The entire experience was great! They were very quick to send Merle out, sent me a text and a picture so I knew who to expect and then Merle called me a few minutes before arriving. He was thorough and straight forward and already had calls and things situated before even coming to inform me of the issue.. 10/10 recommendAdding to this... Ive had septic issues since before I bought the house. Theyve been great at dealing with the city and handling things. Well this last time Merle came out for my call and informed my I have clay piping that all needs to go through 85ft by my house. 11k to fix! The entire time he was very nice and making me laugh even though good lord I was panicking. They got me on a payment plan and set me up as soon as they could. He even helped sex my chicken while he was here lol. Seriously if you need any work for heating, air, plumbing or septic you definitely need to contact them. I promise in my home ownership I will never call anyone else. Ive enjoyed my experiences way too much. And its not just Merle, theyre all courteous and upfront and they get the job done! Thank you guys!ADDING TO THIS AGAIN.... Air services has been out many times for me lately with this new house, but theyve been really helpful. This last job hurt a bit as 85ft of sewer lines needed replaced but everyone was nice and honest and man they didnt waste any time getting things done either. Seriously I cant thank you guys enough! Each and every time a technician comes out to the house, its been a 10/10 experience. They have always operated with transparency and integrity when we dealt with them. Today was no different with Rob coming out to check on some issues we had with plumbing. He showed us what was going on, and we have a solution in the works. I wish I could remember every single technician weve had, because they all deserve the highest accolades. Extremely satisfied, and highly recommended.

Very pleased to say the least. Five stars plus.We were very impressed by how thorough Blake was in diagnosing what ended up beingthe gas control. This after checking all of the gas connections including inside of furnace with tiny camera. He did a lot of checking with a multimeter. He made a call, found the new part and after installing it fired up after 4days being cold. His knowledge of residential boiler and heating was evident.This for Nick who was able to adjust the newpart as Blake was off for the day. Nick was also well versed in residential. It was 2 degrees this morning, nice even heat inside.Thank you Gentlemen.Nick has the Boiler/Furnace working well afterbringing the water pressure & temperature into harmony.Thank YouKaleb wired in fireplace insert as the finishing touch on the living room work! But Air Services was able to get me a higher quality system with better interest rate, longer warranty and in a shorter time frame than the other. Alright seldom in life do you find a company that youd probably trust your life with. Ive been a loyal customer for years! Theyve installed a AC, Heater, added air ducts, a plenum, and fixed my Sewar line! And they did it quick and efficiently! Theyre incredibly kind and always ALWAYS! Bend over backwards to make it right. Even if there was a manufacturing defect they take it upon themselves to fix the problem and keep me happy. I really cant say enough about them. Im a customer for life, trust me guys (and gals) these are the people you want. A company like this doesnt come around in 10 lifetimes. Just a note, i always go out of my way to call the supervisors after every job to let them know how every technician they send me is just out of this world amazing, but Im leaving a review today because i had 10! 10 employees come over 2 days in the pouring rain and shine to quickly diagnose and fix my sewar line! I have recommended this company to numerous people who have all had great things to say about them. After buying a new house, I hired this company to service our heating systems. One of our units is new, but our other one is original to the house, which is over 30 years old. The technician did not try to sell me on a new unit but did advise I start thinking about it which I appreciated. They were very thorough and both technicians were very personable and explained everything. I also like that they have a membership which I signed up for and they will be coming out to do a cooling system tuneup when summer gets here. 9/21/24 Updating our review from 4 months ago. -This is now our second experience with Air Services. We could not be more pleased. This time they came out to check our air conditioning that had stopped cooling. Our service technician, Blake, was exceptionally knowledgeable and personable, he stayed late to finish the job, and thoroughly explained everything that was going on with our system. We have a lot of house to cool and it has cooled down from 81° at 7 PM last night to 72° at 8 AM this morning, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Air Services had a technician out here in less than 24 hours from the time of my call, and they didn’t charge exorbitant fees. Their rates are very fair, and our membership that we signed up for last time got us a discount for this repair. If I could give six stars I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This was our first time using Air Services. I wanted three outdoor lights replaced, my hanging porch lantern and both of my garage sconces. Kaleb came out on Wednesday afternoon, did an evaluation, and then thoroughly described the quote and the process for the replacements. He also gave me a quote for my backyard lights, which I plan to have done next. He came out today to do the front light replacements (they got me on the schedule just two days after my initial quote). Kaleb did a fantastic job, he was on time to the appointment and he was finished in an hour. My husband and I decided to sign up for their yearly membership program which we’re thrilled about because now we’ll get routing maintenance on our HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical, as well as priority scheduling and 10% off repairs! Five starts, for sure. If I could give more I would!

