Bobby and his colleague Jesus from Ernest & Sons Plumbing were incredibly professional and helpful. During their work, they came across an unexpected issue with an old faucet in our Tacoma location. Despite this unexpected complication, they addressed it professionally and resolved it efficiently. Their services come highly recommended. They offer reasonable rates, and their work is both quick and highly professional. The company has recently undergone a change in leadership, which has greatly enhanced the quality of their services.

While my spouse and I were away, I received a call notifying us that our basement drain had flooded. We were in a rush to get a plumber, and luckily Jesus from Ernest & Sons Plumbing was able to arrive in under an hour. He worked on the drain for a considerable amount of time and returned the following day to finish the job. It was incredibly beneficial how promptly he could come out, preventing the water from sitting idle for an extended period. Jesus was also excellent in communicating, keeping us informed whenever there was an update. He was very professional and left no mess behind. We truly appreciate his swift response and resolution.

Ernest & Sons Plumbing is our preferred choice for all plumbing-related tasks. They recently installed a bathtub and some tub/shower fixtures in our home. In addition, they fixed another issue in the bathroom. Over the years, they have effectively handled leaks and other problems for us. Their services are priced reasonably for the high-quality work they provide. We are satisfied with all aspects of their service. Update: They just completed the final part of our bathroom installation, which was paused until the tile work was finished. The work was outstanding as always. Update: Sean promptly addressed another problem we had with a different bathroom shower. He responded to my call for assistance on the same day and arrived the following morning to fix the issue. Once again, we are extremely pleased with their level of service!

In a nutshell: prompt, informed, proficient, amiable, and economical! I was confronted with a severe leak in an iron drain pipe on a concrete slab foundation, but the team from Ernest & Sons Plumbing was able to provide a ballpark figure over the phone. This could have increased if accessing a structurally sound segment of the pipe was difficult. I reached out late evening, and they were ready to address the issue the next day. This was a relief, considering I was unable to use my kitchen or bathroom sinks which drained into this pipe! Jesus arrived within the specified time frame, demonstrating thorough professionalism and expertise! He applied significant effort to ensure everything was executed perfectly and the final result was outstanding! I would wholeheartedly suggest Ernest & Sons Plumbing to one and all!

I am so grateful for Ernest & Sons Plumbing! I was aware of the terrible leakage in my toilets and although I couldve possibly fixed it myself, I wanted the job done correctly by experts. I contacted a few other services and was greeted with unanswered calls and voicemails. However, Ernest & Sons Plumbing picked up immediately and sent out a fantastic technician, Bobby, promptly. Bobby fixed both my toilets in less than an hour. The customer service was absolutely top-notch from start to finish! I will certainly recommend them to my acquaintances and wont hesitate to call them again if I need any plumbing assistance!

We enlisted the services of a plumbing company to replace and install a new cast iron tub, a toilet, and a sink. Additionally, they installed a tankless hot water heater in my daughters home. I genuinely cannot praise this company enough. Lawrence, the proprietor, consistently displayed utmost professionalism, punctuality, and flexibility around my daughters schedule. His rates were incredibly fair. He worked in a tidy manner and his plumbing work was impeccable. Lawrence also provided excellent suggestions whenever we had inquiries. Gabriel, the head of Ernest & Sons Plumbing, and his teammate Jesus, did an incredible, spotless, and highly professional job! I had my washing machine and dryer on separate walls, which required them to seal off the old gas pipeline and install a new one on the opposing wall. They also put in a new vent and ductwork, tidied up the chaotic plumbing from the past, and concealed everything behind the wall where my washer and dryer are now placed. Now, I no longer have to stare at three different pipes. They also removed an outdated wooden piece, patched it beautifully to blend with the stucco, and securely reattached the drooping sink to ensure it stays put even under pressure. Once the job was done, they tidied up, applying caulk to all the necessary areas. Sean and his team are legitimate professionals. They should be your first call if you want a job done correctly on the first attempt, and it has to function and look immaculate! My garage appears much more spacious with the washer and dryer positioned side by side. Ive gained so much additional room and no longer have to squeeze between appliances to reach my exit door. Simply fantastic!

Ive sought the services of this plumbing team three times this year. They excel in their field. When they encountered tree roots obstructing a pipe, they persevered until they were able to clear it. After a month, they returned to ensure it was completely free of obstruction. I also had a clogged drain, which they successfully rodded. Bobby is the one who has been assisting me. He displays high levels of professionalism and is very informative. Hes always polite and takes time to answer all my queries. This team is quick to respond and you can expect an appointment within a day or two. I cant emphasize enough how much theyve helped me. Theyve been my lifesavers, and for that, Im extremely grateful.

Experienced a plumbing crisis late at night. I tried reaching out to two other 24hr services but didnt get any response. However, when I called this one place, the owner answered on the second ring. After providing him with my details, he assured me that Jesus would be sent over to assist us. Jesus got in touch within about 10-15 minutes, saying he was en route and arrived in 20. He was incredibly kind, well-informed, supportive, and quick! He shared insights that many places hesitate to provide. We had encountered a similar issue a few years prior and contacted another service. They spent over 6 hours, charged us more than $1,200, left our pipes disconnected, and we needed a special wrench to reassemble it. Needless to say, for any future plumbing needs, well be ringing up this service again! I didnt catch the owners name (which I regret), but he was really kind, considering the late hour I called. Jesus was an absolute delight to work with! Thank you, Jesus and the team! Well certainly be loyal clients! But hopefully, we wont need your services too soon, haha!

First thing in the morning, I reached out to Ernest & Sons Plumbing concerning two challenges: a clogged shower drain and a problem with my water heater. Sean was at my Tacoma home before lunchtime to evaluate the situation. He promptly fixed the drains, performing a comprehensive drain cleaning, and also assessed the water heater issue. On that same day, he provided me with a quote and they began the installation of the tankless water heater I had selected the following morning. They efficiently removed the outdated water tank and completed all tasks by lunchtime the next day. My home was left in the exact state it was in upon their arrival. I highly endorse this company for any plumbing requirements.

I cant praise Lawrence and his team of plumbers highly enough! We were dealing with a pressing leak problem (a lot of water was pouring into our utility cupboard) originating from the apartment above us late in the evening. Thankfully, we contacted the plumbing team and Lawrence arrived in no time. Right away, he identified the problem and fixed it, offering advice on next steps to minimize the damage. But thats not all - he went above and beyond by calling the following day to see how things were progressing, and even made a stop to ensure our water heater was operating correctly and everything was in order. Honestly, this was one of the best service experiences weve had, especially in such an emergency, high-pressure situation. Lawrence was a calming influence, making us feel much more at ease, and he definitely deserves a raise or a promotion!

I would definitely suggest this plumbing service. we required a shower control switch in our main restroom to be replaced. due to the absence of an access panel from the back, they had to make a cut in the wall to gain access. willie was very cautious, managing to remove the tile from the other side of the wall without causing any harm. i was able to reuse these tiles when we sealed the wall again. this is just one example of the careful and top-notch work these plumbers do. the job was completed within a few hours and works flawlessly. these guys are genuinely professional!
