Quality Sewer and Drain are by far the most professional companies around. After having another “well known” company come out to install a new hot water heater, we were told that it couldn’t be done unless other modifications were made. So a day wasted! We contacted Quality Sewer and Drain and they came out the next day, and on the time agreed on. The installer was very professional and had the job done in a few hours. The county inspector just left and was told that everything was up to code and signed off. If we ever need anything, you know who we’re going to call! They kept us up to date on the whole process and the communication was awesome!

Our experience was excellent from start to finish. It was easy to contact the office, who immediately responded and made an appointment. Cody ran a camera to check for a blockage within the house and down to the road (also honored a coupon). The results showed a root ball which had invaded the line near the main. We were offered a number of options and he left us with estimates for additional work. After consideration, we called back and had Cody return to cut out the root and open the line. He even credited the cost of the initial camera work. The service was efficient and done in a very professional manner. He was generous with his time, explained everything thoroughly and did it all with a smile and genuine kindness. I enthusiastically recommend their service. Thanks again.

I was very pleased with the service received from Quality Sewer and Drain. Upon initially having them out to look at a potential drain blockage, Cody right away got my attention by not trying to simply upsell me on something I didn’t need. After trying to resolve the issue myself, without success, Cody came back out and immediately diagnosed the larger problem after scoping the line. He was up front and straightforward with the issue and different courses of action to remedy it. After deciding to replace the collapsed drainage piping underground, Matt and Jonathan came out immediately the next day to dig up and replace the line. They both took great care to minimize the areas to be dug up in my front lawn and more importantly to help with the reclamation to restore those areas once done.Overall, I was very pleased with the level of service received from Cody, Matt, and Jonathan! They know what the hell they’re talking about and we’re very professional throughout the process. Greg (the owner) was very thorough and helpful in explaining the problem with my sewer system and the whole replacement process. We have had a sewage smell in our powder room for several months. After trying several online suggestions that failed to address the problem, I called a large plumbing company. The plumber who came out gave us two choices: pull the toilet and replace the wax ring or let him cut a hole in the wall and look for a break in the stack.We chose the toilet pull choice. The wax ring was not properly sealed but we still had the smell. Not wanting to just have random holes in the wall, I looked online for companies that specialize in sewer line work.Greg explained the process to me and Cody came out at no charge to discuss the process in detail. Today Cody came back and through a camera scope (which yielded no signs of a break anywhere) and then a smoke product inserted into the sewer cleanout in the yard, he found the leak behind the sink.Greg was here too and they quickly found the source of the leak: a cut drain pipe that a contractor failed to cap off during a remodel 14 years ago.I highly recommend this company. Quality work plus good communication.

Professional and quick. I had to have a good section of our basement floor removed to get to an old sewer drain pipe. The guys showed up on time as scheduled and worked hard to get everything done in a timely manner. They put up sheeting to keep the area clean and removed all the dirt/debris without issue. I would highly recommend these guys and will not hesitate to call them again should I ever have any plumbing issues.

I recently hired Quality Sewer & Drain for a camera inspection and milling and flushing work of our main drain. We had previously had a backup issue and we didn’t want it to reoccur. My initial interaction was with James, who was amazing at not only answering all my questions, but also getting back to me promptly. When I would call other places, I often spoke to someone who didn’t have any technical expertise in this area. James, on the other hand, was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me figure out what services I needed to address my drain issue. He was very straightforward in telling me what services I needed and didn’t need. The actual work was performed by Cody, who did an amazing job. He clearly knew what he was doing and showed us via camera footage the astonishing before and after results. Cody was prompt and professional. Also, Quality Sewer & Drain was very reasonable in their cost. If I ever had the unfortunate need to have my main drain serviced or repaired, I will definitely call Quality Sewer & Drain again.

Having sewer issues is no fun for anyone. If you are unfortunate enough to be in this situation like I was, take a deep breath, and call Quality Sewer and Drain. They got you covered.After I found out that my sewer drain had issues - a long belly section (not pitched down) and roots growing in the pipe, I called a few plumbers for multiple opinions and estimates. I went with Quality SD because they specialize in this type of work and do it everyday. If you are going to do such a big and important project, you want somebody that knows how to do it right the first time.The whole team was fantastic and it was the best communication weve ever had on a project. These guys did a great job and really take great pride in their work. We had an awesome experience with Quality Sewer and Drain. We had our entire water supply line replaced. They specialize in this area of work and it shows. The repair team gave great care our yard doing minimal possible damage: they dug tunnels in mud to avoid a big trench mess, they replaced mulch and even washed the sidewalk after they were done. Our small child, schedule, and convenience were considered very step of the way. They took the time to listen to and respect our concerns and goals. Greg, Matt and Jonathan were plain fantastic to work with. They truly went the extra mile. Very reasonably priced. Completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

I was able to schedule my repair with Quality Sewer & Drain faster than three other companies I called when attempting to resolve an issue with my home’s main drain backing up sewage into my house. After the repair and very thoroughly cleaning the area he was working in, the technician showed me the video from the drain scope used for snaking out the clog explaining the cause of the issue. The price was also less than what I was expecting after speaking with other outfits. I highly recommend Quality Sewer & Drain.

