I would recommend Mac’s Plumbing to anyone. I’ve been using them for years and have always been very quick to respond and fair in price. Today I had a clogged kitchen sink and they were able to come out the same day (which is much appreciated). Juan and Geo were great. They went over with me what the issue was and what they needed to do to fix. They were at my place for a little over an hour and cleaned up afterwards. Just overall great service today (and anytime I’ve used Mac’s Plumbing)

Geo and Juan arrived at our place and were very personable. They explained all of the work ahead of time, and always waited for us to approve each projects work before starting. We had several tasks that needed repair, (a leaky toilet, pressure issues and random hot water where it shouldnt be) and they had all parts available on the truck right away! The guys were very friendly and worked quickly. Geo and Juan also made sure everything was working and leak free before leaving. They were very professional and I think their price was very fair. I would highly recommend them. They are our preferred plumber when something goes wrong!

Needed main shutoff valve replaced along with another shutoff valve to outside spigot and that outside spigot. Juan and Geo did an excellent job. There was a couple of unforeseen problems that they encountered along the way. They explained each and what my options were. This company is my new go-to plumbing service. I had three different plumbing issues that needed attention and they scheduled me for an appointment quickly and resolved all three issues in one trip, which saved me time and money. I really appreciated the fact that when I initially called to schedule an appointment, the phone was answered quickly and by a real person instead of me having to hit a bunch of buttons or being placed on hold for ages.The fill valve on one of the toilets needed to be replaced, one of my sump pumps needed to be diagnosed because the alarm was sounding non-stop for a very long time (I had initially scheduled an appointment with a different plumber but they were a no-show, which led me to calling Macs Plumbing), and a water line valve to the dishwasher needed to be replaced.Juan and Malcolm reviewed my concerns, provided me with an estimate, and upon approval, divided the work and were able to address all three issues in about 1 hour. The service was fast, friendly, and they were both knowledgeable and professional.I highly recommend Macs Plumbing and although I hope to never have plumbing issues in the future, I will definitely call them first if anything comes up.

We just bought a home that had a number of plumbing issues and hired Milton and his team to address them. Milton did an excellent job with the numerous repairs and replacements our house needed. Milton was upfront about pricing and didn’t pressure us to pursue any repairs we felt could wait until a later time. He even didn’t charge us anything extra when our sink valve unexpectedly snapped off during a repair. I would definitely go with Mac’s Plumbing again for future plumbing needs! Only minor critique I have is I wish I would have gotten a call when someone was on their way to my house for the appointment, but otherwise I’m happy with the job they did!

Milton, Geo, Juan and Malcom have worked on a number of projects at my home and my moms. They are always quick to answer the phone and quick to come out and handle whatever issue we are having. We have had them replace a hot water heater, replace pipes where there was a blockage due to corrosion and replace faucets that were old. At moms they have repaired the tankless water heater, leaking pipes, toilets, faucets and a few other things. I trust this team in my house and my mom’s. My husband who also knows a good deal about plumbing trusts them as well. These guys are a class act and always do good work. You can’t go wrong in hiring them.

I had a faucet repair and Milton was extremely knowledgeable, kind and explained how he went about repairing everything so that I myself was informed. During my appointment, Milton also noticed my toilet was making a strange sound (which I was already aware of and have been wanting to get checked out, but have just been putting if off) and volunteered to take a look. Lo and behold, I no longer have that strange sound. :) Following my appointment, Milton also followed up to check-in and ensure everything was going great with the repairs. Stellar customer service. I will definitely be using Macs plumbing again and have already provided Miltons information to family and friends!

On 7-18-23 our hot water heater was leaking. We called at 1 pm. Macs Plumbing came at 2 pm, left to get a new water heater. By 6 pm it was installed. The two workers - Juan and Geo - were very nice. They explained their work clearly and answered all of our questions. They made an effort to not track dirt into the house by laying down brown paper from our front door all the way down the basement stairs. I would use them again!

I found Mac plumbing on Google. I spoke to Milton on the phone and asked him if he could repair my rental property toilet flush in Springfield, VA. I live in Frederick, MD. He was very nice, punctual and professional. I was very pleased by his fairness and professionalism. I asked him if I could wire him the money online for his services and he agreed. Every thing went smoothly and I didnt even meet him in person for the first service. 2nd time he changed 2 flappers for two different toilets in the same house at that time I met him in person for the first time. 3rd time I had a leak in the kitchen ceiling and called him he showed up the next day and repaired the leak. I was very happy that he was able to repair the leak in a short notice. I highly recommend him. He is very nice, respectful and professional.

Milton came out to check my hot water heater and evaluate my sump pump after my basement was flooded. Milton suggested a newer & stronger sump pump which he installed. I thought I would need a new water heater but after giving a thorough inspection and re-lighting it, Milton said it should be fine. A new water heater would have cost me about $2k and had he said I needed one, I wouldnt have been the wiser. I really appreciate his honesty and integrity. I wont hesitate to call for any future issues.

