Both of my air condition was not function properly. I called Agape as I have used them before. Richard was able to come the same day and fixed the issue on one of my air condition unit. The second unit he was able to research and saved us lots of money as the unit still had some warranty from the previous owners of the house. You can always count on Agape to do an exceptional job and good value.

I called very early on a Saturday when our A/C died. My call was returned fairly quickly and Richard was at our house by 11:30 that morning! We were hoping to get through the summer before needing to replace our A/C unit, but it made more sense to go ahead and replace rather than put a band-aid on it for a few more months. Richard gave us a quote for a new system and was at our house 4 days later to install it. Im super thankful they were not only able to come by so quickly on a Saturday, but get us a unit at a good price. We will definitely be using them again (but hopefully wont need it too soon haha)!

The AC tech that showed up for our late in the season Spring/Summer maintenance call, was great. He handled my little Monday morning work stress attitude, in addition to me getting very little sleep the night before due to the horrible storm that blew through, like a champ!! He did a very thorough maintenance, which is greatly appreciated. He probably performed one of the best seasonal maintenance calls to date. I didnt get his name but he deserves kudos, especially considering the heat, my attitude, avd he put up our garden hose that my husband left out overnight. :) Thank you again for a job well done on a not so great Monday morning. 😀👍

This guy is fantastic. My kids had a heating issue at 7:00 PM with a projected low of 16°. When I called him, instead of scheduling an appointment, he first told me a few things to check. One of the items was the problem and was something I could easily fix.Many places would have made me wait and pay a service charge.I definitely would recommend.

My honest opinion - Richard was great! Walked me through what he was doing. He knew I didnt know anything about the heating system and he was still honest. I dont know how much other hvac companies could have charged me for the same job. Other than that, they were great. Would definitely recommend them.

The heat had been on for several days, but it wasn’t heating our house. After deciding to go with Agape, Richard was kind enough to work with our availability to be home. After only seconds he discovered the issue was simply the flip of a switch. He shared some knowledge about other things with us as well. Despite having to use his time to help us with such a simple fix he did not charge us for the call. We were so stunned. It’s nice to know that there are still companies who actually want to help people and not just take their money. We are so grateful for the services, knowledge, punctuality, time, and help we received from Richard with Agape Heating and Cooling!! We will be calling again when we run into anything with our heating and air!

Got a unreasonably high quote from another company so I called Agape and they came out and said the previous company was incorrect in their diagnosis of the problem and saved me over $1000 in repairs. Even the inspector commented about how good his install was.Second time was a service call on a different house. This guys good to go . Like most people i shopped around. I meet a few shady individuals showing up drunk late and more concerned with what was in my home then the a.c unit. Not this guy . He was on time on point and in uniform. Hes the kind of guy you invite back lol. I mean i did.He quickly accesses the issue and gives you a no b.s quote. We had to replace the a.c system and duct work( we knew this ahead of time) . One week later ( as schesched) He arrives on time on point and was on it . His work is top notch. He didnt sell me something i didnt need and gave me a very good price for his quality of work.I dont know him from adam lol. I was told by a friend to look him up so i did and glad i did .Still cant say enough . A week later the brand new unit just installed had a Manf defect causing some issues . This guy shows up at 9:00pm to get me fixed and keep the family cool.
