    I had 2 projects to be done, both non-emergencies but I was able to be scheduled the next day. The first project was snaking a drain pipe. The second project was removing non-code plumbing (that was causing the issue) and replacing it. Both were completed in a timely way by professional and pleasant technicians. Plus thereā€™s a 12-month warranty on the work. I will definitely use Rick Ray & Sons again and will recommend them to others.

    Rick Ray sent someone out the day we called. Fixed our outdoor water leak 2 business days later. The guys that worked on the job were very nice and knowledgeable.     We had an inlet tube to our pond rusting out and needed to be replaced. Rick Rayā€™s crew came out and within two days they were able to dig out a 52 foot galvanized pipe and replace it with a corrugated PVC pipe. They were very easy to work with, completed the job as we requested and had us review the work to made sure that we were satisfied. They were reasonably priced and did a great job satisfying our every need. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking into having any plumbing done.

    This is the third time Ive had the Rick Ray team do work at my house. This time was a repair on a toilet that didnt have the proper seal on the wax ring and had a slow leak. The representative was professional, efficient, and explained as he went. My experience with this company has been consistent and reliable.     Rick Rayā€™s plumber came to my house and replaced the gasket and seal in my toilet. I had no idea that there was a problem until I received my water bill. My normal monthly bill is $50. I received my bill on Saturday and it was $132.00! So thankful for Rick Rayā€™s business they always are so prompt in coming out and so reasonable with their costs. The repair people are very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them!

    Had a blockage in the ejection line on my Aeration tank. Called this morning and they were here within 2 hours. Ran the camera and jetted the line to identify and solve my problem. Two of the nicest, most efficient young guys Iā€™ve met and a very reasonable price. I recommend them highly.

    I had bad experience working with some big plumbing company. They are trying to sell you their annual service instead of helping you solve the problem. But not Rick Ray and Sons Plumbing. It is our second time using their service. Had a sewer line backup at night. Robert and his buddy showed up and quickly helped me resolve the issue. They also used camera to help me identify what caused the problem in the end. They are very professional and I am very satisfied with their work. The price is reasonable even it was late night work. Strongly recommended.

    Came promptly on a Friday night, they were in and out, wheeled a machine in unclogged the drain, then were gone like the darkness at dawn. Two very nice and polite young men, will definitely call again.

    Called on a Tuesday afternoon and talked with Sandy (so friendly) to get a second estimate for a tub/shower faucet repair. She said they could send someone the next day to see the job for the estimate. Agreed to a timeframe. She sent a text confirmation with details for the arrival window. Next day, received another text with a picture stating that Craig was on his way out (nice to see who is arriving at your house). He arrived 20 minutes later and assessed the job. Needed access to the lines and said they could go through shower wall but would need a bigger hole but had a plate that could cover it. I agreed to it. He told me the estimate and then emailed it for me to sign if accepting. I accepted the estimate and called and scheduled the repair for 2 days later. On Friday, received a text with a picture again at 10:20 that the plumber, Jonny, was on his way. He showed up at 10:30 with a helper, both put on shoe covers, talked through job with me, and they got to work. They had to leave at one point to get a part, and we made a slight change to the job, but it was still completed in the timeframe stated and price never changed. Kept informed the whole way. Overall - Price? Great! Communication? Excellent! Punctuality? Excellent! Job well done! Would highly recommend!!

    UPDATE: another job, five years after the first one, and again they proved excellent. The drain line from our washer was backing up.This was a problem that had gradually worsened over years. In the past a different plumber failed to clear it and said the drain pipe itself had failed and would have to be replaced at great expense (since it is under a concrete slab).Two cheerful fellows from Rick Ray cleared the line in half an hour and it is better now than it has been since we owned the house, twenty years and counting. All hail the RickRay crew!Original review from five years ago:They proved themselves absolutely excellent under the worst of circumstances, and honest as the day is long.We had a sewer backup in the basement and they came to clear the line. They gave us quotes for immediate and long term solutions. We chose both.Everything turned out to be much more difficult than they had imagined. The sewer layout was entirely different than would normally be expected. It caused problems with their equipment. Worse, it meant that the long term solution of installing an access point for boring was vastly more difficult than they had thought. NONETHELESS THEY STOOD BY THEIR ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. They did not charge us a dime extra!They ended up doing probably ten times they work they had expected for no more money. But they remained pleasant and friendly throughout, unwaveringly calm. Can not recommend them enough.

    We have an older home that had been severely neglected by the previous owners. We did all major repairs after moving in except plumbing untilā€¦the pipes started rattling.We called RR&S because of their ads and their reviews. The initial service man was really personable and knowledgeable. We were glad to have someone who could explain what was happening to our piping system before we had a real catastrophe on our hands. To complete our repairs we needed two services. Cleaning and a yard dig for external access. In thiese processes they worked from the roof, through the house and out I ti the depth of our yard. All of the workers were knowledgeable and communicative. The best part is they were always careful about our personal space both inside and out and they kept coming until the job was complete and they charged us only for the service we received not for every time they came to do the work.I would call Rick Ray and Sons again and recommend them to others because they truly clean your pipes and not your wallets.

    We had a problem with a gurgling drain in our bathroom and was told it by another plumber it was a clogged stack vent. Robert and Brandon cleared the stack...the gurgling continued. They pulled the stool on the same line and scoped it for its entirety and found that the stack vent had sagged because of attic heat allowing rain water to collect, creating a vacuum.
