    I had a cracked toilet flange and contacted United Plumbing to get it fixed. The whole process was quick and efficient. Sam was very polite and courteous. He took his boots off whenever he entered the house. When he finished things were as good as new. The price was fair and the work was excellent. I would recommend them.

    They sent Richard out to fix an issue with a clogged main line and he did an absolutely great job! He was able to come out the same day, which was amazingly helpful and got everything flowing again much quicker than I expected. Not only is he knowledgeable and efficient, but also explained everything he was going to do, and gave us an estimate up front. Who does that anymore?     Update: Jan 16, 2024…. Hector from the United Plumbing Team came out to help with a plumbing need and did a great job!———-These guys did a great job for our family!Adam, Colton and 2 other teammates did a great job on the install! Then I spoke to Sarah in the office and she had Dulton come out to tweak a few things on our new system and drop off some extra material!And we’ve had Ed, Adam and Brock out for emergency calls and it’s crazy how fast, friendly and knowledgeable they are.Mike (owner) also visited our property and helped us with planning after we had some very serious issues related to when the house was built. We are going to have them out to correct several other things!I will only be using United going forward.

    Since our old plumber only does installs, we needed a plumber for service. Based on their radio ads prioritizing service over sales, we decided to call United Plumbing.Wed been having problems with clogs in our masterbath for several months. Our handyman was unable to solve the problem, so we knew it was time to bring in a professional.When we called United, they asked a few questions and quoted the charge over the phone. When the Tech arrived, he asked a few questions and quoted us the same price. It took him nearly two hours to clear the main sewer line. When he was finished, he charged us the original price.Overall, we were very happy with this experience, and well definitely call them the next time we have a plumbing issue.

    I have used this company before! put in new main water line and connected new gas lines to fire place and stove, today i had an issue with backed up plumbing, collin came to my house , same day, he was kind, polite, knowledgeable, snaked the main line after removing the toilet then replacing it again,, no water spills, no mess, Thank you collin! we can flush again! poop on!

    Weve used United Plumbing on multiple occasions, both for planned and emergent plumbing needs. Their service has always been amazing. They are punctual, affordable, and considerate. Our plumbing technician was careful to not damage our flooring, rugs, etc. He was communicative throughout the process and willing to answer all of our questions.     Randy came by to fix a nasty leak in my ceiling and he was very effective and accurate in finding the problem as well a a solution. He kept me in the loop while completing the job, which I really appreciated. He was also very quick and efficient while being considerate of not making a mess.     Have used United Plumbing a few different times over the past few years, each time being for something wildly different: a small leak, sewer line replacement, and today was water heater replacement. They consistently provide a great experience. Communication is excellent and prices are reasonable. Theyre quick to address the issue - we only called this morning about the water heater, and by the end of the day, Blake had the brand new one installed for us and even took the time to tidy up the mess that the previous homeowner made DIYing the last install. United will continue to be our go-to for any plumbing issues we have!

    Tyler R. Was the technician that was sent out. He was willing to go above and beyond to make sure our sewage problem was solved. Sarah from the office was the coordinator I dealt with and it was seamlessly easy. Tyler got here, and solved my problem within 1 hour or less. .     We’ve used United plumbing for several things in our house. I always have a great experience. Always on time, quickly get estimates and appointments scheduled and each plumber I’ve worked with was great. Brandon installed our new disposal and answered several plumbing questions I had, Sam did estimates, Sam and Mike installed our new toilets and Dustin installed a water heater and hose bib. I like that they are up front about their rates and estimates so there’s no worrying or guessing. Solid company with great plumbers!

    We hired United Plumbing to totally replace all the galvanized plumbing in our 1970’s home. This job also included 2 complete bathroom replumbs and a gas line for a kitchen range. Brock , Zane and the team were totally amazing. From the bid process through the finished job. They were friendly and professional and it shows in the quality and neatness of their work. We cannot give them a higher rating, 15 stars is not enough!

    My name is Travis Rogers. I recently had some sewer issues that were causing all my drains to back up. I called United and spoke with a lady named Sarah that was very friendly and professional. She got me an appointment right away for a free estimate. Adam came to my house and gave me an estimate. He sent me a copy via email and then called and explained the situation to me. Again very friendly and helpful. Today the work got done and without fail a perfect job and once again a phone call to explain. Im very impressed with the whole crew and would highly recommend.

    We had an accessible toilet installed by Franc* Americ*an 10 months ago and it always leaked. They came back 4 times to reset it and it was worse each time. Blake from United came out and apparently it had been cracked at installation so we bought a new one and Blake made sure it was right! They are very professional and have great service. Highly recommend!

