Jerry and the guys have visited our home twice over the past few months & weve been very pleased both times. Our kitchen sink mounting hardware failed leaving us without a usable sink. Several companies wouldnt touch it saying they didnt have the special tools required. Jerry came & had it remounted for us in no time at a very reasonable price. Matt was here yesterday to rebuild a toilet tank & again a professional job at a reasonable price. Thanks guys!

Always impressed with Masters. We have used them 3 times in the past year. Jerry even remembers me when I call. The first time we needed an emergent repair on a Saturday. If you are wanting to go tankless I would give Masters a call. A proper install is critical for a tankless unit, something as simple a gas line being to small will give you a bad experience. These guys are certified rinnai installers so they know what they are doing. During the install they discovered a pre-existing issue with my plumbing that I didn’t know I had, they went the extra mile to help me troubleshoot it and repair it. I will be using them for all my future plumbing needs.

They installed a tankless water heater. Turns out the unit was bad. They worked with Rinnai and made several trips out to the house. Very pleased with their dedication and response. Rinnai finally agreed they could replace the unit. It has worked perfectly since and that was a year ago.
