I had a great experience working with Five Star. Mike came out for a tankless water heater quote and walked me through everything that needed to be done and made sure to answer all my questions. He and his co-worker did an excellent, professional job and kept consistent communication with me through the install process. What they quoted is what I paid, so no hidden cost or surprises! The total cost was much less than other quotes I received and I plan to use them for any future needs.

When NO company could get to me for a week , Five Star made it priority to get to me the same day as my main drain was clogged up. Paul showed up as he said when he called to let me know he was on the way , very clean and professional , it was obvious he knew what he was doing and let me know about what it would cost depending on how many issues he ran in to. He got everything cleared out of the drain and made me aware of what the problem was and made sure I understood what to expect in the future. I was extremely happy with the service and professionalism , the price was very fair. Hard to find companies today that actually care enough to recognize someone who needs attention that day and not a week later and still give you a good price. Five star is just as their name - Five Star - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, Only plumbing company I’ll use moving forward in life. Thank you “Five Star”.

Five Star Plumbing puts customers’ needs first! They are prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. They have come to us within hours, not days, of our needs! They make our emergency, their emergency! We know nothing about plumbing, heating, and air. They could have told us we needed all kinds of repairs to make money. Instead, they told us the truth. At times, we needed nothing fixed. Other times, we needed to watch and see if problem repeated itself. Then there were times they explained (where we could understand) what needed fixed, why it needed fix, how much it would cost, and then fixed the issue promptly. They have proven again and again to be a reliable, honest company who cares about our problems.

Oh, where to start, maybe price- undercut big names by >1thou, pro, prompt, prepared. Respected our space, honest about limitations or our expectations with 1960s plumbing patched up or spliced ev we ry imaginable way before they arrived. In fact 1 of our related pipes was loosely fit together and came loose in a remote area while they were updating other 70 yr old fixtures, so they reattached the other half attached washing machine pipes no charge. At slightly >300$, kitchen sink, bathroom tubdrain, washing machine all free clear working. No more black sediment backwash into tub when using kitchen. 5 Stars to 5 Star who rescued us as heroes today from showering at the ymca! ( backstory some plumbers wont even work on old lead or galvanized or cast iron pipes, especially mixed with pvc in context of condo HOA complexities).

I had a problem in my roof where the ventilation got messed up and mold was growing in my attic space. TJ from Mid-South Construction invited David from Five Star to come look because of the humidity issue. They both showed up exactly on time, then diagnosed and came up with a VERY reasonable priced solution. They had me fixed right up that day. I could not be any more satisfied with the service I received and will be using him again for anything that I can think of.