I highly recommend MAC’s Plumbing.I had a bit of an emergency on a Friday morning when the 50 gallon water heater cracked and leaked water all over the basement. I called six other plumbing companies and they all said that they would get back to me or that the earliest the could come would be Monday. Thankfully Milton took the call and was able to come out the same day, despite it being a very busy Friday for them.Milton and his team at MAC’s Plumbing were able to source and install the new water heater, and remove the old unit within just a few hours. They helped me cleanup the 50 gallons of water that leaked in the basement. They were very respectful of our home and put me at ease in such a stressful situation. Milton, his son, and Mr. Mac came out and did an exceptional job on a pipe repair in my home. My main drain line started leaking sewage into the basement, and Milton was quick to respond and repair. Not only did he take my frantic late night call, he came and patched it the very next morning until he could replace the pipe. These guys tore into the concrete floor, replaced the pipe, and patched it all up. They kept the space clean and tidied up all the debris. Great service!

I then hit them up to do a few other things that we’d been meaning to do- main water shutoff valve replacement, and to repair a slow-running faucet. They did those as well- we were very pleased with the professional quality of their work- they were clean, polite, efficient. The bill was both reasonable and what we expected it to be. I’m saving their number in my phone and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

I had initially used them 2 times over a couple of years - toilet repair & sink leak repair. I was so impressed that I made sure to keep their contact info. I am blessed for doing that. recently, I noticed some water that had pooled up around the bottom of my hot water heater. So I assumed it had failed and formed a leak. Macs arrived quickly to check it out...they noticed that most of the water was formed towards the rear of the water heater next to the wall.....upon their further inspection, they saw the leak was actually coming from a series of piping way up above the water heater. So it was NOT the water heater. They had do do some extensive repairs to fix the leaks, and at a very reasonable price considering the work necessary. I seriously believe had I called anyone else, they would have replaced the water heater (unnecessarily) and I still would have the leaks up above. And it would have cost me an arm and a leg.These guys are awesome. I will NEVER allow any other plumber anywhere near my house! Thank you Macs Plumbing!

I have used Macs plumbing on multiple occasions. Great service and always an honest answer. I had a leaky shower Milton was able to find the problem and replaced the broken pipe and the shower is as good as new. Honestly you cant even tell any work was done . On a separate occasion I Milton came out because my other bathroom faucet wouldnt turn off. Due to age of he suggested replacing all of the valves. Now the shower works just new. Despite the fact that he was getting ready to leave for vacation the next say, Milton came to the rescue on a hot and Saturday late afternoon to help fix a busted water main pipe in our yard. Ive known Milton for 2 years and he did an amazing job last year when he replaced my old water heater with a new tankless water heater, which is why I asked him to replace my old bathtub with a new cast iron tub (350 pounds). After installing the tub perfectly, he installed all new pipes and faucet/shower head, then prepared the tub area for tile by installing backerboard and sealant. When that was done, Milton installed a whole house 3-element water filtration system and new washer dryer combo. I would recommend Milton with hesitation.

He sent his partner out to get one. There were some problems – but he was able to put in a higher toilet. Now I have three working toilets.... thanks to Milton. I highly recommend Macs Plumbing and Milton, the plumber. He diagnosed the problem right away (a broken pipe). He gave two potential solutions: one an easier fix, then another that involved more work and more money. He explained in clear simple terms what should be done and that it was best to do the easier fix first and make sure that solved the problem. He completed the task confirmed no additional leakage and then cleaned up the mess. He also noticed a small leak on the HVAC unit. He explained it was due to condensation and told me how to easily fix it. Milton was prompt, clear and nice. He was not out to upsell me or price gouge me to make the fix something bigger than was necessary. I plan to use him again with any other plumbing issues I have in the future.

My shower drain has been clogged for a month, I’ve had my home warranty company bring a plumber out twice to no avail. After they weren’t able to fix the clogged drain they told me I would have to pay $505 to get to come out with a camera. I called Macs Plumbing. Milton and Josh came out to take a look. They cleared the clog in 15 minutes!, they also found that something was stuck in my drain and told me they would come back to clear if it happened again. I highly recommend Macs plumbing, affordable and friendly.

I called this company Macs Plumbing, LLC for a major leak in my basement. Milton arrived and gave me a reasonable estimate. I gave him the work order. The work is pretty complicated. But he did it in an hour and cleaned the mess with a heavy machine. Very professional. I also showed him another flushing problem in my bathroom in the same visit. He repaired the flushing problem with a discounted price since he was already in my house for other repair. Very courteous and up front. I will call him again in the future for any plumbing problem. I recommend him for any plumbing needs. He is a master plumber.
