I am very happy with the service received. They were willing to come out on a Saturday when my usual service would not. They were understanding of my need to be seen that day as opposed to waiting until Tuesday which was the solution offered by my usual plumber. Brandon came out and kept me apprised of the fee and what he was going to help to solve the problem. Will be dumping the old service and using this service from now on.

Just wanted to come on here and say that my tech from White Pluming Colten was a life saver this past Friday. Our water heater was leaking very bad. He was super friendly and they text you and photo of the tech that is coming to the house and when they will arrive. Company does great work everything was clean and in a good manner he came and replaced our Gas water heater. TL;DR: Rocky with White Plumbing was great. I would use them again.Details: I needed some plumbing work to get a new sink installed. Went from a two to a single basin. The stack coming up from the floor was too close to my garbage disposal so I needed to get that moved around. It involved more than just the screw fittings, so I called White Plumbing. They got an appointment scheduled the same day, but it turned out my sink wasn’t sitting flush all the way (my fault). They came back out the next morning and credited the prior day’s visit fee to get the work done. It’s been 6 weeks since the work was done, and no issues. I will be calling White Plumbing anytime I need plumbing work done.

A few days ago, and of course after normal business hours, my water heater in my utility closed decided to identify as a lawn sprinkler, soaking the walls and floor. Once i got the water shut off and assessed the problem, I called a 24/7 plumbing service to only discover their “tech” was busy and it would be the next day. That wasn’t going to work for me so called Roto-Rootor, a nice lady answered, took down my information and said a tech would call me back. We waited 90 minutes before I called back to remind them we would like to have a plumber take a look and possibly repair our leak. Nice lady took our info and again said a tech would call me back. After the second call to rooter, I called White River and the nice person took my information and said a tech would call me back. Guess what? A White River tech did in fact call me and was at my house within the hour. JR made the repair and we were leak free and back in action! I would recommend White River to anyone that needs a true 24/7 plumber and will call them again if the need arises.

He was a little late, but when he got here he explained that he was under a house doing some work. I was in the trades, so I get it, and he was so happy and excited (which is a sign of a person who likes their job, and does good work.)Anyway, he did the inspection, and was very thorough. Came out on Saturday and cleared a main drain for us. They also came same day and replaced water heater last year. Happy with service both times. The clearing of main drain with snake was expensive. I havent compared them to others, so it may have been pretty standard. It did cost about $300 more because I couldnt find outside clean-out drain plug. So, they had to remove a toilet to snake the pipe which almost doubled the price. I would recommend locating your clean-out access before they arrive. Overall, happy with White Plumbing.

Woke up around 4:30am to find our water heater pouring out water. Also couldn’t find an internal shutoff valve (found out previous unit wasn’t installed with one). Called the awesome 24/7 service line and was able to get someone out within the hour.Our awesome worker we got, Jake, was amazing and had to deal with multiple issues caused by the previous install. Worked on it non-stop from about 5:30am - 12:45pm. It was a serious ordeal but he kept going being incredibly friendly and personable while also keeping us updated of everything he was doing and why. I called this place for a second opinion and help on water heater (less than four years old) issues that the manufacturer denied. After three years of service calls and frustration with no hot water and pilot going out, I had enough of this soot-producing plumbing dilemma! Valerie patiently and kindly listened to my problem. She sent Carey over who was amazing, very knowledgeable and professional. He was here in an hour and did extensive testing on the unit checking everything from downdraft to air intake to ohm reading on the gas valve, and color coding on the igniter, etc. He knew there were issues with the soot and the dangerous color of the flame. Two more years of warranty (not honored) werent worth the trouble of dealing with this anymore to me, so he reviewed another brand that I wanted with several pricing options and was back the next morning to do the installation. Carey went above and beyond with extra materials at no charge and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend this business and will use them in the future. Thank you so much for such a speedy job. My tankless water heater went out. Another company came out first and told me it could take 1 and a half weeks to get the part. They were sort of rude. I paid their service call and said I would have to get back to them... I decided to look up the brand and find a local dealer/service provider. I called Whites and from the beginning they were very helpful and asked some questions. Said they could check on the part for that code and order it overnight. Because we were close to the weekend (Thursday), they were not sure it would be in Fri and I might have to wait till Monday. I said ok. That was better than waiting 1.5 weeks for hot water. They called Fri. 9:30am and came out after lunch and I had hot water in no time. Also they did it for about $200 cheaper than what the other company quoted. I never write reviews but this service needed to be given the credit as it is so hard to find good service anymore. Thank you Whites for taking such good care of me.

Quick response on a Sunday when a tenant had a leak. So grateful for this company.

Dalton responded to our call immediately, arranged to come and check out our problem and had it solved (roots in pipes) within 30 minutes. He was kind and polite and had great communication and advice to prevent more problems. We will go with this company again for sure.
