Tech was fast and courteous. Came out on a Sunday night to get AC back. Cost was eye watering, especially after he told me it wasnt the exact right part and I found the right on online afterward. Didnt feel like dropping another couple hundred bucks for him to swap out a $20 capacitor, so Ill buy my own and finish the fix. Still, AC running that same day, which would have been a lot more important if it was hotter outside.

Called MB at 8:00 AM and had my unit fixed by noon.Overall great experience - was able to call, get through to someone relatively fast, and then to my surprise, they had a technician available that morning.Zach arrived at my home at his scheduled/announced time, got right to work, and had my AC unit up and running again within an hour of his arrival. Zach was extremely pleasant and professional and was able to give his diagnosis and cost estimate that seemed fair.Overall, would use this company again and would recommend them to others.

Best of the Best!Our latest call for MB’s plumbing division was of the emergency nature and required a quick response. Over the telephone after hours, I explained to Tim a couple of possible sources I thought might be at fault.Allison took my call the next morning and heard my urgent plea for help.Tim arrived in less than an hour, determined what was needed to begin a long process, and began to set up for the day. Jason O. arrived a bit later and the two worked tirelessly until the complicated tasks were completed.Their explanations of the scope of work and costs involved was professional and detailed.For good measure, Jay Sweeney showed up after his day had been completed and brought his expertise and helpful concern to the scene.Five Stars Indeed!

Our plumber from m&b Heating and Cooling and Electric was named Tim. He was very personable professional and efficient he did a great job and was a very nice person with whom to speak. I really like being a customer of m&b because their employees do excellent work they schedule appointments they show up on time you dont get put on some stupid list like other plumbing companies who dont even call you back. M&b will schedule an appointment as soon as they can have someone to your home and quite often that is the same day and if it is a truly urgent matter they do have after hours services.I highly recommend them and if you are sick and tired of calling plumbers that dont do a good job or cant show up on time or you get told youll be put on some sort of list and one day eventually somebody might even call you or show up just hang up and call M&B. They are so much easier and they are so easy to work with.When I have neighbors or friends or other people in the area who have Plumbing Heating electrical issues and are getting the runaround trying to get service I refer them to m and b and told quit wasting your time on these other people and find someone professional who will get the job done right the first time.

After discovering a sewage pump gave out on me during after hours and calling various companies, Josh from MB called and assured me I would get taken care of and how to prevent more water from coming in. Not even 12 hours later, he is heading to my house. Excellent customer service, in and out in no time and back up and running! MB will be my first call next time!

Called on Saturday morning because the toilet tank was broken. The person on the phone made sure it was not an emergency. I did get the water turned off. I wanted to wait until Monday as not to pay weekend rates. They called first thing Monday morning to say that the tech would come soon. Josh did and fixed the toilet by about noon. Very good service.

Summer 2024: The New Supervisor was phenomenal. With my disability issues and the AC acting up, he was a Miracle worker in getting it fixed. I would like to check out the silver maintenance issue.Oct 1 2024: My plumbing went haywire in my kitchen, flooding much of the floors when trying to do dishes. Plus I inherited a subpar bathroom faucet which I could not replace due to disability issues. JAY came in and quieted my anxiety by fixing my kitchen plumbing and replacing the bathroom faucet with a superior brand. JAY remembered working on my house when installing my gas line for my gas stove / oven. If the customer service of this company was the same for other company sectors (food service, retail, tech, etc.), this country would be a better place.

