sure how much is normal after a project like this but its coating everything.Edit to my original review: Im leaving 5 stars because working with Ben Chavarria has been excellent. Hes communicative and knowledgeable about many things weve chosen to tackle in my 1955 home, and I feel in good hands. Everyone Ive spoken to at the office is very kind and helpful as well—even offering to send a cleaning service after my last review.

We are highly satisfied repeat customers of Bob Larson Plumbing! Every time we call, emergency or otherwise (both for large projects and small) we are treated with kindness, courtesy, and professionalism! They come within the window of time they say they will, text a picture and short bio of the plumber handling our call before the tech gets to our house, communicate well, and try to give an idea of how much the project will cost during the process so that we can approve, decline, or modify while they are there (or they tell us when they can’t and get back to us quickly). We have had many great interactions with quite a few of their plumbers and have always been satisfied with their qualifications, professionalism, and quality of their work. Our only regret is that we didn’t find Bob Larson Plumbing sooner, as we have had our fair share of other companies doing incompetent things, especially with our tankless water heater. Bob Larson Plumbing fixed what other companies and time broke and completed on time, with courtesy, and for a reasonable price tag. We cannot recommend Bob’s highly enough!

I originally called the people who installed my hot water heater and they wanted an exorbitant amount of money to make a repair. So, I called the people who manufacture my water heater to find out if they were trying to take advantageof me or not. The water heating manufacturer company suggested. I get many quotes from other people and gave me a list of five highly recommended by them. I called Bob Larson plumbing LLC. They sent out Ben who deserves a raise by the way. He checked out the water heater and noticed a few little issues and even went onto the roof to check to see what was going on. I thought my furnace that was removed was the only thing that the vent was there for and it was raining in my laundry room so I put a number 10 can on it. He said that is part of the problem. He took a picture of where my furnace used to be. That pipe, as well as the water heater pipe are connected and share the same vent.Unlike the company I went through to have my water heater installed and get the runaround plus He didnt resolve anything but charged for the inspection.Ben from Bob Larsonservice got the pilot light to light. And I know how hot water and I am very grateful. I wont name the other company but I wont be going back with them. 10/10 to Ben Chavarria.

Had a bad temperature regulator on my shower. Pretty important because it went from scalding to freezing water without warning. Chris (who fixed my bathroom sink faucets last year, was on the job again. There were a few communication glitches, but they got sorted out well. Sean is the best! Came out to help as soon as he could, found out the whole story of our backed up pipes! Thank you for such thorough and professional work. We will definitely use Bob Larson plumbing in the future!Sean came out to finish the drain pipe project (6/26-6/27). Got right to work, explained the entire process, had the excavation and pipe replaced with better materials, and even relocated the clean out closer to the house so it was out of the walkway. He and Anthony came back the next day completed the backfill and installed another cleanout at the septic baffle. Then they put the sod and gravel back, and even reinstalled the lighthouse over the tank cover. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is the best I have seen recently. If I were his boss, I would give him a raise.

We had Bob Larson out for a clog that was affecting our only bathroom. They came out super quickly! Anna was great to deal with for scheduling (easy to get a hold of and can send texts? Yes, please!) and Daniel did fantastic work. The guys were happy to answer questions and were both really friendly and helpful. Everyone I dealt with cares about what they do and it shows.The pricing seems really reasonable compared to other jobs Ive had done in the past. It ended up turning into a pretty big project that ended up involving more than just plumbing, but dealing with Bob Larson has been the easiest, most enjoyable part of the whole thing and I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing work. I called Bob Larson Plumbing at the recommendation of Maddie Names. I made my appointment for the next morning, but was immediately offered a same day appointment due to a cancelation. This company communicated with me throughout the whole process. They even sent me the name and picture of Armando Perez, the professional assigned to my work order. From there, Armando called me to give me his ETA. The time lapse from the initial phone call until his arrival was about 1 1/2 hr. Once he arrived, he introduced himself and put shoe covers on the moment he stepped inside. After I showed him the problems, he made his assessments, and fully explained what was causing the issues. Before proceeding, he told me the costs, and confirmed my choice to authorize or decline the services. Upon approval, he got to work. Armando also explained the parts he would be using, and why he recommended them. He got started, and was done in less than an hour. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Im glad to have done business with this company.

Daniel Silverstring from Bob Larson Plumbing came out to our place just hours after we called,and we were in a panic. Our tankless hot water heater started making funny noises and showing us different codes which we had no idea what they meant. We live in Yelm so this was a journey for Daniel but his GPS got him here safely. After a preliminary evaluation, a new but different code showed up. We then checked the two propane tanks that feed our system and we found the culprit. My wife and I had overlooked it and we ran out of propane. RIGHT? Not cool on our part. Daniel told us what s new system would cost and once we determine if we need to go that route (24 year old unit) or simply service our current heater, Bob Larson and Daniel will be the only people we will ever call in the future for any of our plumbing needs. The unit ended up having two defective parts, which was probably manufacturing errors and not the fault of Larson’s plumbing. Ben worked hard to correct the faults and ensure everything worked. The overall cost of the new water heater was probably on the high side, but I feel like I got quality service.
