I have been a huge advocate of Mr Rooter since the 90’s when I owned an older condo that had chronic plumbing problems. Now I own a house and since my purchase 5 years ago they have twice helped resolve both a plumbing leak and a very badly clogged kitchen drain. Jake Roderick did an exemplary job of clearing the sink clog, and also did a walk through inspection to note any future anticipated plumbing issues so I can budget accordingly. I have opted for the 5 year membership, both at the condo and at this house as it affords a cost savings and has really saved the day with unexpected plumbing issues. Also, I like that Mr Rooter has a record of all repairs. I very highly recommend them.

Had Tanner come out today to unclog my main drain. He talked me through everything and checked to make sure nothing was leaking first. Cleared the main and had the camera guy, Ken I think, come and inspect to make sure it was all good. Basically took the stress out of a stressful situation by talking through what was going on. Got prices before he started the work with a few options as we didnt know if we would need to pull a toilet or anything to snake it. Gave prices for all options before work was started. Definitely will call them again if I have issues in the future.

Very happy with my contact he showed up on time an did what he said. Must say after dealing with three other plumber service companies who ripped me off then offered an inflated repair bid. Mr Rooter was a breath of fresh air, thier bid was much less and came recommended by my neighbor. Nice to have an reputable contactor to work with.

Nathan Cervantes was great! He took the time to explain things about our water system that we had no clue about, as this is the first time we’ve ever lived on a well system. He walked through each option we had with our issue, and was really clear and upfront about the price. I also called at 7 AM, and they had somebody out by 10 AM. Really great service, and I will be asking for Nathan if I ever need anything in the future!

My pipes froze for the second year in a row. I used a different company last year and found out that one of the repairs they did may have contributed to this years issue. The gentleman who came out was very friendly and helpful. I think his name was Robert? He spent several hours making the repairs and communicating every step along the way. I found him to be very helpful and honest.my wife is in the hospital and was due to return home the next day. I was beyond stressed and this was the worst time for this issue. However he made things much easier. The repairs were very affordable and much less than I had anticipated. I ended up purchasing the 5yr membership option because I have an older craftsman home which may require other repairs in the future. I’m very happy I called and didn’t use the previous company who are also pretty well known. I feel like this could have gone very differently if it weren’t for my technician. I’m super greatful and I know that home repairs are not easy. If they were then anyone could do them. I’m happy to pay for the time, knowledge and experience of others.

We own a 4-plex in Sumner. On Thursday afternoon, we discovered that sewer was backing up into 2 of the units. It was an emergency and we called Mr. Rotter Plumbing and they were there in about 2 hours. They discovered a clogged sewer pipe on our property, prior to it reaching the city pipe. They worked diligently into the evening until this problem was resolved. They called for back-up reinforcements from their staff who showed up to help resolve the problem. They were friendly and industrious! We cant say enough good things about them.

Had several issues with multiple drains in restaurant. Had to Close due to sewage back ups.They had to run a camera and found a collapsed line and 2 broken unions underground.They gave a bid that was high, but lower than most plumbers in Washington though.They started digging an hour later at 5pm and finished at 3am.All sewer drains are as good as new now. They dont charge extra for nights and weekends either.Its my new go to plumbers for my 6 restaurant locations.

After I took a shower upstairs, my downstairs flooded! I was in a panic! I am so happy that I read the reviews and decided to call Mr. Rooter! Zach came to my house and he was great. In the downstairs bathroom, there was sewage backed up all in the shower and the toilet would not flush. Zach tried to snake it, but it just wasnt happening. Zach made a call and then Benjamin (Ben) came over with a camera and showed me the huge blockage in my sewer line. He was so great!! He was extremely professional and very empathetic. He was also very upfront with me about how much I was going to have to pay. What I really like about Mr. Rooter is that you are shown an itemized pricing of how much the job is going to cost upfront, so that there arent any surprises in the cost. So, if you need a plumber or a sewer line replaced you should not hesitate to give Mr. Rooter a call. You might just be lucky enough to have Benjamin show up. I sure hope he is recognized by the company for the excellent customer service and his thoroughness. Thank you Mr. Rooter and Benjamin for all that you do!