Greg was upfront on over the phone that they dont want to do repairs for water lines in the yard, but rather just replace the entire line from the start. Hed do a repair if I wanted. He said most of the time you wont find it. He was right. We couldnt find the leak after digging for a day by ourselves, let alone even find the pipe. Houses built 40 years ago dont have tracers.I called 4 places for quotes. Two were out of their minds. Another was a little lower than Gregs. In the end I went with Greg due to just the feel I got for him over the phone and his estimator that came out to the house. I chose correctly.If youre unfortunate enough to need his services, you wont go wrong choosing his company. Theyre trustworthy, friendly, fast, efficient, and hard workers. While my pocket is a little lighter today, its not as light has it could have been and Im glad I turned over my hard earned money to Greg.P.S. Never cancel those $8/month insurance things regarding your water line in the yard. The $96 annually would have been a lot easier to swallow than the thousands I shelled out today. UGH!

I payed to a have a camera check the sewage line & was told there was major problems & was going to VERY expensive repairs. The owner, Greg Schick, and his crew are top notch pros dedicated to excellence in every aspect of their work: using the best available technology; thorough cleaning of sewer pipes regardless of how long it takes to do the job right and completely; and providing high quality video of the process and results. They also are friendly, easy to communicate with, and their word is their bond--thats real rare these days! Greg & his team did a superb job--leaving our 60 yr old, residential cast iron sewer pipe very clean & CONFIRMING THERE WERE NO BREAKS IN THE PIPE! Prior to finding Greg, I had hired another company to clean my residential sewer pipes. What a disaster that was! That supposedly highly rated company charged me $2k, did a lousy job, provided an out-of-focus video, and claimed my sewer pipe had numerous broken areas and needed replacement. Quality Sewer/Greg Schick came out & videod the sewer pipe with excellent video equipment. His tape confirmed the previous company did a terrible job--leaving the pipe full of debris. He said his equipment could thoroughly clean the sewer pipe like it should have been done & he was skeptical of the pipe being broken. He was ABSOLUTELY CORRECT: they not only thoroughly cleaned the pipe, but proved the pipe did NOT need repairs or replacement. Greg & his team are not only technically superb, theyre easy to deal with, friendly, HONEST, and reliable. BTW: I do NOT have any financial interests in their company and am NOT related to any of the employees or owner--this is a review by a homeowner who is grateful for the great job done by these great people.

Several other sewer repair outfits said we needed a lot more done, but Quality took another look and found a way to save us a bucket of money. The owner got a crew to my house asap and worked into the night digging 5 feet down to find the failed joint with my sprinkler system. Tough job done well on main sewer drain clogged to the street area.The team used a camera in the sewer to locate the obstruction, which turned out to be a hardened tangle of tree roots! For years we had roots intruding into our sewer line, which would periodically need to be augured out to prevent blockage. Over time, the problem got worse so that frequent clearing of the line was necessary to prevent a sewage backup. After reading all of the positive reviews, we contacted Quality Sewer and Drain. A free inspection identified two line breaks where the roots were entering. They were able to save us considerable money by patching just these two areas using a trenchless CIPP approach rather than replacing the entire line. The crew was professional, highly skilled, polite, and efficient. Problem solved!

My husband struggled for a week to remove one of the screws from the toilet in our master bathroom before I decided to contact a professional for help. It was time to replace the wax ring so I googled plumbers in my area and called a few of them based on the reviews. From the comments I was aware that Quality Sewer & Drain focused on just sewer and water, but I decided to call them anyway. James was gracious enough to accept my call and long story short, a technician (Cody) was at my home in less than three hours to remove the screw as a courtesy. I was overwhelmed by James thoughtfulness; he took customer service to a whole new level and I couldn’t have been more grateful. Cody called when he was twenty minuses away. He was very professional, ended up having to cut the bolt to remove the screw, and was kind enough to answer my questions and offered suggestions. Quality sewer was one of the best decisions I have made in home services. Very reasonable price, very professional and has great time management - they finish the work to their words.We had a water line repair job competed by the company. From the initial checking/estimate, to the completion of the work, and all the way to job completion, this company has exceeded my expectations! Cody who provided the estimate, also did a professional checking and he is very knowledgeable to all the work. Matt who operated the big machines is very professional and responsible. Also, kudos James for supportive customer service. The whole team is super professional.I want to say that these days most companies are doing work only for money. I did not read reviews from the website before booking service with this firm, but now I know why everyone is giving a five star. I’m very glad to see there is still company like Quality Sewer and Drain, who will really work for the customer needs.
