    When I call Roto-Rooter, I can always expect fast, professional service. I have never been disappointed. Connor and sorry I canā€™t remember his assistantā€™s name. Iā€™ll call him D., because I think thatā€™s what his name started with. Anyway they were both very knowledgeable and friendly. They took out a very old toilet and replaced it with exactly what I wanted. Very satisfied with their work.

    The service technician cleared a buildup of caked grease from the septic line between the house and the septic tank at my rental property. Feel like I should have got a better deal since I had already dug down to the septic tank myself. But he did the job in an hour and solved the problem.

    We had a serious sewer backup a few days before Christmas. The crew got us cleared before the weekend and then worked around the holiday to replace our entire sewer drain. They were prompt, professional, worked hard and got it all done in two days. Carlos showed us everything he saw at each step, and the best way to address it. Would highly recommend!

    Jorge and Carlos were absolutely brilliant. They came out super fast (over an hour early!) which is very nice to see when you have a pool of yuck coming out of the basement drain. They were able to get the clogged sewer cleared quickly and were not only very professional, they were extremely nice. The situation was terrible but they made it a pleasure to have them here. Iā€™d give them a hundred stars if google allowed it. If you have them come out you will be glad you did. Oh, I forgot to mention that the service was very reasonably priced. In the end I am super glad we called Roto Rooter.

    I am so very pleased with the service I received. Ill start by saying that I had a leak in my water line close to my meter underground. I had called another plumbing company initially based on a recommendation. I was rescheduled 4 times and was closing in on a month without water when I decided to try another plumbing company out of frustration and disappointment. I am so glad I did! From the very first call until the work was completed, I was treated so well and in such a professional manner that from this point on I will only call Roto Rooter for my plumbing needs. I called them on a Monday and within a few hours, Clayton came to assess what the issue was. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient while I asked many questions. Soon after, the field supervisor Zach came by and was very thorough with what needed to be done and I had an estimate for the work within 20 minutes. He answered all my questions and made me a priority customer based on the fact I had gone almost a month without running water. His crew was there the next morning at 11:30, just as he promised. The crew consisted of Andrew, Ryan, and Ranger. They were a great crew and explained everything in detail. The work they did was exactly as quoted. They were courteous of my yard during excavation and even came back in the house to sweep and wipe down a door that had dirt on it. Zach was on site numerous times to check on progress, and the crew stayed until the job was complete. I know this shouldnt matter, but as a female homeowner, there are times that I have had attempts by others to take advantage of me, but not one time did I feel this way with this entire crew from beginning to end. They just finished yesterday and I have already made two recommendations for Roto Rooter. Thank you to all who played a role in getting my water leak fixed, from the person who answered the phone initially to the crew who came to help me. I couldnt be happier...thank you, thank you, thank you!

    The service I received from Roto-Rooter was awesome. Kudos goes out to Matthew for saving the day on a short notice to restore my hot water. He was very professional and he showed that he is an experienced plumber by the way he replaced a broken value and old hoses an inexperienced person previously installed. Matthew gave great recommendation too. If this company have other great plumbers like Matthew who demonstrated so much passion for his job. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to others.

    Trevion was great! He arrived at the specified time. He did an awesome job at explaining what he needed to do. He went beyond what was necessary to maintain a clean area while working, and he finished the job sooner then I expected. He was also very friendly and courteous.     Roto responded quickly to my problem and all the people involved were thorough, professional, personable and kept me informed. What started as a line clog became a major dig in my yard. Again, they did a great job. It is difficult to price compare when you have water in your basement, but do so if you can. Also, I was left with a 3 by 10 mound of dirt in my yard that will settle eventually.

    These guys were absolutely great! Came in assessed the problem gave us options and got the job done quickly šŸ˜ thank you Owen!-and crew for unclogging..But our nightmare didnt end there...Update ... The guys left...I inquired about running some water but they assured me they had jetted water but!- still leaking...my husband and I were busy bleaching and removing things started laundry BOOM flooded...pipes werent connected...Update #2 these guys really try and are so friendly and helpful...they will absolutely find your issue and diagnose

    I had an urgent plumbing situation that was addressed in a timely manner. The office person (in training) asked detailed information about the problem and was very understanding.     Main sewer line was clogged. It was a Saturday and Traveion called and was able to show up earlier than expected. He asked about the issue and immediately got to work. Within 15 minutes, he had the problem fixed and was answering any questions I had. Very polite and respectful. They will be my first call if I have any other problems again.

    We had an issue happen the night before needing to leave town. Roto-Rooter came out at 10 PM to do an assessment on the situation. Owen was professional. He explained things so that I can understand what his process would be based on what was wrong. He gave me an estimate and made an appointment for the next day. Owen saw that there was a need for some extra work due to damage to the sledge pump cover. He let me know about that and how much it would cost extra. He went out and got what he needed came back kept working. Owen and Dale came back and finished the job in about two hours. Owen and Dale cleaned up after. Owen and Dale are extremely professional young men. I appreciate their customer service and technical skills.     Had to give these guys a call for issues with my city sewer line. Was clogged up with roots pretty bad. Sean was my service provider, and from start to finish he was completely professional. Not only was he very good with doing his job, but he also gave advice on how he would handle certain situations. Their service carried a warranty which gives that extra comfort. I give them 5 stars and highly reccomend for sewer services.