Ended up being a bigger issue than I anticipated BUT Kenneth and Sean told me their plan to get things right and they offer to get it done the same day. 100% recommend Tacoma Rooter and if you’re lucky, you’ll get Kenneth and Sean. If I ever have any more plumbing issues in the future I will return but I will request those two by name. Let me put it this way; If I had two quotes for the same job and Mr. Rooter came in at a higher price, I’d pay the higher price for Mr. Rooter.

I was delighted to see that Mr. Rooter contacted all the appropriate agencies to ensure the dig site was free of other power lines or prohibitions to digging. They took care of all the details. The area was excavated and repaired by the most professional and punctual crew of two and, although they needed to get parts to make the repairs they fixed it quickly and efficiently. On the afternoon of December 22 suddenly the smell of sewage permeated our home. Basement was flooded with sludge from two backed-up drains. Called two different plumbers I had used previously and no one would come out. At that point I felt panicky. Saw that our neighbor had used Mr. Rooter so we gave them a call. No problem at all for Mr. Rooter. The technician Zach came within a couple hours, cleared out the drain, and the charge was extremely reasonable! Huge shoutout to Ryan Sutherland one of the managers, and his team, Nathan. I had my sewer line replaced 6 months ago, Ryan and his team were out- very supportive, professional. They kept me up to date with the replacement! The team was great, I wish I remembered their names- friendly and personable. Ryan worked with my budget which I truly appreciate.Last week my basement flooded and I called Ryan around 830pm. He answered and I told him what was going on. He sent help right away to address the flooding! I couldnt believe it! The next day his awesome team replaced my sump pump that had failed, causing the flood, again worked with my budget!! I then had some issues with my new sewer line, again Ryan sent help, Nathan arrived to save the day. Found out it was a break in the citys line affecting me. They involved the city folks and all was repaired at no cost to me. Talk about being stressed beyond words and then meeting someone like Ryan, who helped my family and I and just took the stress away. Its pretty incredible. Ive referred family and friends to Mr. Rooter and handed out Ryans number and will continue to do so. We had the pleasure of working with Nathan, who was incredibly kind, personable and professional. We found out that we did not have a P-trap in our new home’s shower, which was causing sewer gases to come up and make the entire bathroom smell, Nathan went under our house and installed without a hitch. He also replaces our bathtub spout so we could actually use the bathtub portion as well. Minus being rescheduled a couple times (for reasons out of the company’s control) the process from calling and install was only about a week. I have no complaints and will be using Mr.Rooter for future projects as well!Side note: The first tech who came out but was not able to fit into our less than spacious crawl space, Brandon, initially suspected we did not have a p-trap and did so within a matter of seconds. Everyone we worked with is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced.

This guys are GREAT! Ken is absolutely amazing.we had a huge issue at my elderly dads house. another company gave me a quote that was twice the cost of Mr. Rooter.We stayed with Mr. Rooter.As they were installing the new pipes in the yard in the pouring rain!! they ran into some problems but they stayed until they got it fixed. They were there from about 9am-2AM. the dedication is AMAZING.Ken constantly checked in to make sure everything is still good and no issues.He was super patient working with us.We had so much happen and a ton of money due to all these contractors. As Mr. Rooter was done, I had drywall being repaired also. the basement started getting water again so I sent a text to Ken and he got someone to the house right away. come to find out the sump pump also broke on us, he had a new one in the next day!Ken was a huge stress relief. he is easy to talk to and is understanding. I will definitely be contacting him again if we have future work to be done.if anyone needs or wants more information feel free to ask (I didnt want to get into the whole issue at my dads house, its a long story. but am happy to share it) I just wanted to let everyone know these guys are amazing!