    Blake came out to our home to snake a clogged washing machine floor drain and I was blown away by the service. He showed up within an hour of my call, he was knowledgable, he had me laughing and best of all, he fixed the drain! The price that was given to me over the phone was honored by the technician and it was more than fair.He also made several recommendations for our older homes plumbing system but he was not pushy. This was my first time using United Plumbing and I will use them in the future for all my plumbing needs.

    We had United Plumbing out earlier this year to fix a water spigot and in doing that they discovered a couple more issues that needed addressed. They did a fantastic job then with the spigot and again yesterday! Melvin and Bane (I do hope I got their names correct, if I did not I apologize!) were polite, respectful and did a great job!     I gotta day Dalton came out to my home today and did such an amazing job. He was friendly, nice, and even showed me what had happened with the pip leaking and fixed my tub drain and it drains super fast now. He was super nice to my son who was home with me.     They are highly recommended by us! We just moved, and the water heater was 23 years old. How did it make it that long, we dont know. They were able to get out quickly and charged a fair, flat fee instead of charging a higher after hours hourly rate with extra costs added on top.     Hector came in yesterday and immediately diagnosed my water heater issue. It turned into a big job as the water heater was too big to fit between the door frame and my HVAC in my utility closet. Hector went above and beyond to get the frame removed, water heater replaced and put everything back together beautifully. Hector kept a good attitude throughout. I know I personally would have been extremely frustrated but Hector handled the situation and got the job done. Super thankful for his effort and to have hot water again!

    This was the second time we have used United. We had a tricky problem with our shower, but not too tricky for Brock and Ron. They arrived when they said they would. They worked hard to figure out the problem and fixed it. Because they had been out before for this problem, they were kind enough not to charge us, although we were willing to pay a service charge for them coming out. Brock and Ron were friendly and professional. We will definitely use United again for our plumbing needs.

    I can not praise Dalton enough for how he handled what could have been a disaster. My 30+ year old water heater had the drain valve break loose as he was trying to drain it, in order to remove it. While I gave him permission to cuss the situation, he managed to remain professional and even have us both laughing in the end. If I need their services again, I will definitely be asking for Dalton 1st.

    Our main line has been clogged for months. Had Roto Rooter a month ago to see if they could clear it, and they tried to convince us it couldnt be done, that our main line had collapsed, and they wanted to charge us 14,000 to dig up the whole yard. I called United for a second option, and they had the line completely cleared in 25 minutes, no up selling garbage. The plumber, Remington, even pointed out a super bad leak in our crawl space that we hadnt noticed. Very professional, and very honest work. Will be calling them the next time we need plumbing work, for sure.

Because it is an older home there were challenges to ensure the new materials would properly fit without damaging the surrounding countertop.     I dont write many reviews....I probably should because times are changing, and recognizing exemplary service and someone who goes above and beyond the requirements of just a job seems to be happening less and less these days.Short Story....my water heater went out. Boiling water to clean, laundry, dishes, lugging pots full of boiling water up 2 flights of stairs to bathe. Nightmare.I rent. My landlord was contacted 8 days prior, to no response. At all. (That is a different story...) United Plumbing was finally referred in. After 8 days.I was SO relieved to greet Gilbert (Gilly) who arrived within 3 hours of the service call. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous.... He could tell I was panicked and feeling overwhelmed. He was so polite and put up with my water-boiling, pacing, and was so respectful of me and my worries, even cared to ask about my 11 year old blind dog. :) Unit was beyond repair, and needed to be replaced. Gilly went from plumber, to advocate...making the necessary calls himself to my landlord to ensure approval for a new unit. That day.He went and got it, drained and pulled the broken unit, installed the new one. Even waited until the water was completely heated before cleaning up EVERYTHING before he left. You wouldnt even know he had been there. I am sure replacing water heaters is probably common in plumbing. But, I was in a panic with a situation that is uncommon to me.     My sewer pipes backed up and flooded my bathrooom at 1230 pm on a Friday and when I called United, they were quick and at my house in about 30 minutes. After searching for the problem, they determined my main sewer pipe collapsed and needed to be replaced so I wasn’t able to use ANY facilities at my house. Shout out to Adam, Remington, and Alex for working late that night in the freezing cold outside to get the job done! I was able to use all facilities in my house by 10 pm Friday night.     We are in the middle of building a new garage in our backyard. While digging the footers, the sewer line was hit and we found out that we had clay pipes.     Update: 11-9-206 months later from my previous postThe faucet still works perfectly. We had a sewer cutoff blow the cap and had a clog this weekend. I called at 9 am Monday morning by 10 am we had a plumber here. He cleared the clog and replaced the cap in under an hour. We have only had great experiences with this company. With 2 different men. We will never use another company.We had a leaky faucet in our bathroom.We had tried to fix it ourselves but it would slow down or stop only for a short time and start leaking again.When we could not stand the dripping any longer so we looked up plumbers on Google.United was the first company I saw with great reviews. We called and they came right out and the employee Remington was able to fix it quickly. It has now been 2 weeks and it is wonderful not having to worry about this leak or making sure the bathroom door is shut so we dont hear water dripping all night.I wish we would have called sooner. Next time we will not wait so long to call United. They are the only plumbers we will call again.