    Connor returned to replace the main cracked cast iron pipe in my basement. He worked diligently removing the pipe and installing the new PCV pipe all by himself. He gave me updates, showed me pictures, and completed the job in record time.Connor cleaned up after himself, and even used one of my fans to help drip up any moisture.Iā€™m thankful for Connorā€s skill and desire to the best he can for the customerā€™s sake. The camera guy came out on the following Sunday and was only able to go 37.5 feet.     Steve was late to my appointment. I was told it would be 8 - 10AM. He arrived at my home after noon. Nice young man willing to listen. Once he was here, he listened to me about my problem and what I thought was the cause. He agreed with me on how to fix it and made a temporary fix very quickly. The weather was very wet and not ready to make a permanent fix. Then Steve presented me a bill for $325 which I thought was outrageous for the 30 - 45 minutes he was here. Also I expect another bill when he or someone else comes to my house to make a permanent repair. Please consider a reduction in your prices that corresponds to the length of time required by the technician for the repair.

    I called Roto Rooter to unplug a toilet after I tried myself using baking soda, vinegar, hot water, Dawn and a plunger. I was called by Nate before the crew came out, they were able to come earlier than scheduled which was fantastic. Owen and trainee showed up they wore booties to keep my floors clean. After accessing the situation they gave me an estimate which I accepted. The Trainee did most of the work, under Owenā€™s close supervision. The trainee told me his name was Jorge but most people called him George. After several minutes and much effort the plug was cleared. I suggested Jorge request shirts with his name on them. Some other guy showed up to clean up any mess I had but his services were not needed. The toilet did not overflow. I am giving them a one star review. Although the toilet was fixed it was not tested with actual human excrement and my man needs a shirt with his name on it.

    Came out to fix my Sewage Ejector pump and broke the bolts to the cover and then wanted to charge me to replace the bolts.*Update*Management Reached out and corrected everything with out hassle. Sent a new technician out to seal and replace the bolts along with also fixed the small leak that was coming from the pipe. I stand corrected! As for rating Im giving 4 stars just because I feel 5 stars is a one and done excellent job, and since they had to send another person out to fix the first ones mistake Solid 4 Star (Wish I could do 4.5 star but google wont let me)

    Started off at the call center they took really good care of me, Nick the service manager reached out and addressed my concerns. Sent out Dustin the local service tech for Roto-Rooter, I was nothing but pleased took care of my problem within 30 minutes. And even after he was sure it was done, he ran the cable again just to make sure it was 100% cleared. After they were done they cleaned up the water mess, and cleaned up and dried the pipes. 10 out of 10 I definitely would recommend them. I paid $210 for a same day visit I cannot complain.

    Omg. This company absolutely saved us in a devastating time. We had a pipe suddenly burst on the 2nd floor of our 3rd story home. There was water everywhere. Itā€™s started in my sonā€™s room on the 2nd floor and continued to the 1st floor in the living room and foyer. This happened on a Saturday after hours. They had a technician (Sean) at our house with 2 hours. Sean easily found the source of the problem, fixed it, and then restoration followed up the very next day on a Sunday. Did I mention itā€™s a holiday weekend. I can not thank you all enough for your time, care, effort, and quality of work doing this hardship my family experienced. Thank you sssoooo much! If you need plumbing services Roto-Rooter is the way to go!

    As far as Larry goes he was excellent. This is the second visit for my toilet not draining. Larry attended both visits; however, the first time I mentioned having a clean out to the guy that was with him. That guy never suggested looking in it, as soon as I told Larry about it on the second visit he checked it right away. I kinda feel it should have been checked on first visit and the problem would have been dealt with fully then. Again Larry did not know about the clean out first visit, but his partner did and missed it causing me to have a second visit and more missed times with my kids.Larry was excellent, just wish I had mentioned it to him first time instead of the other guy that wanted signatures. I feel he would have saved me money and did the due diligence without a second visit needed.

    I was truly surprised when I called the Roto-Rooter office in Springfield, Illinois and was greeted by a representative that was able to answer questions about their services and then promptly referred me to a local representative to setup an appointment. They were able to help me out with my sewer issue and a quote for services and costs prior to the work being performed. They were able to provide me with exact cost, with no additional fees or service surprises. My technician Devonte, was professional and provided me with information regarding the sewer and how he was handling the situation and if needed, he would consult with me before proceeding to an elevated sewer line service. Devonte was able to clear out the clogged pipe and cleaned up the sewer mess that was caused by the blockage. I have already recommended this company to family members and friends.

    Matthew And the manager Randy came to our home to fix what we all thought was going to be a bigger repair than it ended up being. They quickly diagnosed what the problem was in our shower faucet, got to work completed the project and weā€™re on their way quickly. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They also pointed out a water cut off valve that might need repair in the future, and quoted us a price while they were here. I wonā€™t choose anyone else but Roto router of Springfield for my future plumbing needs. Ten stars is my rating!