Rob did an amazing job replacing our A/C unit capacitor & got here within 1 hour of placing our call after arriving home from work to a house that was 88 degrees. Since there can be only one active user review for a business at a time, I chose to update my older review which is below starting with Fantastic experience ...Have used MB about five times - always good, always professional, always willing to answer any questions. Most recently, I had them come and check my central air unit which wasnt kicking out the regular level of cold air. Turned out it was nothing big and was resolved quickly. Relatively new furnace suddenly wouldnt stay on. Would shut off and would not restart, or if it did, only briefly; not until house reached the desired temperature.Technician quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it to me (PVC pipe that carries condensation was not falling towards lowest point, so water was collecting in pipe which affected a pressure sensor), gave me a quote for everything -- which I found every reasonable, and then did the work. He was friendly and very professional. Was leaving for vacation the next day, so it was important to get the work done ASAP.Will definitely use MB again for heating and cooling -- and plumbing too since the technician told me that MB does that as well. Good company. Wish I remembered the technicians name and the woman I talked to in the morning so they could get credit specifically. I was very impressed. First, Shawn arranged for us to get what appears to be a good quality water heater. The plumbing manager, Jay, called me the day before to confirm the appointment. I took that as a good sign of customer service and attention to detail. During the installation, Jay and Tanner stayed on task until the job was done. It was apparent that Jay was very meticulous in doing the job well, and as I suspected from his phone call, he is very detail oriented. When he was finished, I felt like he had performed the installation as if it was his own house, going over and above what would have been acceptable. And when they were finished, there wasn’t a spec of materials remaining. They were thorough in cleaning up. And Jay walked me through everything and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. When the fifty-year-old boiler for the heating system in our Masonic lodge failed the first week of December, we knew we were in trouble. An incredible cold snap - sub-zero temperatures, which froze the building pipes for several locations in our area - was fast approaching and we could barely keep the building above freezing before that.MB Heating & Cooling inspected our setup, determined our problem, and drew up a plan to address the many issues (not just the boiler) we had complicating the issue. I got a call bright and early on Monday morning from your wonderful and helpful admin staff and we scheduled a site visit for that afternoon.Josh showed up on the dot at our scheduled time, put on his shoe covers and mask, and we got down to the business of finding the best solution for our needs. Its rare to thoroughly enjoy an experience that will require you to write a big check at the end but Josh made it happen. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and can explain technical details without ever talking down to you.Because it would be a few days before the unit could be installed, Josh brought over a portable A/C unit and set it up so the tenants would have some respite from the heat. What an amazing service! And to top it off there was a schedule opening and with our approval Levi, Mike, and Nicole came a day early for the installation. We just had our 23 year old central air and furnaces replaced in our home. Because of the size of our home we needed to replace our 2 systems, one for the upstairs and one for the main floor level. From start to finish, MB Heating & Cooling were great to work with. Josh S. helped us plan for the type of systems we needed and offered many suggestions, keeping cost and efficiency in mind. He was helpful in addressing all of our concerns and there was never any pressure to purchase anything. After answering all of our questions and concerns, we made a decision on the types of units we wanted. He scheduled it and arranged for two teams to make the installation. On our scheduled day, two teams of 2 men each arrived on time, introduced themselves and started right in to dismantle the old units and install the new ones. They did a great job, were very courteous, explained what they were doing as they went along, completed the job in one day, cleaned up everything when they were finished, gave us a tour of our new equipment and explained how everything worked. Before they left, they made sure we were satisfied with everything and that they had answered all of our questions or concerns. Now that we have had the new systems running for several weeks, we are more than pleased with them and how the entire process worked out. Love our 100 year old house but plenty has changed in electric since 1923. A recent unexplained power loss in garage required a call to MB. Logan and Austin got power back in the garage and in doing so found and fixed some amateur wiring that brought power to three outlets had never had power in! Big thanks!

We had late night frozen pipe burst on Christmas night MB was the ONLY 24 HR emergency service that called me back out of all the other companies that claimed to be emergency plumbing companies . One other did call back an hour later told me if he HAD to come out it would charge me $600.00 just to come to my front door. I explained to MB tech couldnt find shut off valve . The on call tech Tanner kindly explained he was a few minutes out that he would hurry as quick as he could. Got here found valve and got things under control. Explained they would have to come back next day and cut panels out to locate leak but he pretty much located it . Next day Bradley Bodine came out was very knowledgeable, kind, professional and reassuring they would get job fixed asap and did just that. I would recommend MB for any of your plumbing needs. They offer many other services that Im sure are top notch and are who they claim to be unlike others who misrepresented themselves to be as 24 hour emergency service. They did a very professional job for start (sales quotes) to finish (installation). Home solution advisor Benny Kavish was very helpful in providing detailed quotes and options. He also arrived on the day of installation making sure his technicians had every detail they needed. Even during the times of labor shortage, their technicians Jason and David installed HVAC and furnace on the scheduled date and time! They all worked hard and sincerely

