Great work, very professional and efficient. Had them upgrade my place to a combi unit for hot water heat and hot tap water. The original heating system had been disconnected and in disrepair for some time. They were able to easily repair a couple splits and had the system up and running by the end of the day.

Legacy are Legends! Travis and Josh are my go to for all my plumbing needs. Their service and response time is awesome. I have a 20 year old system that started to cause a few headaches all at once. It felt like wack-a-mole but they kept coming back to help me troubleshoot until all was right, and they did it on short notice too! After doing some repairs they then installed a new hot water heater and that has been great. I’ve already referred Legacy to a few friends and family as well. Thanks Legacy!

We had a same-day appointment to determine the extent of the services needed, had a quote within an hour, and have a brand new heating system as of four days later. We highly recommend this company! First Travis replumbed our bathroom and laundry room when we remodeled. My husband accidentally cut the Pex water line when we were tearing out walls and Travis saved us! He got here immediately and cleaned up our mess. Then he and Josh installed a heat pump which has changed our life! We are currently remodeling our kitchen and are thrilled to continue having their expertise. They are professional, do great work, and are not only dependable but work hard to be here when we need them. They are flexible, responsive, and we have absolute confidence in them. We feel really lucky to have found them.

I called needing someone to install our dishwasher, run a water line for our fridge, and hook up our gas stove. Travis answered right away and was able to schedule a time with his brother, Josh, for the next morning, which I was very thankful for. Josh arrived 10 min before he was scheduled to be here, ready to go. He completed everything we asked of him and was incredibly professional. Once the work was completed, he walked me around to show me what he had done and anything I would need to know for when we move appliances around as our kitchen is being redone. I will absolutely use them again as we remodel our kitchen and for any other heating or plumbing needs.

Legacy is an amazing company to deal with and in regards to plumbing the best plumbers I have ever dealt with as they are the definition of professionalism. I had just purchased a house and had major issues with my plumbing. I was recommended Legacy and what a great recommendation it was. Straight away dealing with them there communication was amazing; they scheduled a time called again on the day prior to the agreed time and were punctual.They resolved the issues perfectly (of which there were a lot of issues) but what Impressed me most about Legacy was their attention to detail and how meticulous they are in their work. They showed me the issues and basically, the basement looked like an Amazonian rainforest of broken pipes and looked to be that the prior owners had done a real hatchet job to the plumbing, after legacy finished the place looked like Downton Abbey all piping was done so neatly and the place was left spotless clean afterwards. Needless to say, if youre looking for a plumbing company and want peace of mind that you know the job is done correctly and to the highest standard these are your guys.

We had an issue with a leaking garbage disposal. We called on a Saturday and they were able to come on Monday. They were honest when they found that the problem was a much more simple fix than replacing the whole unit, saving us hundreds of dollars. I was impressed with the honesty, and professionalism. I would definitely use Legacy again for my plumbing needs.