Called at 8:30 am on July 5th, they had someone at my house by 11. They cant schedule a time which makes planning difficult, but with same day service I wasnt complaining. They sent me a text about 15-30 minutes before my tech would be there which helped me to be home with enough time to get the pets put away and make sure the tech had a place to work.Blake diagnosed the issue quickly, showed me the problem and answered any questions I had. He gave me price options, and once I approved I wanted the job done he got to work. The entire job was done within an hour. Before leaving, Blake helped me to test the air and confirmed everything was running. My home was back to normal temps within the day! Very satisfied and I will be using these guys for all future issues.

This was a very big purchase for us. It won’t be installed until next week. So Mitchell brought in two air conditioning units that were put in windows. One in the bedroom and one in the kitchen. Air Services has great service. I have used them for years. I recently had my AC lines frozen on Easter Sunday. I called Air Services and spoke with staff member. She was so nice and was able to schedule a technician for the next morning. I received text confirmation of my appointment and another text when the technician was on the way with an eta. Mitchell was the technician and he has been to my home before. He was able to figure out why my lines were freezing in no time. He fixed the problem and went above and beyond. He changed the light bulb in our “creepy” furnace room. He showed me how to change the filter and gave me an extra one. He then recommended that the coils be cleaned, which would increase the efficiency of my air conditioner. He was not pushy at all and gave me an immediate quote for the cleaning. Mitchell cleaned the indoor and outdoor coils for me. Mitchell was very good and he was not bothered by my 2 curious dogs following him around as he worked. I would highly recommend Mitchell at Air Services for excellent and quality service.

We had a 2 ton mini split installed in our home and air services made it such a quick and easy process! All the guys from every department were courteous and kind and very informative. They gave us a set price and offered financing. They also removed and took away our old furnace, capped off all the valves and the hole in the ceiling. They took their time showing me how to use and maintain our new mini split system and checked that it was functioning properly multiple times before they left. We will definitely give these guys a call again if we ever need anything!

Air Services has been a great choice for me. They have been very prompt and have been responsive within hours of calling. I have a warranty company and would take 2-3 days to even have someone dispatched. Air services came within hours of calling and very fair price and nothing hidden behind the price. Both service men that did my ac and sewer were very nice and helpful with any questions I had. I give these guys 5 stars.

Brayden did an outstanding job of clearing a stopped up toilet. When he arrived he inquired about what procedures I had already tried so not to waste time repeating the same thing. He brought in a large tube, and in about 15 minutes cleared the toilet.

I am a few months late in posting this!On April 30th, 2024, Mark and Ryan raised our AC that had taken on quite a slope. I was initially hesitant about the cost to resolve the situation. However, after witnessing the amount of work it required, and their resolve in doing it right, I completely changed my mind! Ryan even took the initiative to utilize nearby bricks to help shore up one side of the platform so the base would remain firm. His action was exactly what was needed. We went on to shore up the entire surrounding area providing a completely level surface. Thank you both so very much ;)

My annual service appointment was scheduled for this week with Christopher Hudson answering the call. Christopher Hudson arrived as prescribed by all the texts that I received regarding the appointment. Chris went immediately to work on my HVAC system, like a seasoned detective, with his diagnostics of the system, cleaning, replacing the filters filters, and ensuring everything was operating as it should. As he worked, he was considerate, and professional while responding to my questions I had concerning my system.Chris provided five-star excellent customer service and I highly recommend him for any HVAC needs in your house. He is a great asset to the organization and a highly trained technician.

Jeremiah spent about 1&1/2 hrs checking out our cooling issues involving an hvac that is just over 1yr old. It resulted in low freon and an air supply line that was disconnected. He repaired both, explained his efforts and asked if we had further questions. Stephen Bradshaw came to evaluate our HVAC system Did such a wonderful job and was very professional. This is the first time I used Air Services for our home requirement I was very impressed by their application to job at hand, sincerity, forthcoming and professional service. I will use their service going forward and using their association with Costco to have our HVAC equipment replaced.
