He was sensitive to addressing the plumbing issue in a timely manner and sensitive to the fact I was a little under weather too. Our hot water went out last night. Not exactly an emergency but something you want to address immediately. I called 3 places who couldn’t get us in until later in the week or didn’t respond to me at all. I called AZ Plumbing after a quick google search and read the positive reviews. They were able to get a technician out to me within a few hours. They were able to replace our hot water heater the same day. The technician was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. I’ll definitely be using them in the future for plumbing needs and recommending them. I was absolutely blown away with how quickly they were able to fit us in and fix the problem.

Thank you Mr Zia for a nice job x2!! Both toilets required full disassembly to replace aging parts. Mr Zia and assistant split out the work - all under Zia’s oversight - making for efficient completion. All works now as if brand new. They also did a really nice job cleaning up afterwards. Mr Zia does a lot of work in our 250+ unit condo building. Why? Because he is really good and competitive.

I cannot say enough about AZ Plumbing. I called them to repair my hot water heater. They called back immediately, came out and worked on my hot water heater. Instead of saying it needed replacement right away, he worked hard to repair it and save me money. Unfortunately, it could not be repaired. I called AZ Plumbing after reading some reviews online, and I am SO glad that I did! My toilet was leaking but I had no idea where the leak was coming from. They sent someone over as soon as possible and he diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was kind, professional, knowledgable, wore a mask, wore shoe coverings, and was patient with my dogs barking up a storm downstairs. Everything except the bowl of my toilet is brand new and it works perfectly! I will definitely be calling them again when I need a plumber!

We’ve had several issues - first, our water heater broke . I have called a number of companies and they are wouldn’t even deal with repairing it, all quoted us new installation. Mr. Zia absolutely impressed me by doing “over the phone diagnostics”- after I send him some pictures, he got back to me and said that he contacted the manufacturer and he thinks he knows what the issue is and he thinks he can fix it at a very small fraction of what it would have cost us to replace the water heater. Fast forward a couple of years- it still works like a champ! Then, we had outdoor hose connection leaking and Mr.Zia fixed that too. No leak since! Our last projects were installing new connections for our new countertop/sink, and replacing the pipes and the inside connections for the bathroom faucet. Also, we replaced a significant section of our piping because our closing water knobs on them were at the end of their life and subject to breaking at any point. Now we have high quality replacements to turn off outside pipes for the winter etc. All work was done with excellence and all pipes and connections look a lot more streamlined and take less space compared to the maze that we had before. Mr.Zia doesn’t suggest “unnecessary “ repairs and always is a great advisor on the best and most economical and sensible option by presenting us the “case diagnosis “ and a range of possible solutions. I think he’s brilliant at diagnostics and plumbing solutions- at least that was the case with us, and does very high quality work. We never had to call him back after he fixed something, because it was just perfectly done. We highly recommend him and I feel very lucky that we found him- thanks to some people who recommended him earlier on the web! Thank you, Mr.Zia!
