Absolutely great service!! Junior is professional and fast. We had a leaking faucet. We called a couple of places and Junior’s had the best price. What I really liked was his patience with us when he had to teach us how to operate our new faucet. We hadn’t used the new technology before and he took the time to kindly demonstrate and walk us through using it as first timers. And now we have a beautiful new faucet and no leaks!!

We had to get our water heater replaced way too early in its life, 3 years barely! Junior came and assessed what was wrong. Turns out our water from our well was very hard and that was plugging up our expensive water heater quickly. He recommended to add water softener to help eliminate the build up. That build up also happens in every faucet, line etc, so this will save us a lot more trouble down the line. They got us taken care of quickly and very courteous and professional! We now have our plumber for life! Thank you to Juniors Plumbing!!! SIX Stars to you!!!

Our toilet was clogged and none functional. He unclogged the toilet and then told us that we had the wrong toilet and pointed us in the right direction as to what we actually needed. He knows his stuff.

I have to brag on my experience today with Juniors Plumbing. Junior and Jonathan were at my house this morning early and within a couple of hours I had a new water heater installed. They get in there and get the job done and clean everything up before they leave! This is my second time to have them out and they are so efficient, knowledgeable, kind and hard working. I called because I was worried about a potential issue with my plumbing and it felt like I was talking to a friend who was looking out for me and giving me advice. He assured me what I was worried about was nothing but offered to come take a look anyways. He showed up on time, checked things out and everything was fine. Let me start off by saying this guy and his help was AWESOME! We had them change out a water heater and install a brand new one for us. He showed us everything he was doing as well as explained everything to us to where we understood it. this guy was very respectful and we felt very comfortable having in the home. Weve used other plumbing services in the past and wasnt completely happy with everything but...this guy exceeded our expectations by far. Installed 40 gallon gas water heater for $1450. Answered phone immediately, gave me a quote over the phone, did perfect installation within the week, and followed up to ensure everything was ok. Quote through Home depot installer was $1950, including supposed code updates not required in Springfield. I would trust Juniors with any plumbing needs, based on my experience they are honest, fairly priced and competent.

My husband Dave and I needed a plumber ASAP today due to a problem with our hot water heater! My husband found Jrs Plumbing out of Springfield on Google. They definitely lived up to their 5 star rating! They were here within an hour of our calling, evaluated our problem with the hot water heater, told us our options. Fix the 1 heating element that was burned out or replace the water heater due to its age and it was developing other issues with calcium.He quoted us a price for both options and they were both very fair. We decided to replace the water heater and Juniors Plumbing called and had 1 delivered to our house which is in rural Greene county! The new model was delivered very shortly and Juniors Plumbing, and his assistant Jonathan had our old one out and the new one installed and wired in very quickly! They were both polite, professional, knowledgeable and very experienced! The whole experience only took about 2 hours from start to finish! Our total cost was $ 1900 for the installation and wiring it up and our water heater was in a difficult location to access! We needed a specific size due to its location in the house and that we live in a mobile home! We feel like they provided great service for a fair price and will definitely call Juniors Plumbing if we need a plumber again!

I had a slow drain in my basement which was causing water to back up when I did laundry. I tried the DIY route with a plunger and hardware store snake. Didnt make a dent so I called Juniors Plumbing after doing a Google search. Called in the late afternoon and Junior was out bright and early the next morning. He immediately diagnosed the problem and was able to unclog the drain in a matter of minutes. I live in an old house so Im always a little nervous about a small problem turning into a big problem. I appreciate that there was no drama or trying to upsale or anything like that. Junior even texted that evening to make sure the drain was working correctly. I will definitely be calling Juniors Plumbing first the next time I need a plumber.

Incredible service. Came out same day--actually only about half an hour after calling. Junior and Johnathan were amazing, delivering clear communication, time efficiency, and consideration for factors outside their service description. Afterwards we left for a long weekend and when we got back, the drain was still slow. Called Juniors and they came right back out and cleaned out again at no charge. Quick and professional.

Jrs Plumbing was recommended to me 3 years ago and he was great then and again today. I would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone.I am delighted in everyway a person can be! Jr has gone beyond expectations in everything!! Also going above and beyond with loosening shower heads I couldnt, replacing broken handles for cost.. and never giving up when things were old and stuck and incredibly difficult at times!!Today hes come to address the hot water flow in my shower. This has taken a couple visits but its been a more complicated issue. The first visit, although didnt fix the problem was a necessary replacement anyhow. We made a plan to replace pipes in the spring. A HUGE project financially for me.After I giving him new information early this morning, he came back out.. fitting me in ASAP without an appointment . A new game plan... with a better cost!!! After getting in there he saw he could fix it with a simple hose replacement and for a simple cost.. a fraction of the new game plan cost!Thank you Jr for being someone I can trust and depend on to call. I love my old home and you make it manageable. Ill be calling you again this spring to fix my outdoor fixtures :)

Junior and his team were amazing! Not only did they get the work done in a timely fashion so that the tenants could move into the unit quickly, but they also saved us a lot of money by correctly diagnosing what the problem was while one of the competitors in town tried to rip us off and use scare tactics to try to get money out of us by naming off a bunch of things that I urgently needed to address. Highly recommend using Junior for any plumbing needs and we will be using him again for future plumbing needs!

I had a leaking water heater that Junior and Jonathan came to help me with. They communicated well with me, they fixed the problem quickly and even got the go ahead from my landlord to install a new faucet which then took only like 10 minutes! Juniors plumbing is AWESOME!!!Wed struggled for 11 days dealing without gas for heat and cooking dealing with another company who kept making promises they didnt keep! I was sick, cold, and frustrated to tears! I was so done! FIRED THEM!!!Had a friend recommend Juniors. Called and talked with Junior late Tuesday night. He told me theyd have our gas back on in 2 business days...only because it was red tagged by the city. When its tagged like that you have to pull a permit, the city has to inspect it, and the city wont allow a permit and an inspection on the same day. I said, lets do it! Before they came. I also mentioned the kitchen sink disposal wasnt working and kept backing up. He said, got it. No problem.Next morning. Junior and his crew showed up.(Love the fact he came with the crew. Excellent management!) They were on the ball! There was 11 leaks in the gas line! Rather than wasting time and money. They pulled it and replaced the whole thing! He fixed the disposal and unplugged the sink. Found that sewage had been backed up in the backyard. That was shocking! I had been hearing a gurgling sound in the tub when the toilet was flushed. I didnt know what that meant. Had him show me what he was talking about. Oh my gosh😬🤭🤮 Guess what!? They can fix that too!He repaired the garbage disposal as promised, replaced the gas line, called and set up the inspection with the city for the next morning, unclogged the sewage pipe, and had the gas hooked back up on time as promised! Awesome service, excellent management and use of resources, phenomenal communication throughout the process, freindly, professional, honorable ethics (as he wouldnt accept payment until it passed the city inspection and service was restored), kept good on his word about restoring service in 2 days! WISH Id have had them from the get go. Loved the experience with Junior and his team of professionals! Will not hire anyone else! His number is saved in my phone and I will not be silent when it comes to referrals! Excellent work! If you need help ...call Juniors! Youll be the next one on here proclaiming job well done! P.S. He even called later that evening to check on things. Made me feel like he really cared about our family and our satisfaction. Thank you Junior and your crew!!!

Mike and his partner came out to the house and from the time I called to the time they were here was less than an hour. I had another company tell me they couldn’t get to me until Saturday and I had standing water in my kitchen sinks. I called at 7:30 in the morning and they were here quick and were professional and took the time to make sure it was done right.
