WOW. All Purpose is now my go-to plumber. We phoned for a second opinion when my old go-to (with new, young guys) told me we needed a very complicated fix for our shower’s mixing valve (no hot water). The guys didn’t seem knowledgeable about old houses nor old pipes nor ‘tricks of the trade’ or out of the box thinking.Gene from All Purpose came out, was so courteous and knowledgeable—in about 2 minutes he had hot water for us. They even waived the service fee. He was wonderful—their front desk was great—thank you, All Purpose—and thank you, Gene! After 2 weeks we had our shower back! (Mea culpa—I thought I had posted this ages ago! )

Its a shame that I can only leave a five star review. As for plumbing needs All Purpose Plumbing is the best. Out of my 74 years the service I received was way beyond basic needs. Brian serviced my drainage needs this afternoon. Brian took care of the problem of blocked kitchen drains in a hurry. With some added tips on how to keep drains from clogging. The man was God sent. With a wife who has little respect for hired help. She was more than pleased with Brians professional service. Thanks again Brian my hat is off to you and all the folks at All Purpose Plumbing.

All Purpose came highly recommended on local social media groups so we called them when our water main broke. They came to our rescue and fit us in quickly. We had our water back up just in time for Labor Day weekend. I truly cannot say enough good things about Brian and Isaiah - who were our plumbers. They were thoughtful, respectful, and VERY knowledgeable about the older homes in the area. I am one that loves to understand the inner workings of old homes so, and they were all for teaching me and showing me things. Having this knowledge gave us peace of mind. Good work, a little steep on the price, but the pipe was leaking so there was no time for quotes. Cold water feed had the drip, then convinced me to get the hot water done for twice the price. When you call a plumber and they turn you water off remember to open all fawcets slowly. The water hammer caused a commode tube to blow a tube and debris clogged two aerators at $25 each.

I called All Purpose Plumbing and they were able to fix all three restrooms quick and efficiently with short notice! Not only that I have had to call again for my kitchen faucet and they were able to order and install a new faucet. Recently had to shut off my water line due to my front yard pooling water. Discovered with the help of all purpose plumbing that my sprinkler systems main valve connecting to the mainline had busted and couldnt be shut off! Brian was fantastic to work with and thoroughly explained what and why we were needing to do what we were doing and honest about pricing. We went through a few scenarios and ended up doing what was best for my circumstance and were willing to work with my insurance company to conclude if this fell under my coverage policy. All concrete that was turn up for the repair was replaced as well. Ive found a plumbing contact for life and while I look forward to working with them again in the future, I hope its not too soon for my own sanity! 10/10 recommend!!

During the January cold snap I had a pipe freeze. One day I heard a loud noise and had a waterfall flowing in my garage. My neighbors helped me turn off the water and sweep water out. I called my regular plumber. He was totally booked out. The office manager suggested I give All Purpose Plumbing a call. They managed to give me an appointment 4 days sooner. The plumber explained how billing worked and got busy. Turns out I had 4 burst pipes. He was able to fix them in short order. I am very pleased with the work and will call them again.

Great company! We had our heating elements and thermostats replaced by All Purpose, and they were great. Unfortunately, after the replacement, we ran into some more issues, and they got someone out after the weekend. After some inspection, we came to find out the relay was the culprit and wasnt supplying the heater enough juice. The tech was incredibly knowledgeable and was a huge help. After replacing the relay, weve had no issues. Weve been using All Purpose for the better part of four years. Theyve installed the water heater, maintained it, fixed any issues, and guided us to make informed decisions that were best for us. Thank you!

Wow. I’ve had many plumbers work on my house but these guys were by far the most impressive. Their shared knowledge helped reduce my concerns. They trouble shot my water infiltration under the house and told me the carpentry fix I needed to do to stop the infiltration. They checked my meter to be sure water wasn’t from a water leak in my system as well as took pictures under the house to be sure their guess about infiltration was accurate.I had them give me an idea about how to do a second bathroom upstairs. I wished they would have offered to wipe it up and then I would have let it go. Really not enough to complain about but I have been used to excellent clean up from them on prior calls. Lastly , he told us he was not to suppose to try and sell us anything but wanted us to know that the handle was starting to rust and showed us a picture of a replacement which was only several hundred dollars!! I said I didnt like it and then he said he could replace with one identical to old one for the same price. I can get the same thing at Walmart or Amazon for less than that. What we did was take off plastic top and soak it in hot soapy water mixed with dish soap. Came out perfect! Scrubbed rust spots with tooth brush and soap. All came off and looked brand new! Was just build up of soap curd.The company has never done this before and although they are a tad over priced their work is outstanding and precise and we will continue to use them .I guess it just rubbed me the wrong way.

Great job!Update: 8/2/23 - Had really good, friendly, efficient service from Jacob and Isaiah today. They replaced a 32-year-old guest bathroom toilet with a much superior upgrade. Their work was done smoothly. Both Jacob and Isaiah were professional and personable and were excellent representatives of their Company. We are very pleased. Idriana should also be mentioned. She is always terrific on the phone and was especially helpful this time with arranging “seat options” for a disabled daughter. We are first time home owners and they were happy to show us the how and why about our problem and answered all our questions. Not to mention they went out of their way to make sure the replacement part would not only fit but would last. We found our go-to plumber!

I recently had work done by Harts Services to update some pipes. While they were here we were told we needed a new water heater and a pipe replacement. Through this experience we ended up paying over $10k for them to hammer up our floor replace pipes, then say we needed more work to hammer up more floors and replace more pipes which would cost us an additional $17k and were told we had to get our water lines replaced for ANOTHER $22k. Mind you, after they came the second time to re-route our kitchen pipe, they told us there was a small leak they would have to come back to fix. When they came back, the plumber told us he didnt know why the other plumber said they could just do that and it would require them going into the ground to replace four inches of pipe. After the immense stress of this whole situation we decided to contact All Purpose Plumbing. Brian came out, put in a back flow, replaced the leaking cap and all of this when he wasnt technically on a job, he was there to give an estimate. The grand total? $258. On top of this, we learned that it wasnt even necessary to hammer up our floors‍ I want to make it clear that I am not in anyway affiliated with this company or related or friends with anyone who works there, this is a completely honest customer review from someone who is relieved and happy to have honest and professional work done that saved literally THOUSANDS of dollars. We do have to get our water lines replaced and thats a big job but theres no doubt this is the company Im going to hire. PLEASE, do your research and get an estimate from this company before getting any plumbing done to your home, dont just trust a company that has a ton of reviews like I did. I sincerely hope this saves people from getting taken to the cleaners like I almost did. I will be recommending these guys to everyone I know.

Because they were prompt, efficient, friendly, and affordable (at least by plumbing standards), I called them again when another toilet was in need of replacement. Once again Gene and Steve have come to our rescue! They are always professional, and honest. This time, we had a new dishwasher installed in our kitchen. There were many challenges because the house is 50+ years old and we have galvanized pipes as well as other issues that needed to be addressed before Gene could actually install the dishwasher. Even though Gene was dreading tackling this job; however, he was very professional, determined and persistent. The dishwasher was installed and we love it! It cleans very well and he did a fantastic job installing and safely and neatly securing the pipes to the back of the cabinets and into the sink area. As I stated in my earlier review: Its nice to have found a company with people who have integrity and take pride in their work.