    I had a sewer backup and I called around town looking for a cheap plumber. I called DeLong and they were expensive. DeLong wanted $105 an hour plus labor and tools. I called United plumbing and they charged a flat rate of $159.00.They sent out Remington. He was polite and respectful, he showed up on time, and ready to work. He had some problems getting the snake through, but after several times he finally got the snake through the pipe. He told me that I have a collapsed sewer line due to tree roots.     Really pleased all around with their service, pricing, and turnaround. We had a leaking sewer line (cast iron) under the house and a clogged + broken cleanout line under our side yard (original clay pipes). They gave me an estimate Friday, and its now Monday afternoon and everything is fixed -- dug out and replaced the cleanout, and replaced the broken section in the crawlspace. I got quotes from several companies, and United was the cheapest plus they got me on the schedule faster than anyone else. They also seemed to care about helping me.     Brock and Adam came through like a couple of true professionals and saved July 22nd for the Weeks household. Our water heater previously had been inoperative for 2 days. Im somewhat proficient with similar tasks, and every time Ive had to light the pilot on a water heater (including the old-fashioned kind which required you to actually use your own fire source), its been pretty easy. Up until this time, that is. I couldnt believe it when Brock walked out and said all he had to do was light it. This happened after 2 days of continually trying to light the wretched thing while meticulously following the instructions. I mean meticulously, as in: the instructions say to wait 10 seconds, so I use a stop watch. I have no idea what Brock did, but the dudes got the magic touch. I was almost offended that he lit it so easily lol. My only consolation is that he does it for a living. He recommended that my landlord replace the water heater because it has been giving us problems, and its an old unit. A couple minutes after he leaves, I walk out the door and there he is again, saying that were going to get a new water heater. This is when I met Adam. Those two guys had the old water heater out and the new one in, in what seemed like just a few minutes. The water was running a few minutes later and, depending on how fast this new water heater works, well have hot water then and I cant wait! Im not sure how long a water heater swap is supposed to take but it seemed really fast to me. At the same time and in the same house, my wife, who has been unemployed for several months, had her first job interview today. While Im in there fabricating phone holders and tripod adapters to make sure shes got studio quality lighting and a complimentary set for the background of her online video interview, Brock and Adam worked one room away. They were very accommodating and they whispered and tried to be as quiet as they could so as not to disturb my wifes interview. I didnt hear a sound, youd think that kind of work would make some kind of noise but it didnt. Respect guys, thank you so much for the great job and for doing what you could to make sure my wifes interview went well. I know I must have looked pretty weird running back and forth but I am pretty weird so there!     Remington called to inform me what time he would be arriving, showed up on time, explained everything that he was going to do before doing and why he needed to do it. Gave helpful advice as to how to avoid repeat issues of the same problem. Very kind, respectful, clean & professional! Would HIGHLY recommend. My parents are the ones who were the ones who referred me and I will gladly keep the referrals coming to anyone who needs a plumber.

    Matt worked very hard today and replaced a lot of our old, galvanized water pipes that had frozen and burst in this frigid weather. We are so grateful that they fit us in a day earlier than estimated, and did the job (which turned out to be a bigger job than expected) within the limits of their original quote.     We had United plumbing come over this morning to replace a leaking external water tap today. He was amazing! Explained everything to me beforehand. Even took a picture of it to show me the damage. When he put booties on over his shoes upon entering the house after completion of the job, I knew he was a keeper.     Fantastic and Quick!I ended up having a kid flush a toy down the toilet and it clogged it up. Took a while calling around to get prices on someone who could fix this problem until I came across United. I called and about 30 min later I had a guy coming out to fix it. Randy was the plumber and he took care of the problem very quickly. I will from now on always use United for any needs I have.

    Responded quickly on a weekend - it was a big problem that required a dig out and replacement of our lateral sewer drain pipe to the city main. They quoted us Monday AM, did the repairs Tuesday and came back Wednesday to fill it in after city inspection. Teams were polite and kept us informed.
