We have used Reeds plumbing for a few years. They respond quickly. Their quotes are reasonable and the work is done in a professional timely manner. We had been trying to get a water softener installed by a well company but everyone we tried, never had time. After waiting 3 months, we decided to call Reeds not knowing if they did work on softeners but they had our unit installed within 3 days. One day for the quote and two days later the install. Exceptional service.

Great repair. Estimator came out the same day that I called(Friday).I scheduled the job for the following Monday, and they arrived at 8:00 am as expected. I needed a little excavating for a broken water line under a well house. The machine operator was very easy to work with, and he had no problem giving me some input on where and how much digging would be done. When finished, the dirt work was filled in and smoothed out much better than you would expect. Good efficient job done by two friendly guys.

Excellent experience. Our toilet was leaking the day before family was arriving for holidays. We called at 7:30 am and they were able to arrive mid morning. It took about an hour and a half to replace and fix it, and that included going to Lowes to buy another one. The person fixing it was efficient, friendly and professional. In the future if we have plumbing needs we will definitely calls Reeds!!! Highly recommend.

We called Reeds Plumbing on a Saturday morning after what seemed like a litany of plumbing issues the night before (one toilet leaking after flushing, a mysterious/new water dripping noise heard thru a vent into the crawlspace but with no water found in the crawlspace and literal gurgling and air bubbles coming up in a 3rd toilet). Reeds arrived within an hour of us calling (Yay!). As it turned out we had three issues, a bad seal on one toilet, our septic was clogged and almost full. He was very thorough checking to make sure there werent any other issues. He cleared the clog in the septic and gave us a quote to replace the wax ring (which my husband opted to do himself). Reasonable price- nice guy. Highly recommend!

Harry Cain from Reeds Plumbing did a great job solving my issue! The only issue that I had is with the cost of labor, and that is no fault of his. $120 an hour seems pretty steep from Reeds Plumbing. I may just be out of the loop on the cost of things. They were fast to get me fixed up, did a great job, but Wow on the price! I will look elsewhere to see if I can find a better price next time.

I give Reeds Plumbing 5+ stars. I cannot say enough good things about them. CU had called me and said I had a water leak. In a panic I called Reeds Plumbing hoping they could come out to my house that same day. They said they could squeeze us in. Mike came out shortly after I got off the phone to give an estimate. With in 1 hr dig rite was at my house and less than 1 hour the guys were there to start digging. They mentioned they might not be able to finish that same day. They had it all done by 5:00 the same day. I really didn’t think it would be done the same day. It ended up costing less than the estimated amount. I was so thankful for them. It was a very stressful moment as homeowner. I forgot to mention Mike kept in touch with CU to let them know what was going on as well. Great company to do business with!!

Reed’s Plumbing, Heating, Excavating & Air was able to come to work on my primary bathroom plumbing disaster on a weekend. Sam Arnett answered my call. He explained how far out of town he was, and the cost involved, and instructed me what to do to start cleaning up the quickly spreading nasty water situation until he could arrive. Thankfully, Sam was able to get to my home sooner than he thought he would. Sam used the big sewer machine to clean my sewer drain and opened my clogged sink, shower, and toilet. He ran the camera through the sewer line to the main line in the street. Sam was polite, and professional, and cared about fixing my plumbing issue. He worked until he had an answer to fix today’s problems. He set me up for an estimate of further work that could keep this from happening again. He was very thorough, and I would recommend Sam and Reed’s Plumbing to help you with your Plumbing problems.

Reed’s installed a new water heater with expansion tank and a Naturalsof saltless hard water descaler with water filter. I’m very happy with both. My old water heater sounded like a 4th of July party on the inside with all popping noises, and my pipes made a ton of noise each time the water was turned on. Now I have peace and quiet and the hard water is no longer corroding all my faucets. Mike C did a great job on the installation. He even added a bypass for the filter and Naturalsof to make it easier to do maintenance. Thank you

