I currently live in Lexington Kentucky and found them on Google and ask them if they would go help my mom set up a freezer she is not capable of doing that and she said that they did absolutely fantastic and is going to use them a lot in the future I was really blown away when I was talking to them on the phone and they told me that they would even go and just change out batteries in a remote I would give them a hundred Stars if I could definitely recommend them