Ethan came out and took a look at my furnace after Mike Williams came out and compared there quotes, as I have had work done by both companies they both come and check on my furnace in the fall. Ethan explained what was wrong and basically told Mike Williams exaggerated the extent of dust build up on my furnace and that their quote to clean it was excessive and MB would clean it for much less, $315 while Mike Williams quoted $749, but that in his opinion it was normal accumulation and did not yet warrant needing to be cleaned. He was quite professional and punctual with his appointment. He also looked at a pipe, that he determined was part of a radon system, that I had no idea what it’s purpose was and said he would get back to me on what needs to be done to repair it. They also installed an A/C unit at my home during the summer and I was quite impressed with the service I received and the accommodations they took to my schedule to get a quote and timeliness of the installation. As my A/C had stopped working, they also provided a window unit for my home until the new A/C unit was installed. I would recommend their business to anyone and will continue to use them in the future.

I too recommend this company my furnace went out and i wasnt sure who to call so i started with MB Heating and Josh Stewart came out and went over my options, he was very personable and professional as he explained my options. I was able to get financing and replaced both heating/ac with a good price. The techs Devyn/Justin were very knowledgeable and explained all the work that was done and had me up and running in a timely fashion. THANKS AGAIN!

If there was a dream company to work for you this is that company. Everyone I talked to was amazingly kind, courteous, and polite. My advisor, Alan Hall, was very thorough. He spent more than 2.5 hours at my house making sure he got us the right A/C unit for our home. Installation was on time and done within a week of estimate. We had one hiccup. One piece for our new A/C unit was not installed during the initial installation. The new unit was running nonstop and not cooling our house. I expressed my concern with MBs chat service and Alan called me back within 20 minutes wanting to help. He contacted Jason, one of the installers and he contacted me shortly after. Jason made a service call after midnight to fix our A/C unit. He knew exactly what was wrong. Jason insisted to come out that night and fix it. He didnt want us to be uncomfortable during the night. Jason told me to text him first thing the next morning to see how things were and Alan called me twice the next day to make sure the A/C unit was working properly. Talk about going above and beyond. Great people =)

First company Ive used for more than a single year of heating and cooling service. I was 0 for 5 prior to them. The pricing is reasonable. The service is top notch. The techs are wonderful and talk straight. And they actually CALLED ME to schedule my appointment before it was too hot or too cold in the season where I was forced to start my furnace without the burners being cleaned and inspected. Not that that had happened with some other big HVAC names in town or anything.

The furnaces needed to be replaced. He inspected our house including the crawlspace, and made recommendations. He generously brought space heaters for us to use. The new furnace was installed by Tommy G. He was prompt, knowledge, accommodating and very polite. We are extremely pleased with the service from MB Heating and Cooling.

I had a new shower installed by another contractor who had a family emergency and never came back to finish the job. This left me without a functional shower for 9 days on what was supposed to be a 2-3 day job. Needless to say I was left in a real bind being that it was the only shower in my house. Thank goodness for friends!Jay from MB Heating and Cooling came to the rescue. I just had an estimate scheduled with him, but after poking around a bit he discovered the cause of the leaking plumbing left by the other contractor, checked the fittings that were installed, and basically got my shower running again the same day for what I would consider a very fair price. MB has earned my future business and Ive already asked for a quote to have other work done to refresh my home.

Just hired this company to install a new System. As soon as I signed the contract, Benny was over here with electric heaters to get me by until the install. It was getting very cold at the time .