We had a sewer line problem that required excavating across the entire yard and an old deck had to be removed to access old plumbing. The Reeds crew was there fast to diagnose and start repairing the problem. During the process we decided to put concrete back in place of the deck. They took care of all of this as well for a more than fair price. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work Patch was the supervisor and he made sure everything was perfect before they left. I rarely post Google reviews, but the service we received from Daniel Martin was above and beyond our expectations! He was very thorough with his inspection of the property we are purchasing. Our service time was 8am-noon arrival…he arrived at 9am. He met our realtor at the property and addressed every concern we had and gave advice on repair or replacement to remedy the issues. The office then emailed a full report of findings and recommendations. We are very satisfied with the inspection, report, and professionalism of Daniel!We had Daniel back out to repair/replace items that he recommended. He was honest and told me that having a Sunday afternoon service call was going to be more expensive than if I waited until Monday. I wanted my problem fixed before Monday, though. Reeds Plumbing pricing for Sunday afternoon was very reasonable, and I would highly recommend them. We had a major sewer pipe issue at our church - after using two other plumbers who didnt fix it, I called Reeds Plumbing. Mike was out asap in the freezing cold and was able to fix the issue in less than 24 hours. He was very communicative and walked us through the issue and solutions. The issue was fixed and the space put back together in no time. While the other two plumbing companies fixes lasted two weeks at the most, we havent had an issue for months now since Reeds actually took care of it. And their price was even lower! Id like to thank Harry and James for all the hard work they did. Along with the digging crew. I unfortunately didnt catch their names. 2300 block N Travis Sgf we had initially a major water leak under the sink. Harry and James did all they could to save us from complete water service repair. But unfortunately through all Harrys efforts the service needed overhaul. James gave us a reasonable quote and stood by it. We have an over hundred year old house with additions added on in the 40s. And James and Harry had the experience to know how to work old houses. While under the house Harry recognized 2 other issues and fixed them beyond service order I requested. Old school plumbing experience goes along ways. They showed up at 8 done by 3. Digging crew left front yard very manageable. Easy to seed. Hardly can see where they dug. This is the second major project Reeds crews have done for our old house utilities. Ive been beyond happy and impressed with Reeds crews. Very knowledgeable polite professional and talented Best plumbing shop in town hands down.

Had an issue with the toilets not flushing at my daughters home. We had called another company, who does a fair share of advertising locally, and let’s just say they caused more problems than the fixed. They managed to twist off a 5/8” cable in the drain line and weren’t able to get it out. Fast forward to this morning, 10/5. Called Reed’s yesterday afternoon and they scheduled Daniel to come to the house this morning to look at the problem. Daniel was able to get the cable dislodged just by pulling on it. The other company left a bid of $1200 to “excavate and repair a brake” in the drain line. Daniel starts looking around. Crawls under the house, goes inside to see what was happening, worked some at trying to get the line unclogged and had no luck. He then went to the manhole in the back yard and found the city sewer main full of water! “This is a city problem, not a drain line problem for you. No charge!” Daniel called the city and got them out to clear their main. Daniel didn’t stop there. He returned back by the house and checked to be sure the line from the house was flowing and the main was flowing! Who does that?!?! That’s customer service like it should be. Reed’s has now EARNED my plumbing business. Please pass along my gratitude to Daniel!

Needed a gas issue looked at, as well as a leaking faucet drain looked at. An extremely fair price that was on point with the estimate. Just slightly higher, as we opted to replace the water lines to the faucet while working on the leak with new stainless steel lines (which I prefer over rubber). Gas issue was also fixed, and the entire system was checked for leaks. Both issues fixed in 2 hours. I will definitely keep Reed’s at top of mind for my next fix.

I had previously had Roto-Rooter out to my house to clear out my sewage pipes and they didn’t fix the problem, charged me $300 and preceded to tell me the fix would cost me $2,300!! So I had Ree’s come out to my house and they fixed my sewage problem in less than 2 hours and only charged me $150!! They were quick and knew exactly what they were doing! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!!

Dig out my pipe in the back yard ($4600 quote), dig out concrete and put new pipe inside for A/C drain (expensive).Reeds came out to give a second opinion both times. Both times Robert came out and did an excellent job. He was quick, thorough and did a much better job than the previous company. He made sure everything was working before he left, and the service was much less expensive. But most importantly, he gave me maintenance options and did not recommend the extreme options that the other company did.I will only be calling Reeds from here on.

I recently bought an older home in the area and I called Reeds to check out a plumbing issue I had started to notice with the basement toilet. To my surprise, I nearly had a much bigger problem on my hands than I thought. Robert was great. He diagnosed that the septic system sump pump was not working properly. He then noticed further that the alarm to alert me of such a problem was set well above the level it needed to be. Had I not called when I did, I could have very easily had sewage back up into my basement. Robert got on the phone, and had others join him at my residence. They replaced the sump pump, properly installed the alarm, and pumped my septic tank. Great Service. I will definitely be using Reeds again in the future.
