Had a couple companies come out and give me quotes on a water pressure issue. Kendrick was the only one that really made me feel totally confident with his overall knowledge readiness to get my problem fixed. We ended up having our mainline from the street replaced and I was more than happy with the job Royal Flush did! I would call them in the future with any plumbing need and I would definitely recommend them if someone needed any work done. Thanks again guys!

I needed installation of a freestanding tub and the floor mounted tub filler/faucet. I accepted a quote from Kendrick/Royal Flush Plumbing and asked them to come out on a Monday. They agreed to arrive on Monday, told me when they would arrive and arrived on time ready to do the work. My layout posed some unique challenges for the installation crew, but their attitude wasn’t that there were problems, they only looked for and found solutions. This is an awesome company and I would definitely use them again!

During a home inspection, that was conducted in the middle of the day, a water leak was found in the crawl space. The hot and cold-water lines of an outdoor faucet were leaking. The owner, Meghan, worked hard to rearrange the work schedule of one of her plumbers to have him come out short notice to cap the line and stop the leak. I got a new (and better faucet) installed the day after. I appreciate the quick response time and in doing so, saving me from having to spend Christmas without running water. Great job.

We had a great experience with Royal Flush recently. We had a recurring leak that another plumber said would require cutting up our floor and cabinets to get to. Kendrick and Megan came to assess the situation and provide a quote (for free!) and Devin came the next day to fix the issue. He only needed to cut a small rectangle from the drywall behind our dishwasher. He removed a section of pipe with a hole in it and replaced it. Were leak-free, baby! They were fast, super easy to work with, and showed up when they said they would.

Thanks you Royal Flush for the great service. Not only was I impressed with the professionalism, but also their demeanor in addressing the situation. Right off the bat I was already comfortable with talking to them, even on the phone, but in person, I was able to explain the situation of our pipe leak. They recommended a water specialist that could come out and detect the leak with pinpoint accuracy. The next day the leak detection team came out to survey and find the leak. Our leak was located just outside of the foundation outside. The connection pipe between house and the city pipe was faulty. The next week, Royal Flush came out and dug up the area where the leak detection folks had pinpointed the spot. Without a doubt, they were able to dig up find the leak and show me the problem. I wish initially that the plumbers who put in the original pipe would have done a better job of connecting the two pipes. Royal Flush was able to ensure that the connecting pipe would not fail this time. Again showing me what exactly they did to ensure no future leaks. They filled in dirt, and got it back up and running with no issues. If you ever have some sort of plumbing issue. I would highly recommend. Also Id like to say they are super personable, so you wont feel like they are just there to do a job. They like to get to know you as a homeowner! Thanks Royal Flush! appreciate it!

Royal Flush fixed the leak!! We had 2 plumbers come out to check a leaky sink and Royal Flush was the only one that stuck with it, even when he initially could not find the leak. He went out to his truck and when he returned he saw the tiniest drop of water and followed it. And discovered the problem.YAY!!! We were impressed. Reliable and professional and nice people.

They were easy to contact and very professional. Courtesy calls for your scheduled appt and calls to let us know they were on their way. They went up and beyond to fix our issue. We are more than pleased with their professionalism and work performance to make sure the problem was taken care of. They will now be our go to plumber.

I remodeled an outdated bathroom and they helped me with the fixture and drain install. As a part of our kitchen remodel, we have Royal Flush Plumbing install our kitchen and bathroom faucets. Additionally, we asked to have all the shut off valves replaced - ours were over 20+ years old and should should do such!We have had bad plumbers - even most recent at a different property where they didnt properly re-attach a outtake of a sink - but Royal is not one of them.We recommend using Royal for all plumbing needs.

We worked with Royal Flush to redo our waterlines. Kendrick, the owner, came out and did a walkthrough with us and was very knowledgeable and provided us with the scope of work and the step by step of the work. He is very experienced and will guide you through your project. Caleb ended up working on our waterline replacement and was simply the best. He is very organized and kept us up to date with everything done. He provided updates to what he did that day as well as sending photos for updates. The team also lays out coverings throughout the house and does their best to keep everything clean and tidy. We are glad we found Royal Flush and will be using them for future projects.