Really appreciate Mr Rooter being available to look at a water main leak to my house on a holiday weekend. They were prompt to come investigate and give us a fair quote to have the issue fixed. Tanner went out of his way to save a tree that was obstructing the fix, which I really appreciated. He also took the time to fix the issue the correct way by connecting into the original connection vs. a quick splice fix and by nicely waterproofing and protecting the inlet through my basement wall. Words cannot express how pleased my Wife and I are with the EXPERT remove and replacement of our hot water heater and kitchen sink faucet. Our water heater and kitchen sink faucets BOTH failed Friday evening Jan 7, 2023. I went online to search for a reputable plumbing company to see if it would be possible to get this work done ASAP,, I selected Mr. Rooter and learned it was possible! On their request for service form I included the model number of our water heater along with our contact info. I received a telephone call just after 8 am Saturday morning Jan 8th and was advised they could have one of their teams at our home late morning to early afternoon with the replacement water heater in their truck, the faucet we needed to go and purchase, they would do the R&R labor. I happily confirmed we needed their help asap. A two man team - Keenan and Darrin - arrived late morning as scheduled. They were in a very professional truck and wore clean, very professional uniforms with name tags visible on the pockets and introduced themselves. They put bootys over their shoes before entering our home and I took them to the location of our water tank so they could see the extent of the job. Our water heater is a natural gas unit so the remove and install was much more involved than an electric unit so I knew the cost would be higher AND because we needed the work done on a Saturday I also expected a higher than weekday price. Keenon shared with me an itemized cost breakdown, I committed to having the work done with my signature on their work order. The guys immediately went to work by draining the tank with a vacuum pump, shut off the gas and water and commenced the disconnect. They went about each part of this project professionally and expertly, answered any and all questions I had courteously and treated our home respectfully. The projects were completed by three pm. They waited for the tank to fill, opened faucets throughout the home to expel any air and checked for leaks. There were none, we paid, the guys thanks us for allowing them perform these tasks and left. Our water heater and kitchen faucets are awesome and we are so pleased we selected this company.**If you are looking for a professional company to accomplish a plumbing task, look no further, Mr Rooter is the company you need. Called for an outside water faucet leak. Keenon was the tech sent out and he was on time maybe a little bit early as I recall. He was very professional and knew the cause of my problem right away as soon as he saw the water leaking. I had a cracked pipe and he had the right part on hand and installed it in about an hour. Left the area in my garage clean when he finished too. Keenon even helped me locate the water shut of valve on side of my house that I didn’t know I had since it was buried. I can use it now instead of having to use the main box. Keenon went above and beyond in his customer service in that he helped me by fixing a broken hose that I had connected to another faucet. I had tried taping it but it was not working so he spliced it and put a new coupler on it and reattached it and now it works great. Saved me some time and the best part was he did it at no charge! I was prepared pay but he said it was on him. Great service. I hope I don’t have any more plumbing issues to deal with right now but I know if I do I can depend on Mr Rooter and their fine techs like Keenon to help solve the problems. I’m a satisfied customer who is very happy with their work.

I am currently living in my first home. 6 months in and water starts backing up from the wall in the laundry room. I called Mr.Rooter after seeing good reviews online. Tanner came out first and was on time and helpful. My clean out was backed up so he suggested cabling it. Which unfortunately did not work. The charge of the cabling was applied to the next service which was helpful as funds are tight. Keenon came out next to do a hydro scrub and got my line flowing again. The sink still didn’t drain though. Keenon spent an extra few hours helping me out cabling the sink free of charge. That consideration made me know I would stick with this company. Keenon came back out again and went under the home and found what was wrong with the line. He even spent an extra part of his day cabling the tub. Keenon really went above and beyond and made me feel like a valued customer. I would definitely recommend Mr.Rooter and when you call ask for Keenon. All said and done the line started flowing again all thanks to help of Mr.Rooter, Keenon, and Tanner.

The team went to work and within an hour the drains were free flowing and toilet reset. The price I was charged seemed quite reasonable,in comparison to the hours I had committed without success.
